A little over 10 minutes later I'm still sitting at the hopper station waiting for someone to assist me so I decided to go to the drive-thru, again someone said I'll be right with you. During this time I noticed several of your team members outside on the phone with their headsets on I guess telling people I'll be right with you rather than servicing the customers. However, it's not a place if you're hungry or want lunch. Now the last time I was here I was working as a driver as my side hustle. So when I tapped on the window, a young girl opened the window and of course she didn't know I was there cuz she was laid over the register on her phone. Came here a couple times and it's the same thing every time. The employees don't want to be there and I totally understand. Been there, but what I'll never do is is rush someone. They hand you your credit card back but when they give you the food it literally feels like they throw it at you then your drinks, but like hold on a minute. Very disappointed. They close at midnight and went at 11 for a shake for my bday. Sat at the intercom for over 10 Minutes and never got a response so I tried to go order in the seating area and was told that "was the stupidest shit ever" and the door was shut on my face not asking for my order. This is a place that is an example of the inmates running the prison. Staff is sloppy and slow. They constantly give you the wrong orders, and then they somehow manage to undercook food. If you get anything from here make sure you have an air fryer at the house. I went against my best judgment and went by again last night and ordered a pretzel twist and those cinnamon snacks.
