A little over 10 minutes later I'm still sitting at the hopper station waiting for someone to assist me so I decided to go to the drive-thru, again someone said I'll be right with you. I waited some more and still no one came to assist me. During this time I noticed several of your team members outside on the phone with their headsets on I guess telling people I'll be right with you rather than servicing the customers. Please avoid here... like seriously, please don't go here. If I need a drink or something I would stop here on occasion since it was on the way home from work (I work downtown). However, it's not a place if you're hungry or want lunch. Now the last time I was here I was working as a driver as my side hustle. One employee was working the morning shift (you heard me right, ONE employee). And bless her heart I don't blame her if she messed one or two things up. But I got to my customer on my route and she forgot one drink. I'm not sure how this place can be managed like this; it seems like a go to Sonic for people visiting who are staying in the city. Very disappointed. They close at midnight and went at 11 for a shake for my bday. Sat at the intercom for over 10 Minutes and never got a response so I tried to go order in the seating area and was told that "was the stupidest shit ever" and the door was shut on my face not asking for my order. And the lady working the window told my fiancé "does it look like we are answering the intercom?" I understand people being busy and we don't mind waiting we were just trying to order. Stopped by tonight because I was craving a strawberry milkshake and I remembered the ones at Sonic were really good, but it has been a few years since I last had one. This was truly horrible. Came here a couple times and it's the same thing every time. The employees don't want to be there and I totally understand. Been there, but what I'll never do is is rush someone. They hand you your credit card back but when they give you the food it literally feels like they throw it at you then your drinks, but like hold on a minute. I let it go because it's busy, but when I get home, there is a Plastic Twist Tie in my burger. The pretzels are good and the drinks are made well but gosh! The drinks always have sticky soda running down the side and not wiped off. And the young lady gave me a free Oreo ice cream cookie sandwich to make up for the long wait. Powerade looks good and the Oreo Cheesecake Shake looks flat & soupy. What shitty service. My bill was $7.00 and some change and I asked the guy delivering the food if he could dispose of one water bottle for me. He said "no little mama you got me fu*ked up that ain't my job. And I was like "I was gonna give you a $2.50, tip?" To trade one water bottle and the food in his hand..... then he goes back inside and gets change and come back to the car to deliver change being rude as hell. Pride is what got in his way!
