Food was quick fast food. Service was not welcoming & business was not appreciated. Ambiance was okay. I was questioned what I was doing? I ordered simple burger & tempura green beans. As I waited, was asked "are you here for DoorDash?" I said no. I picked up my dine in order, sat down & enjoyed my meal. When I finished & dumped my trash. Same young female employee asked me what I was doing, was I waiting for anything. I said no, not waiting, just finished my meal. She told me, I'm just asking because you're just walking around. I explained, I ordered, ate & threw away my trash. I spoke to the manager. She kept walking up & joining our conversation. After back & forth talking, the Manager apologized. This place is a rockin' place to eat. 1st off. The only fast food place with shaded parking. W00T! The decor is nice and comfy. The music whip's the proverbial llama's a**--particularly compared to the elevator music of Chick Fil-A. And the food is delicious. Even better than when they opened years back. My go-to burger is the Portobello Char which has enough heft in it to recommend it for a sit-down lunch or a take-home dinner. This one's a little too messy for a drive and dine but that's fine by me. This isn't the kind of bland Mcburger I want to rush one anyway. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich on a very soft non grilled bread with teriyaki sauce and pineapple, with all that flavor and pineapple, you would think it would be delicious and flavorful but the sandwich still lacked flavor. The fries I ordered for my son and I, were also very bland, he also got 5 pc chicken nuggets, no complaints there, he also wanted to try the tempura green beans which he loved! I will have to give this place a try again with their burgers. I've been to The Habit before, it's just been years. Service was great, the guy who took our order suggested I try the pineapple with teriyaki sauce, it's kind of a smaller Habit, came close to not being able to find a seat. read more

I've been to many Habit locations and given some 5 star reviews to at least one location. This location definitely needs some work. Customer service is really lethargic and disconnected. They notified me that my order was ready for pickup but when I got to the counter nothing was there. Nobody was at the counter paying attention either. After a few minutes the clerk brought me most of the order and walked away. After another few minutes I got the clerk's attention and asked him where my drink was. Complete indifference. I could see another clerk slowly putting together my drink, again, compete indifference, almost like they were stoned. After another few minutes I finally had the complete order. The food was okay but not the best that I've had from a Habit. This location has not earned my business, I probably won't be back for a long time. read more

$31 for bascially burgers and fries at a fast food restaurant is crazy. Too expensive. Grant it, I did get a double burger, but our meals were "medium" size. Having said that, the Double-Char cheeseburger was very good. The Santa Barbara Charburger (burger on sourdough bread with avocado) was even better as well as the fries. We have eaten at Havit locations all over CA and always loved them. We were in Flagstaff and thought it would be good for lunch. That was a mistake. We ordered our usual, stopped for napkins and ketchup. Noticed a sewage smell in that spot.... then sat. When the food was done I picked it up. My husband spotted this burger spot in Flagstaff, so we decided to grab a bite to eat. My husband being a burger fiend got a bacon cheeseburger, while I got the chicken ceaser salad. My salad was ok, but if we came back it wouldn't be what I'd order. My husband, however, devoured his burger and said he would definitely order again. We ordered through the drive thru and our food came out quickly. Food was a touch on the expensive side but my hubby said it was worth it to him. Good Afternoon, I simply must report on my experience at your Flagstaff Habit Burger station just moments ago. Even still I am regretting that I did not leave a fresh survey or approach staff directly. Great service, outstanding front counter experience, I believe his name was Doni ( of something like). He was busy in the back when I walked in, but immediately communicated he'd be right with me, re iterated it every 20secs even. He did a fabulous time taking my order, talked me up to the addition of cheese even. I failed to leave a tip; the processing was so quick and I do regret. Order was up in an appropriate time and was very good. But what amazed me the most as i sat there with my back toward the front counter was the debrief, pep-talk, and expression/speech of gratitude that the manger ( or appeared to be) gave to his pulled in crew in the back. I was amazed and wanted to commend him directly but he was leaving, heading out the back door in fact. While leave I saw him again sharing a moment with an employee and regret not going to him to exspress my gratitude towards his crew interaction. Hopefully this message gets back to him so he understands how his actions may go unseen, but leave a huge impact on others. Way to go Habit burger of Flagstaff!! We had to cancel our order it took 40 minutes and they hadn't started our order. They were understaffed and NOT communicating with eachother as to how they would get out of the mess they were in. In addition, they would not inform new customers that they were behind and continued accepting orders. Burgers would sit out cold, fried had to be redone putting them further behind. Just sad that they didn't have enough help, otherwise things may have been different. read more
