Ugh!!! I ordered my usual Regular Spicy Chicken Bowl to-go and I'm so disappointed. The chicken is overcooked, dry, hard, and rubbery!!! White rice was fine and broccoli cooked just right. I guess I'll just eat rice and broccoli, with teriyaki sauce.

Stopped here for BBC an easy meal. I ordered the chicken teriyaki. They have two sizes so I got the large. It was definitely a good choice. I did not finish it as I did not want to be uncomfortable. Lol. I ordered extra sauce. I like to make sure my teriyaki has plenty of teriyaki. I would recommend this place.

I was waiting to get my food and I noticed a dead roach. I always eat here but now i'm kinda worried. Like where was the roach heading from I wonder.

The owner/manager arguing with me in my yelp messages over THEIR inconsistencies. unacceptable.

I love this restaurant. I tried a sample of the macaroni salad. It's not tasty. I would recommend seasoning and try again.

We ordered the Seasinal Million Dollar Breakfast Sandwich, and The Hits Farm Stand Breakfast Tacos. The food was delicious and we left more than satisfied. I was in Vegas for two days, and I ended up having dinner there both nights. The food was fresh and flavorful, the portion sizes were generous, and the restaurant was clean and very well maintained. The service was exceptional as well. I was helped by a young woman at the counter who was kind, respectful, and very helpful. She recommended one of the bowls to me, and it turned out to be absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely be visiting again the next time I'm in Vegas

It's still mostly like Hummus Republic but now offers SIX Indian Fusion Dishes. It's a bit different than it used to be and Indian Music fills the air. I thought we'd start off by sharing the Pani Puri Appetizer because they usually are the most delicious appetizers in Indian Restaurants. They weren't made to their description on menu or even the way pani puri are in every Indian restaurant anywhere. On Hummus Club's own menu they say that the pani puri are suppose to be filled with potatoes, chick peas and onions. Ours weren't filled with that and instead had cabbage, corn, tomatoes, lettuce, and tamarind sauce. The water on the side to fill them was much thinner and less herbed than I ever had anywhere else. The biggest fault might have been my husband's build your own bowl. All the food was barely warm and bordered on being cold. I don't know if the equipment is not functioning correctly or possibly they set up in a hurry and just didn't heat up the food? Either way this is a problem. I tried the chicken tikka masala bowl. It was suppose to be served with yellow rice but they gave me white rice. This bowl was made fresh and wasn't the best but was a lot better than my husband's bowl. They also only had one person working. She made the appetizer after our bowls. If they couldn't put something in a dish that should be in a dish (pani puri missing potatoes and chic peas ) I would understand if someone cared to take the time to say something to me.

The inside was nice not overwhelming and welcoming. I ended up going with the spicy tuna bowl with brown rice. I am not a big fan of sauce with mayo in it so he placed the OG sauce on the side and place the Wasabi crema on my bowl instead. I meant to take a picture before I dived in but I was super hungry after my work out and couldn't wait to try it. Also, who would have thought mango, pineapple and jalapeño salsa would be good with poke! But it adds a sweet, refreshing kick to the bowl. The fish kind of had a little fishy taste if you know what I mean but it wssnt enough to make it not edible. I have to say it is delicious! And you cannt beat the price! $11 for this bowl is a great deal and a perfect size for me. I definitely plan on going back and trying some of the other options and for the dole whip and Spam Musabi! Highly recommend.

The fellow who seated me said I had to try the clam chowder and it was exceptional. He was absolutely right. I wish I would have stopped there. I didn't, so let's discuss. I ordered water with lemon, clam chowder and half salad with honey mustard dressing, and a chicken sandwich with a pickle. I received lemonade, a soggy salad, a chewy chicken sandwich that was over and a bun that wasn't toasted, and no pickle. I figured lemonade was close enough. I ate the pickled onions off the salad. It had roasted tomatoes on it, which had a good flavor, but also had the pith of the stem, so I had to spit out the middle. The honey mustard was soaked into the lettuce making it soggy. I had a couple of items but didn't finish it. The chicken sandwich had a light batter like you would find on fish. I think they cooked the chicken first and then battered it and cooked it again. The batter was light and flaky. The inside chicken was overcooked and there was a large portion that was dry and chewey. I didn't finish the chicken sandwich either. I was surprised the bun wasn't toasted. I know the standard they usually have. Today they were just off. They don't allow tipping, but you can scan the QR code at the table and donate to the school, or you can donate at the end just like you would with a tip. The staff was super friendly and attentive. A+ for the good intentions. Everything looked very pretty. The food was just a bit off this time.

I was unaware of the Westside Bistro until i saw it for Restaurant Week. The Bistro is part of the Culinary Academy of Las Vegas. As their RW introduction says, "Westside Bistro operates as a student training restaurant for the Culinary Academy of Las Vegas, providing hands-on learning opportunities for future hospitality professionals." The lunch menu for RW was three courses. For course 1, I ordered the soup of the day which was chicken vegetable. Large chunks of chicken with vegetables. Good broth and flavorful soup. Course 2, I chose the blackened chicken club. This was a blackened chicken breast, lettuce, tomato, bacon, onion, and Swiss cheese on a pretzel bun. This was quite a handful. It was a large and tasty second course. For course 3, I went with the lemon curd tart that was topped with an amount of browned meringue. It was a light way of ending my lunch Service was quite good. It seems like the time to go is around noon. Several tables were finishing soon after I arrived, and the bistro was quiet. Before I left, I got my iced quad espresso at the new coffee shop in the lobby. The bistro area is new. It is well appointed. This is a great place to stop in for lunch. I looked at their regular menu and there was a good number of choices from salads to burgers and dessert. Great find for RW 2026.
