2nd time trying Sonic. Love the tater tots. Today brought my son here for breakfast (it's his first time ever) ordered the brioche breakfast bacon sandwich meal. He too loves the tater tots but to our dismay the bacon was burnt beyond recognizable. Burnt bacon is double carcinogenic but doggone it I didn't want to drive back and exchange it. We had brought our breakfast home to enjoy. So, hesitantly I let him eat it. Oh gosh I felt so guilty, but it was either that or drive back cause we had no food in the home. Sonic seems like a fun place and my first time there I enjoyed the food, therefore I just hope that they pay attention to what they're serving. The app was not working, so I ordered at a stall. The girl taking the order rushed me through the order. As I asked for one thing, I was rushed to the next question, 'fries or tots?' Because of that, she missed part of the order. I requested it a second time, and she ignored it as she was too busy rushing through the order. Also, she was rude. The carhop was nice. read more

If you pay cash here expect them to consider any change left as a tip. I paid for my order in cash and when I handed it to the lady she said have a nice day and kept the extra money to herself even after calling and asking about it they had her come to give me the change and she only gave me a partial amount back. This is typically a place I go often with my family for drinks, ice cream and other snacks and we spend a good amount here on a weekly basis, this interaction of her just expecting to keep the rest of my money is a good way to keep me from returning business. Yes I do tip at sit down restaurants 20%-25% but never in my life have I had the expectation to tip for fast food service going through a drive through when you aren't taking up someone's space and time that they can be making tips from someone else this was just the drive through. I am disappointed in the lack of customer care as I know plenty of people who struggle to live and eat at fast food often because it's cheap and they aren't able to or good at cooking so it's a cheaper alternative for them and yes every cent matters when people are struggling in this economy. Usually I would get McDonald's when getting a burger, but one eventful day I decided to get a cheeseburger from here and there pretty good!

First I tell her exactly what I want and that was a route 44 cherry limeade with out limes and with extra cherries then it just goes silent for a good 3 minutes well I was like hello anybody there an she comes back and ask if I wanted anything else and the screen said cherry limeade and I was like yes and I would like no limes and extra cherrys well that goes on and I said what my boyfriend wanted that was also a route 44 (he ended up getting a medium when she came out) I only got 1 cherry but we paid for extras and my drink for some reason tasted like chemicals or something it was weird and the place wasn't packed but it took forever for them to come out with our stuff :( They used to be awesome but I have no idea what happened to that place read more

The number one reason to come here: half price drinks between 2p-4p every day. And my dogs love their junior cheeseburgers. I pretty much always get happy meals but recently I really love the Parmesan chicken burgers are good and the kids love the tots sonic is great for when you don't want to cook or go out to the restaurant. I'll order the Parmesan chicken or the New York dog I do appreciate that they have beef dogs as an option the cheese sticks are perfect with the marinara . I love Sonics in general. Some of them are really good, some of them can be horrible. This particular Sonic is JUST RIGHT. As this location is close to my work and/or my usual route to points north, I stop by rather frequently. I am completely in love with Sonic drinks and this location does a good job with them. Their syrup to soda mix is consistently good and they know how to do the mix-ins. Their food is consistently good Sonic food. Their people are friendly and helpful when there is an issue. If you want a Drive-In fix or really just want a tall, frosty beverage, you can't lose with this Sonic location. read more

This Sonic is open during the winter storm but the app says they are closed. So while everybody is suffering they take away the option to get half price drinks. No boiled water advisory in affect and they wouldn't honor app deals even though they are open. Take advantage of people during hard times, sounds about right. read more

We just received our food and the order was completely wrong. We tried contacting the restaurant, but we couldn't get anyone to answer. When we finally got an answer, they refuse to deliver our correct food. I am sorry if it is inconvenient for them to deliver to us, but we don't have a vehicle. This was my first visit to this location. I ordered 2 corn dogs, LG. Tater tots, LG. Onion rings and a Steak sandwich. The corn dogs, tater tots, and Onion rings came out after about 3 minutes. The tater tots were yellow on crispy brown, non of these 3 items were served hot or fresh, we were told the cook put in the steak later and that was what we were waiting on, she offered us a coke for the waiting and we obliged her. We asked for mustard and ketchup also, about 5 minutes later the sandwich came out and we had to remind her about the ketchup, we ordered from the window and we them drove around and parked at the back of the resturant., I called and informed the manager about the food and she told me that the other was ready first and I said of course it was cause it was precooked before I ordered, she said the onion rings were freshly cooked. Every other sonic I have gone too a LG order of onion rings consist of at least 12 rings, mine only had 7 average sized ones and the rings cook were not consistent with each other, some were over cooked and some were undercooked.
