Im always able to come here for a nice, quick, tasty breakfast with no issues. I most recently came with my fiance and the in laws, and we were seated quickly during a busy Sunday morning. Our waiter was friendly, efficient and the perfect balance of attentive but not overbearing. The vibe is what you'd expect at any busy restaurant place, but something about it to me just feels cozy or relaxing. This is one of our family's traditions to go there1-2 a month. The service is always great. We may have to wait which is normal and we are seated professionally and promptly. We love Ms. Diane and Mr. Tony, they are two amazing souls that have taken care of our family on almost every visit there. The food is almost always on point. Everyone has their days and when we had slight issues they were corrected and honored to make sure everyone was cared for and food met their standards. Always a nice ambiance/ setting for breakfast/brunch or dinner. We love it and will continue supporting Denny's. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. They are so unprofessional. The service was really bad. Susana was so horrible. She was rude when ordering and was rushing us when we were ordering. She was at the cash register with a blank look on her face the whole time instead of checking up on us. She gave me the incorrect order of sides but at that point I didn't want to get screamed at like the other man did. A server started yelling at a man who was picking up a DoorDash order because his order was supposed to be ready for pickup at 12:45 and it was 1 PM and he hadn't received it yet. The server was out of line telling him that he could "just move on to the next order." He started getting in his face telling him to shut up. ALSO, the manager was getting upset with another customer that came in as I was writing this paragraph. She came in to pick up her order and the lady at the register said it had "already been picked up." THEYRE not making sure the orders go to the correct people. Just overall horrible service I have a video of the server screaming at the poor man I wish I could post it. It took them 25+ minutes to make 1 burger which is outrageous. We have been enjoying the great service & good food here for over 15 years.Sunday May 18 2025 all this came to an end! We know most of the fine servers but always have Ms Diana take of care us but she was of this day . All the regulars do a great job also. We placed our order with Kisha and waited and waited. She kept the coffee cups full but explained the delay because of short of cooks. This stuff happens but it was almost 30 minutes .. When we got the food my eggs looked like a 5 year old threw them on the plate. My wife said o boy cold pancakes. All of my food was also cold but we chose to go ahead and eat it as not to wait any longer. Kisha came back to check on us and wanted to re do it mess. THEN A LADY CAME TO OUR TABLE WITH THE WHATS THE PROBLEM HERE ? I found out she is the new GM now.Never introduced herself by name. Needless to say we will think before going back here. Used to eat here regularly. But it had changed so much it's unrecognizable. Maybe it was covid and the environment of aggressive beggers outside. But our favorite staff members left, too. So it seems it's management? The last few times we tried to dine here the hostility was palpable. So, protect your customers and do something about the beggers that hit your customers up in your parking lot and relax your covid extremism so diners can enjoy their meal without feeling stress all around. This is the second time they forgot my gravy and this time my mashed potatoes too...when you order the country fried steak that is $17 freaking dollars the least they can do is refund your ruined meal...instead the manager said they would just refund the missing items. I ordered from them a lot...I'm never ordering from them again. This was a delivery order that for just 2 people was almost $50. If you are gonna charge a fortune...at least either get it right or make up for it ...a refund for missing mashed potatoes and gravy didn't fix my dinner. read more

Worst dennys around we went on October 31 it took 40 minutes and our drinks still not even arrive. After that our big group and three other groups left without being help or acknowledged. Left went over to ihop and everyone who left dennys was over there. Missed out on a lot of money that night. Just close this place and start over. read more

This is a good place for an economical breakfast and hot coffee. Service is generally very good. Food comes out quickly. The food is quite acceptable but not exceptional. Given the time of day we eat breakfast that's ok because my first objective is consuming several cups of coffee. The pancakes are nice and fluffy and eggs are accurately cooked to order. This is a rebuilt location so I've seen it improve and it's finally competitive with the IHOP across the road. The servers are pretty polite and the store manager came out to greet everyone. I personally hate the dark colored seats and all the brown tones, but the food is pretty good. All I can ask is that everyone be polite and clean. (The owner made an Obama joke and realized I was behind him so he didn't say hi to me on his walk around the floor.... I can't blame him, it was awkward) read more

We been a weekly customers there at this location. Never had any issues. But this evening was a complete waste for f time. I understand that it is Christmas but if you are going to be open. Please hire enough staff. We sat down at 645 pm not too busy with customers and they finally came to our table once we ask the bus lady that was cleaning t get us a wait person. The guy took our drink order and bought us our drinks took our order at 6:58 pm. We are waited people are starting to come in. Getting the call in orders out. Taking orders from the people and still waiting 715 ask our waiter what's up and he mumbled saying they are taking care of the to go orders first. Ok 10 more minutes and a couple of people that came in afterwards got there food. So that was it! We got up and the waiter is like please wait like 10 more and I said no way already at 35 minutes too late. And try to talk to manager and he said I just got here. And didn't offer us to try to see what was going on. It will be awhile before we go there. read more

in the last week Today 3/4/18 is the day this Denny's (in Atascocita) lost my business for good. My family and I usually visit this location about twice a month. After waiting longer than an hour for our food the server, Tony, spilled an entire plate of food and in the process spilled hot coffee on my wife and son causing a burn mark on my wife's leg. Then the general manager, Harry, had the audacity to charge me for the meal with a discount. Worst customer service experience we've ever had. They have lost a customer forever. read more
