If I could leave less stars I would. Pulled into the drive through line at 9:42pm heard the person tell the car ahead of me that they were getting caught up on orders and it would be a few minutes. This car waited 8 minutes and had their order taken. At 9:50p, I pulled ahead and was told the same thing... and then at 10:02p was told they were closed and that I would not be served. WAIT. REALLY!?!?! My first thought, You told me to wait. Had I known this, I would have just pulled into a space and placed an order on my app. This is the worst sonic location I have ever been to. Wow. The customer service was excellent here. I had trouble with the menu board, and a staff member came out and took our order. The food and beverages were delicious and well done. Our big family had a tremendous order and this site got it correct. Nothing missing. We will stop here, again. Onion rings were amazing! read more

So happy to have a Sonic in our town. They've been open a couple months now and we haven't had a bad experience yet. Staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. This is the first Sonic I've seen with a sit down area inside. Maybe because it gets so cold here, either way it is a nice feature. Car hop service is quick. My fave is the double cheeseburger with just the meat, cheese and green chile. They still have green chile, so I'm hoping they don't consider it "seasonal". Bathroom was super clean, the only issue I had with the restroom is that there was soap and hand sanitizer with a sign between that said employees must wash hands. Having hand sanitizer available allows the lazy ones to avoid soap and water... I don't know, seems wrong. read more

We have been in line over 25 minutes. One of the workers came out to visit with scar waiting in line swearing about her living situation. We get to the window pay then 3 minutes later a different employee comes to take our money again. Had to explain we already paid. Very unprofessional, disorganized and not fast at all. This will be the very last time I go here. I am forced to sit outside on a table that is filthy. Good thing I brought my own wipes the seats were just as bad. The gal comes out with a mask which is barely covering her mouth nevermind her nose. If your gonna wear a mask then at least wear it right. Oh and God forbid you need to go pee. Super clean inside. The interesting thing about this sonic. First of all, I don't think many Sonics have a inside, but this one does. Also, they have a R.V accessible drive thru. If you are coming off the highway, you will have to take a uturn after sonic, but have fun trying to get across as there is no light letting you turn around. Our cashier, Jaker was pretty nice to, and gave us a lot of tips. The food was great. I suggest you come here after 8 if you like shakes, as they are half off. I would definitely come here again if I pass through town again. read more

The only reason I'm giving one star is because I walked in to order. There was a young woman eating in the kitchen shouting " customer at front counter ". There were others in the kitchen but nobody came to help me. I changed my mind when the young woman didn't even wash her hands and looked like she was going to handle food. At 10:35 AM it would have taken 13 minutes to get A (1) hot dog. She said "we don't have any lunch dropped," yet the other thing I ordered was a CHEESEBURGER and that didn't have a wait. She must be stupid because a cheeseburger isn't considered "breakfast," ANYWHERE. When we got to the window she didn't say hi, no how are you, just the total and handed me the drink. Then it took another three minutes to get my food (1 cheeseburger and tots) out the window, she didn't say have a good day, or even here's your food, just opened the window and shoved my food at me. So I yelled "have a good day!" Seems they have so many good reviews but they must be be asking friends and family to write those "good reviews" because they definitely don't deserve ANY good reviews. It used to be justified that this place sucked, because it was new, but now they've been open for at least two years, you'd think they'd have at least figured out how to greet someone by now. GM needs to be fired, maybe then this place would succeed. read more
