My roommate and I usually love this sonic but this last visit was really disappointing. We came in and ordered and then waited an entire hour without anyone checking on us and without our food coming out. After we saw cars leave with their orders who had shown up AFTER us we called in and found out they never had our order. It wasn't being made at all because whoever took our order didn't hit confirm or something. So we left after checking and all they had to say was "okay sorry, have a good night". Honestly the worst sonic I've ever been to. Anytime I go, the wait is extremely long even for small orders. I feel so bad for the workers because you can tell they are understaffed. Being understaffed also leads to poor quality control. I went today to get two sandwiches, two drinks (one of which was just a water with lemon), and one order of Chile cheese tots. It took 30 minutes exactly for my food to come out after ordering. The car next to me who pulled up 10 minutes after me got their food(which was a larger order than mine) before I got anything... there was a bug in my water and no lemon. The limeade I ordered had hardly any liquid and was filled to the brim with ice. I just worked a 10 hour shift and didn't feel like waiting longer to get my order fixed. Food wasn't great either... didn't even finish it because it was all so disappointing. Regardless of the size tater tots you order, you always get a small portion.. it's happened to me more than once where I have a total of maybe 10 tots in a large size. The one and only time I tried this sonic they claimed their shake machine is down however they could make cream slushes or floats? Aren't shakes just made out of ice cream? Id rather take the further drive from campus to the one on Fourth street and have the nicest carhops and not be told their shake machine is broken. We went here because we were really craving Sonic but boy did we make a mistake. First of all, we waited a good 10-15 mins for someone to even take our order after pressing the button. I understand being short staffed, but the least the workers could do was let us know that they would be with us shortly. Nope. We just sat there waiting to see if they would ever take our order. Also, it really wasn't that busy when we went. There were only a few cars waiting in the other stalls. Either way, there's no excuse for making people wait 15 mins to order. Another thing that was annoying is that we saw two other cars that got there after us pull up and get their order taken right away, and they got their food before us even though we ordered at least 10 mins ahead of them. We also specified at least 3 different times that we were ordering a HAMBURGER, and not a cheeseburger. The worker even told us when he brought our food out that it rings up as a cheeseburger, but it was a hamburger. We get home and open our food, and no surprise it was a cheeseburger. So not only did we wait a good 45 mins here, our order wasn't completely correct. Very dissapointed in our service tonight and most likely never coming back to this location again. read more

Since I was a teenager this has always been my favorite fast food stop. Although I can only eat a select few items on their menu I still stop off for my occasional chili cheese beef hot dog with extra onions and extra jalapenos. Our other favorite is their ice - love their ice and always order ice water. read more

This was my first time to a Sonic. We stopped here because it was getting late and we were hungry. 2 of the 4 meals we ordered were hot. The other two were barely warm. They messed up our order, so they comp-ed us on the replacement item, and we got to keep the wrong order. I come to Sonic for a few treats, namely: tots (fave of the fur baby), onion rings, slushes, pineapple milkshakes, and bags of Sonic ice. Yes, you can buy the awesome pellet ice at any Sonic. This location is always great and I've never had a problem. My one problem, huge problem, is that I never see cars tipping the kids here. Please tip these roller skating servers because they work very hard! This is a super friendly location and the kids always want to say hi to my pup. Our last visit, the server asked if my girl could have a biscuit and she went back in to get one. Top rate! The owners should be very proud of their team. read more

WORSTE SONIC WE HAVE EVER BEEN TO. We pull in at 11:30 on a Friday night. As soon as I push the button to order, they came on and said they are only excepting cards, no cash. We said "ok." Ordered a bacon cheese burger, and they said, "we don't have any bacon, chili, or corn dogs." So we changed 3 of the 4 orders. Then we order a vanilla shake. They say, "we don't have any ice cream or slushies." So we compete the order with basically nothing we wanted and wait for our order to arrive. Order totaled $49.84, just think how much it would have been if they would of allowed us to order the 5 dessert items we wanted. So we get our food at 11:55 and the employee returns to the building and as we dig in to our bags, they turn all of the lights out. It is dark, really dark. Turn on the lights in the vehicle so we can see and start to eat. Not one of the products were hot, some were warm, some were cold. They messed up two of the sandwiches, one didn't even have any of the sauce on it. Take the extra time to travel to another Sonic in town. We totally wasted $50!!! read more

Spectacular deals in a really odd yet convenient location. They gave us coupons so of course we had to check it out! Friendly workers and easy to understand through the drive-in speaker.
