Worst Sonic on the planet! We had so many issues with this location. First of all we spent $50 plus on our order, We ordered the smash burger and it was pink on in the inside. We ordered a large chili cheese tots and they gave us a medium chili cheese fry. Next, I placed an order online and still had to go through the drivethru and wait almost 20/25 mins in total from when I placed the order (Pickup time was 5 mins from order placed) .We also had a free item from the first time we went to this location, that is why we went through the drive thru. The cashier told us we could not place a new order, exchange the coupon and receive the pickup order at the sane window, thus we went through the drivethru, they still ignored us so we had to place the new order at the pickup window. When I called about the smash burger the manager clearly didn't care, hopefully this reaches corporate because this location is a joke. I spent $15 and got the smallest chicken sandwich which was overly charred, and a chicken tender combo. The chicken tenders were small and thin with not much substance to them as well. I was with a group of people that are huge fans of Sonic Drive-in and they wanted to stop for Happy Hour drinks and a snack. As soon as we pulled up to the speaker someone took our order and delivered it to the car about ten minutes later. The order was perfect and the staff was friendly. I ordered a Chicago style dog that was very tasty. The hotdog was small but it was loaded with all of the expected toppings and served hot on a soft bun. I loved it. I wasn't a big fan of the massive blue colored cool-aid type drink that I order but I was in the minority. I tried the loaded tots and thought that they were good...very messy but tasty. read more

Placed an order that included a milkshake and paid through the Sonic app on 11/24/24. When I arrived, was told they were out of ice cream but that they could not refund me at the location; I would have to call Sonic corporate. Their offer of coupons for two free shakes or a gift card and a coupon were not acceptable. I paid with money, and I expected a monetary refund (or a gift card totaling the amount). Sonic rep said she would have "upper management" contact me for a refund. Three calls and almost 7 days later I have not been contacted by Sonic. I was in the mood for a shake, so I stopped at this Sonic after a trip to Jensen. Always good, their ice cream is so cream and delicious. I always get the Oreo and peanut butter shake. Never disappoints. The only part of my trip that sucked was the service. I pulled up the order station and I could barely hear the gentleman on the other line. A cute Sonic with the patio in the back as if it were an after thought. It's small but it works. Our order came out timely and correctly and the adorable car hop even obliged us by taking some photos for us. I loved all the egrets that have decided to call this Sonic home -- they're a unique addition. Of interest is this is the only Sonic that has their doors locked. Yay! Sonic in general has a problem with customers just walking in their door. This prevents that and it opens with a magnetic card that all employees already us. Simple! read more

This is the slowest and most rude location of sonic ive ever gone to. It took me 10 minutes on a morning at 9AM with NOBODY ELSE in a stall to get 2 DRINKS! That's it! Just two drinks takes 10 minutes. I'll take my business to McDonald's or Burger King for now on. read more

It's a sonic, there isn't anything horrible or amazing about it. But because it does have good food and it is open late it is a great place. Of course if you've been to sonic, you know that it has a great selection of food and drinks. Especially if you stop by during happy hour, large drinks are 99 cents as are corn dogs. So that's a great deal if you like slushes and corn dogs. For the amount of money you pay, you get good food and plenty of it. Sonic Drive-In is an experience in and of itself. It is a throwback to the days of drive-ins where you can just pull up, order and eat in your car. To my knowledge they are the only place where your order is delivered by a roller-skating attendant. It takes time to peruse the menu, it is so big. Surprised to find out that I could order anything from the menu, in almost any customized way I wanted to. The sky is the limit as far as beverage selection. If you can think of it... they can make it. Best of all, you can get any item on their menu,any time of the day. WOW what a place. A trip to SONIC can be an experience for kids. read more
