Waited 40 minutes to get three drinks ordered on the app. Pressed the button 3 times and retold them the order. Then walked up to the window. They still had not made the drinks. I never got my drinks. I'd like to say that is a rare occurrence but I've had to call corporate several times to refund me because the order never came. I don't think the management is effective. I went to the sonic last night and I witnessed something absolutely unbelievable. a worker who was running around I waited for a very long time multiple cars were there I think about 8 people where there 4 people ordered and left without getting there food. Worst sonic I've ever been to and that is saying something considering how poor most Sonic's services are. Didn't ring our order in waited for 30 minutes and we even pressed button again trying to pay right after ordering. Lady was mean and screamed that she'll bring something out for us to pay with. Where to begin? I know! Let's start with the inability to create an edible burger at a burger joint? Not really sure what we received. I checked my bag and found no onion rings which I had ordered so I press the call button and I let them know it was missing and they said yeah we don't have any so I was like ok well that's crappy that you just not say anything so she asks if I'd like a replacement and I was like yes but they are up charge so the girl who was very nice said she'd be back and I ask for tots and she brought them along with a refund but oh my gosh those tots looked like they had been refried, the fries looked the same and old and the burgers were cold. ‍ so two very crappy meals for $26 at that. This is just about the service. I can't say anything about the food because I couldn't get anyone to take my order. I thought it might be the call button so I moved to another stall only to find that no one answered that one either but I could see the people sitting on the counter inside. No one was ordering at the drive thru and no one was answering the call buttons so I guess they were just too busy. After a year you would think this place would close or get better. They should close, sale the place and get a manager older then 16. This Sonic use to be so busy, what happened? I know they can't be making much money. Been to this sonic twice. First time I waited 25 mins past my mobile order pick up time and my food was cold like it had been sitting there also the ice in the drink was almost completely melted. Gave it a second chance for ice cream and same thing. Waited 20 mins for 2 mini blasts and a drink. Had to have them remake the ice cream bc it was all melted when they brought it out. By far the slowest Sonic Drive-In I have ever been to, anywhere. And the food is messed up every single time. It never fails. Even the most basic order, like a hot pretzel, is generally overcooked and saltless. I should add that I don't ASK for it to be overcooked. I don't ASK for it saltless. That literally happened to me three times. Then there's the time I ordered online, checked in at the stall...the brought my food, MINUS a sandwich. I buzzed in to let them know ot was missing. I had the worst experience with Sonic today, unfortunately. I tried keeping an open mind because I know they're short staffed, but today was just totally unacceptable. At first I pulled into one of the stalls & pressed the red button to order, after 10+min of waiting I decided to go through the drive-through. That took about 35 min to get through. Then I discovered they forgot two full meals of ours, so I pulled back through and waited another 35+ minutes, and was still charged for one of the meals. I received 1 apology from a 2nd drive through clerk through the intercom, and the lady that took my payment both times, was obviously having a day. And I mean I get it, I work in customer service, too. But having empathy for the long wait times & owning up to your mistakes makes a HUGE difference for the entire team. The food was also subpar & most of it was cold by the time I got home of course after being there for over an hour. We won't be going back to that Sonic ever again. read more

This location does a heck of a business as whenever we drive by, or come for food, there's always a bunch of cars here and a long wait time. If you know what you want to order, or are just ordering ice cream, I recommend going through the drive thru, otherwise you're waiting forever at the drive-in spots for ice cream. This is the better of the Sonics in terms of service and quality in this area though, so we take the wait for better food. read more

I went to go order food at this place with my son. And I'm very disappointed with the service. We ordered something very simple. Just a couple of meals for us to have a lunch. And turns out later we find out that our food was spat in by a couple of teenagers that work there. They are named Kialiah and Shaylee, harassing my children because they have bad blood.
