I waited almost 15 minutes for my meal and the Oreo Cheesecake shake I order did not have whipped cream or the cherry. And the young lady gave me a free Oreo ice cream cookie sandwich to make up for the long wait. Powerade looks good and the Oreo Cheesecake Shake looks flat & soupy. The consistency of the shake is not really thick. Seems as though the rushed it and did not give me good quality ice cream. The burger was not really hot and slightly warm with sloppy bun. read more

What shitty service. My bill was $7.00 and some change and I asked the guy delivering the food if he could dispose of one water bottle for me. He said "no little mama you got me fu*ked up that ain't my job. And I was like "I was gonna give you a $2.50, tip?" To trade one water bottle and the food in his hand..... then he goes back inside and gets change and come back to the car to deliver change being rude as hell. Pride is what got in his way! This location is super slow, first time i went here we waited so long we left. This second time i placed the order online, i asked for extra recess pieces and they just sprinkled the recess on top of my blast that's it. And in the other they didn't add snickers. This place is a truly heinous fast food experience. I really can't say I've ever have had a positive experience here, but I get Sonic cravings so randomly, and this is the closest location to me, I kept forgetting how terrible it really was. I've had to leave several times because they'll just not address you so they don't have to serve you. I've been cut off in the middle of the order, like they turn the microphone/speaker off because they just decided they were done with the order. I've come two hours before closing and they told me the ice cream machines were shut off for the night, and ice cream is half their menu. Like this isn't McDonalds where people will just accept that. One time I ordered an apple juice for my daughter and the box was covered in some sort of sludge so I asked for a new one and they wiped part of it off and handed it back. In that same order I ordered Buffalo popcorn chicken, it was incorrect on my receipt so before they handed it to me and made sure it was Buffalo, she yelled to the back and when I received it it had Buffalo sauce on top of honey bbq sauce. One time I went through the drive through, after sitting 45 minutes in a stall waiting for them to take my order. The customer in front of me got mad and drove off so the employee at the window shouted at me about it. I have absolutely no idea how this place is still in business. The employees are all blatantly rude and there is something incorrect about every single order, if you even make it so far where you're able to order. Waited at the drive in stall for over 30 minutes and not once was I acknowledged by staff. Had to go through drive thru because I was being ignored in the stall. Pressed the button 3 times. While going through the drive through, I noticed that not a single employee was wearing a mask. Drive through was faster than drive in. After being handed my order, the employee was extremely rude. I absolutely love their ice, but who doesn't?!? My fave all-time drink is the Strawberry Limeade; it is killer! (I wonder how great it would be with a tad bit of vodka, lol) I also love their tator tots; they are so crispy and juicy. Another fave thing is the corn dogs! A sonic with a drive-thru? WTH? Well, it was a welcome addition seeing as I didn't feel like sitting there to wait on a server to come out. Plus it was raining and that just sucks for the person who has to come out as well. Not a fan of chain restaurants but they have a good selection of sugar drinks and I was craving one that day. First off, when we entered the drive through we were greeted by a man with a short temper. When I asked to be given a moment he sighed loudly and there weren't even customers behind us nor did I take long to order which is kind of a huge turn off. Next, for a drive thru, we waited a pretty long time. The line practically did not move. When it was our turn we used a credit card and then got the food and drove away and right when we turned out of the place onto the main road a guy runs after us and flags us down saying our card didn't go through?? And to drive back In. So we drove back in. Waited for a bit more and then he comes up to us and goes oh sorry it actually did go through?! The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the chili tots were actually really good. I wish the large gave you more tots. It seemed more like a medium, but I enjoyed it nevertheless. It's sonic, standard fair, takes forever to get our food, messed up the billing, took forever again.. Nothing changes under the sun; now where is my tagament? Ok now on to the important stuff, the food it did take a while to get. But my Chicago dog was pretty spot on, though it could've benefited from additional sport peppers, and found one that was really dark (well past it's prime) they also lacked the neon green relish, but for $2.29 whose complaining (aside from the heart burn). Chili cheese tots are delicious, though they did stick to the bag, and were kind of poorly packed. My friends enjoyed their food, in fact one of my buddies finished his before we pulled into the house (seriously 2-3 minutes away). That should give you some idea how good it is or can be. Now the problem we asked them to split the ticket into equal portions as we paid with 2 separate cards, those brain surgeons billed one for $6.94 and one for $14 and some change? Is that evenly split, absolutely not so one of my buddies got stuck paying the brunt of the bill -- cost our attendant his tip too (though I realize it's not his fault). Just gross. Apparently no receipt and petty theft attempts at the drive through are commonplace at this location, based on our recent experience and from reading others' below. Also, the iced tea tastes funky, like the equipment/container isn't properly cleaned. The pièce de résistance of this last visit, however, wasn't the attempted theft nor the dirty tea. It was the "secret sauce" on the grilled cheese (which wasn't even grilled) - take a look. Do not go to this Sonic!! Corporate office should be embarrassed to claim this location, and the franchisee should probably be revoked from operating. First off, the drive through lanes and kiosks are run down- the screens don't work, and audio is pitiful- I've been here multiple times but this is the first time that pissed me off enough to write a review. During my visit tonight, at 9:00pm on a Wednesday, there were at least 10 customers waiting on orders. When I arrived, I sat in the exterior drive thru lane for nearly ten minutes, with a couple other cars behind me, while multiple customers in the interior lane had their orders taken. I assumed maybe they just decided to shut the lane down after the truck in front of me ordered, so I pulled around to a parking spot with a kiosk. I was then able to order, but waited and additional 15 minutes to get my milkshake. Just as I was about to give up again, a server walked to my car and asked what I ordered and then said she thought she already delivered my order before she walked off again. It looked like she was surveying every other vehicle to see what they ordered. After waiting an additional ten minutes and seeing other customers leave in frustration, I decided to give up and get dessert elsewhere. read more

And then they got our order wrong. But whatever, it happens. The real kicker (and disappointment) was that the ice cream in our Sonic Blast tasted like it had sand in it. This is probably the most unprofessional sonic I've ever been to. I ordered 2 orders of small Mozerella sticks and it took over 15 minutes. Once she brought out the order I handed her a card which the card machine doesn't work at the ordering drive in part. Waited another 10 minutes and had to press the button and remind her to bring my card back and she replied with "oh yeah yeah yeah hold on". There were maybe 3 cars at this sonic while all this was happening as well it was not busy.
