Once again this Sonic is a disappointing stop for a quick drink. I understand taking longer to get my order because it is drive-thru and stall pickup. The long line is fine with me as well during these hot night that a nice cold drink will hit the spot once I get it. What really feels like a disappointment is the inability to order from the app. I am a real cheap spender at heart and wanted my 50% off the slushies from ordering ahead. I told the cashier that it wasn't working and was told it's doesn't matter. Full price is fine when the discount is not offered at every other store in the vicinity. It was really hard communicating with the lady at the drive thru...Either she can't concentrate & answer questions or people kept asking her questions because it seemed that she'd hear my question but not answer it until i waited for a while and said "did you hear me?" Or repeated the question again... That's annoying...andddd, she got my order wrong... It's a little hard to know if you can drive to the second drive thru at first...But, after sitting in the one drive thru line, you see the flow of cars alternating getting in the Two Drive-Thru lines as they become available... So, just wait in the single Drive-Thru lane all the way to the left. the middle lane if for cars exiting & entering the drive-in spots. Food: Tried a Frozen Lemonade...Soooo Tart & Sweet... Someone finally asked for our order but she wasn't listening. She kept saying "ok, see you at the window" after every item we ordered. This place is horrible! Do not go! The place itself is filthy. The hours are dumb. The menus are literally backwards and unreadable as ridiculous as that sounds (but is true). This one makes me sad to review. I'm a Sonic lover. It took about 45 minutes to get through the drive through line, order food and pay. There was a large number of cars in line, but it looked like there was only a few working the window. Unfortunate because I hadn't had Sonic in a bit and was really needing a "grab and go" type of environment. This was not that. We love the slushie 1/2 price app (don't forget to add in nerds!) I forgot to order something after I already went through the drive thru so had my teenage daughter go inside to order. She said nobody acknowledged her or helped her for awhile and were just hanging out talking to one another. However, she said the guy who always works the drive thru when we get our slushies was working his butt off inside doing everything. I found out his name was Richard today and thanked him for always giving us great service. What a terrible place to eat at right after pulling off the free way. The potential this place is really high since the closest one is in Cat city. Absolutely terrible customer service; it's like no one working here cares about the job they have. I would give zero stars if I could. The most and absolute worst customer service ever; extremely rude. It's a complete and total surprise this place is still running with the management in place. Went to go get food, took almost 35-40 minutes waiting in line. Waited none the less because most Sonics are pretty awesome with their food & service. Not this place, got to the window, gave my card for payment and waited almost an additional 20 minutes at the window waiting for my food. The car behind me received their food and was able to get out of line. I decided I no longer wanted the food because it took so long and it still wasn't ready, so asked for a refund. Gave my card to the cashier, she called a shift manager, who was rude. Three other employees behind him stood standing by the window staring/glaring at me and complaining/talking about me because I had the audacity to ask for a refund. BAFFLING this place is still running with the management that put that shift together. Awful service. Average food. Good drinks. My sister ordered 5 drinks and they handed them to her 1 by 1. When she asked for a drink holder, the employee said they only fit 2 drinks.
