They apologized for the wait, and said they just dropped fresh tots so it would be an extra minute or two. 10:46 PM and we finally get to go home! Lucky for them the food was good. I would give no stars if I could. I've visited five times over the last several months and they NEVER have onion rings. It's ridiculously stupid (I want to use a stronger word, but I'm trying to be professional) that those are still even on their menu if they never have them available. I went to Habit Burger Grill (right down the street at 132nd) this last time and they are now my new onion ring hit. If you order drinks only, every time you'll be alright. Just drinks and maybe even then. They mess up my food order every time but the nice thing is that they are always quick to remake it when they mess it up. Also check your food and they will make sure to give you the item they ultimately left out. It's not bad but don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed. Just drove 45 minutes to get 2 of the SuperSonic Breakfast Burritos. Terrible, just terrible, nothing like the ones we usually get at other Sonics. Didn't know till 45 minutes back home. Both Burritos were only about 3.5" long and one had just tater tots and onions and a tiny bit of cheese. No eggs or meat. The other one had eggs but still no meat. No one is exaggerating when they tell how horrible the place is lol. I always try and try and try but I think I'm over giving this place another chance. I have literally never left satisified. Also, its run by a bunch of children, which is OKAY however give them some guidance. I don't know if training is bad, or management is bad but the place is going down hill. The team has lost my "ticket" multiple times. TWICE actually I went to get literally just ice cream and fries and it took forty something minutes. When I asked for an update they couldn't find my order. Another time I went just to get an ocean water and the same exact thing happened. You can't even get ahold any one for a refund so I had to stay and wait the entire time untill someone got back to me. The place sucks. I remember meeting the owner for the grand opening...I don't know how that guy is running this place and keeping it afloat. No one goes to sonic for the food...we go for the drinks and desserts. First time ordering food from Sonic Drive-In. The drive-in looks pretty fancy and all, and customer service is great. One thing I noticed while waiting for my food is that the drive in takes much longer then the drive thru; probably 8-10 minutes total waiting time. The food: French fries is a little salty and not hot, and my double bacon cheeseburger has kind of a plain taste. So, based on the service, food taste and the price of the 2 orders of burgers (costed me $19.50) I'm giving it a 3 Stars. read more

We understand our server may not be able to hear us clearly with our face masks on, we repeated our order many times that the stall next to us added our selection to theirs because they said it sounded good. Just went to this Sonic. First and ONLY time I'll go. Whats the point of the stalls if you have to use the app to order and they just bag all your food, just like going in the drive-thru...... Order was tracked in the app and on their monitor. It then said order finished and that "DeeDee" is on the way. After 5 mins I looked around and saw no one. Waited a few more minutes, then I walked inside and was told "there's no dine in sir, you need to leave!" I said, "yeah I know, but the monitor said my order was complete and DeeDee is bring it. The monitor order and my order in the app is closed". The person then said, "oh, your food isn't ready and we'll bring it out". So then why was my order marked complete? Sounds like they are closing orders before they are done to lie on their order completion times. What a joke. Shady Sonic location. Shitty slow service. Would not recommend. read more

We usually go out of our way to come to this Sonic because we haven't had any issues with their service or food...until today. They were not busy, 2 cars in the lot. We ordered on the app and checked in. Ordered 1 sausage jr burrito, 1 jr. bacon burrito and a lg tot. Service wasn't super slow, so that was ok. We got home to find that the burritos seemed smaller, they didn't mark which one had tomato, sausage or bacon and we got 2 sausage burritos! Grr. Check your orders before u leave! read more

Seems like everyone is complaining about the same thing here so I'll just get straight to the point. 1. Expect at least a 20 min wait at the drive thru or drive in. 2. Always check your order before leaving .. and I mean the WHOLE ORDER...try our drink, open up your sandwich to make sure it is what it should be, make sure your sauces are all there, etc. 3. Do not expect the same food/service as other sonic locations...expect worse! Now, if you take all of my tips into consideration you'll be happy coming to this location. I was really excited to have Sonic finally in this area and close to my house, no less! Sadly, this Sonic sucks! The menu is different from locations I have visited in the South, they don't mix their ice cream well, they don't have specialty shakes (you can make your own, but they don't have even close to the options of other locations), the wait at the drive-thru takes far too long, and the staff were totally indifferent. The only reason to go to Sonic is for the onion rings. EVERY time I've gone to this one they have not had onion rings; they always tell me they're out of them.
