Worst service ever!! I came on 11/05/22 at 9:10 and was waiting 20 minutes to get my order taken then went through the drive thru and there was one girl working all by myself while two of her coworkers where outside talking to other people goofing around. I don't know if there was another person inside working or not but this girl was going from drive thru to car hoping handing the orders she needs a raise!! I ordered on the web (which was a nightmare all in itself) and have physically been sitting in the stall for 50 minutes. Still no food. The drive thru has priority, since they are moving at a normal rate. Pressed the button and they said they only have one carhop. 45 minutes ago, the screen said that the carhop was on their way with my order. I'm sure that's to clear out the que so the bosses think they are actually getting food to people. If they paid their employees a living wage, this wouldn't be an issue. Long wait times, even when you just want drinks. It doesn't matter whether you're in a car stall or in the drive through, you'll be there for a while. Poor service recovery practices. This last time we were there we ordered on the app, checked on the app when we arrived, and then waited 30-40 minutes for two slushes. Finally hit the call button to see what was taking so long and they said it would be right out. They were right but the slushes had melted. Waited at the drive thru while the worker was taking a video of her friends reving their car. Had to call through my own phone to let them know I'm in stall #12 to have them tell me go through the drive thru cause they didn't answer the red button call. Sitting and waiting .... Girl is on the phone had to ask for my receipt of my payment. Decided I Wanted a refund after waiting so long she closed the window on me to go outside and talk on the phone some more had to ask another worker for a refund . I visited this sonic today and was pleasantly surprised by my service and food. The server was a nice young man named Tristan, who was cordial and well mannered. Ignoring his horrid perfume and foaming at the mouth, the service was 10/10. My corn dog was expertly fried, and fries exceptionally crispy. Would recommend 100% to my friends. read more

Screen went back to order menu, pressed the button to check in after about 20 minutes, they told us they were still making the milkshakes. After a few more min of waiting we go through the drive through and they tell us they will refund us and give us coupons. Look at the receipt it's not even our order and they have refunded someone completely different from 5pm it's currently 840 pm! Go back around wait about another 5-7 min they can't find the order.
