I had the OG double smash burger with fries. I've been meaning to get the Smashburger here for a while, but I always get the sandwiches cause they're so good. It was really good, one of the best Smashburger I've ever had. The only thing I can say that wasn't great, it was a little salty. And the fries are super delicious. The interior is really nice, the place is really clean, and so are the restrooms. There's always a big crowd at lunchtime. Service was friendly, quick and professional. My friends and I stopped by Jimmy John's today, and we had such an amazing experience! Drew provided exceptional customer service from the moment we walked in. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel genuinely appreciated as customers. Not only was the service outstanding, but our sandwiches were honestly the best we've ever had from any Jimmy John's. Everything was fresh, perfectly made, and absolutely delicious. You can tell Drew really cares about creating a great experience for every customer. It's rare to come across service this good these days, and we wanted to make sure it didn't go unnoticed. I order the unwich because I am trying to eat healthier. This is an alternative to a sandwich because it is lettuce wrapped. I usually order from here on my lunch hour and they deliver. The delivery takes around 10-15 mins on average. The only downfall with delivery is that sometimes they forget my chips. But they always make a second trip to drop them off, which makes me feel bad, but then again, I really wanted those chips. So, overall its a great spot for lunch, in my opinion, but I can't give them five stars because they sometimes make me feel guilty because they have to make a second trip just to drop off my chips. Jimmy John's and the Accidental Tourist - Revisited We first ate at Liberty Avenue Jimmy John's a few years ago. Since then, we have also patronized the restaurant in Parkersburg, WV. We we were delighted to find a new Jimmy John's on Grant Street when we ran the UPMC Health Plan 5K. This venue is a larger and more spacious restaurant than the Liberty Avenue location, especially the seating area. However, the service (thanks, Chris) and product freshness and quality is the same. Our favorite is the #1 Pepe; we ordered two and split one of them which was just enough. One package of Jimmy Thinny Chips completed our order. read more
