It's Sonic. Our food was warm, the order was almost correct. I wish they had regular fries and not the crinkle fries.

I come to leave this review and am not shocked they have a 2.1 star rating. I went to the Craig location by the Cannery Casino and experienced very poor customer service just now. I advised the girl who brought me my order that my fries were cold. I took them but of the bag to hand them to het if she wanted to take them but she just said in a slight annoyed tone that she would exchange them out and walked away without taking them. A guy actually brings my replacement out and immediately hands me the new fries and also asks for the old fries with an attitude. No "Im sorry about your order" "I'm glad we could make it right for you".... Nop, just attitude. He then looks into the old fry box and begins to try to tell me I ate some. I replied "yes, I did". First off, simpleton, how would I have known that they were cold if I didn't eat a few? Also, there was more than half the box left so he acted as if there was some large amount missing. He says "I'm gonna let you slide this time..." TF?! Who do you think you are? Let me slide? No, I'm letting you slide on those cold fries. How dare you try to talk to me like a child. He had some nerve. Horrible customer service and extremely rude with attitude. Neither one of them seemed to like their job. read more

The staff seemed uninterested and gave off the impression they'd rather be anywhere else. This time, that attitude extended to the food itself. When I got home, one burger was upside down in the box, and the other was in the wrong wrapper. While the burgers tasted fine, the sides were a mess. The fries looked like they'd been dropped--only about ten made it into the box. The tater tots were barely half full, and the dill seasoning was clumped onto just a couple of them. It's disappointing to feel like the team doesn't care about the quality of their work or the customer experience. Reviews may not matter to them, but they should. I usually get a side of Reese & pay for it , they fill it up to the cup, & even add extra Reese's inside my blast- I guess tonight they decided to charge me the usually amount $2 sometimes $3 for not even a quarter of the cup? & then there's just a sprinkle on top & the rest of the ice cream it's practically plain. My husband wanted to try Sonic burger today so today we went to the drive thru! Not much of a long line . So much to choose from ! Breakfast , so many different types of drinks and sides - tator tots - mozzarella sticks - onion rings - yummy ! Vanilla - chocolate shakes with added candies in them just so much ! You can also park your car and order as well! My husband ordered the super sonic bacon cheeseburger! He loved it ! It was huge. Bad customer service from the order taker to the person who delivered the food to the person who brought the change...which were 3 different people/individuals. We ordered a 2 corn dog, coney hotdog, tater tots, and a diet soda. We didn't say Diet Coke since didn't know they also served diet Dr Pepper...she came back with Diet What? Instead of...is that a Diet Coke or Diet Dr Pepper? When she (2nd person) brought and handed the bag to us, we asked may we have ketchup. She asked us isn't there any in the bag. Well...we don't know since we didn't bag the food. The response should have been...it's in the bag, do you need more? I checked and there was ketchup in the bag but she didn't wait to see if it was sufficient nor to see if there was anything else that was needed...mustard packet for the corn dog and maybe a bit more napkins. I can't stress enough how NICE and SWEET everyone here is! It's a Sonic, the foods the same cross country, but they really try to make sure your order is complete and right here. The only thing that lost a star, and I struggled with this, is their frozen drinks aren't always frozen. /: I like to suck pure icey goodness up my straw. The last several have had some ice, but nothing more than you'd get at any drive through in a regular soda. I'm not sure how to handle this issue. Hopefully it will only have been an issue the couple of times I was disappointed, but I do hesitate to go get another. Also, once they were out if Nerds, sadly disappointing my three year old grandson. Foods always hot, and it's really close, so I'll probably try a couple more, then just stick with Chocolate Cherry Coke. read more

I'm not a new sonic fan, but this sonic location is superb. When I pulled in, the drive through line was wrapped around the corner and the stalls on the opposite side of the corner were filled. I took a chance and ordered anyway. My food came out maybe in 10 mins tops! This was pretty awesome and the best part is that EVERYTHING was fresh! But their food. Their actual food makes you feel like you should have just stayed home and made a bologna sandwich. You'd experience about the same amount of disappointment. My recommendation is, that IF you are going to eat here, check your bag before you leave and make sure you have everything. Notorious for not putting your entire order in the bag and then treating you like you're trying to pull one over on them when you come back for it. Save the receipt. I ordered 2 blasts and none were mixed. It was ALL plain ice cream with what was supposed to be mixed together just sprinkled on top. I paid $12 for a cup of vanilla ice cream with a scoop of toppings. I've worked at Sonic and this is NOT how it's made. I honestly wasnt going to complain, but come on. Decided to stop by after my 12 hour shift and waited in line for a good 10-15 minutes, usually I expect it from this sonic so I don't mind. I was really tired and out of it when a worker brings my order and reads it to me, and I say yes because I heard something I ordered, turns out I paid for the wrong order on accident. I understand it could be very frustrating and it was my fault for automatically saying yes to the wrong order and the worker snapped at me and was extremely rude about a genuine mistake and I even apologized and made me feel guilty as I could see her visibly mad. I also work in the food industry and I understand it could be hectic but it just left a sour taste in my mouth after a long day. Never have a problem usually.. tonight after a 6 hour drive we thought we'd stop by Sonic for a quick meal picked this one because it's close and its "24 hours".. we get there at like 2:03 am waited in line got to the speaker just for the person to tell us"so we just took our last order for our end of night you can pull into a stall and we'll let you know when we're back up but that won't be until like 3am"?! How can you call yourself 24 hours when you close from 2-3 am every morning in Las Vegas?! That's mind boggling. Also, if you're going to be 24 hours find a more efficient way to do you end of night thing. No system should have to stay down for 1 hour before you can service customers again.
