Its always to visit Sonic while making a trip. Yesterday we stopped in on this location to pickup a burger before heading to our next location. I ordered the Smash burger and I was very happy I gave it a try. It was very will make and had a good amount of flavor. It was made very fast and the employee was very nice that served us. Unsure why this location has low reviews but by all we experience everything was great. Prices were a bit high for what you get but other than that all was great. read more

The only reason this is getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because the poor two kids working the night shift were so stressed and apologetic. This review is not against them but how understaffed this place is. My friends and I placed an order to pick up and we waited 30 minutes to get our food because they were so backed up with orders, but Gavin really did his best and communicated with us the situation they were in. He was so sweet and I feel horrible for him. As someone who's worked in food service, I hope he leaves this place and finds a better job. We waited 20 minutes for a small meal, and when we got it one of the fries were half empty, the corndog was missing and the burger had one patty instead of two. A couple nights ago we had been as well, and we waited 20 minutes again for a dry burger and small fry. We will visit every other Sonic in the world before we visit this one again. I ordered the chicken sandwich combo and the tomatoes were yellowish meaning the sandwich was pre-made and the lettuce was also turning brown. The cherry limeade tasted horrible like the ice and the machine is dirty. This was my first time going to this sonic and it will be my last. The chrispy chicken wasn't crispy at all but somewhat soggy in the middle like when it sits out for a while and it was not even hot. The only thing that was on point were the onion rings. I come to this sonic a lot on my lunch break as I work from home and need to get out of the house. Normally everything is good but today was not a good experience. Initially I received the incorrect drink so I turned around and went back to the store to get it corrected. The second drink I received was still incorrect as it was loaded with extra ice and I specifically asked for easy ice. I was running out of time on my lunch break so I had to just leave it and come back home. This is definitely not easy ice!!! I guess in the future I will order it with no ice and add ice from my freezer at home. Update: regrettably they still don't understand the concept of easy ice. It only happens when a male, I assume is the manager takes my order. I also think he leaves the board on as if we are still talking while he's making my incorrect drink to lower his ticket times, which is annoying bc I can't pay with my card until he turns the speaker off. I'm a big fan of Sonic but my late Sunday morning visit was a wasted trip. I pushed the service button and waited forever to get a response. There were only 3 customer cars in the lot. We all got there about the same time. One got his order and left before I got a response. The next car placed and received his order then I finally got a very low volume response. I placed my order. I know they heard me because they asked if I wanted to "make it a meal". Besides that, I heard nothing else. What can really be said? It's Sonic. That's not a bad thing! I think their food is slightly above the average burger joint but it's not anything to write home about. They have a few unusual items on the menu such as their jalapeno poppers and sweet potato tots that set them apart for more than the usual fair. What really sets them apart is their drink/shake menu which is quite extensive. They offer a happy hour for drinks and food at certain times of the day which is nice. On 1-12-2019 This Sonic on Hwy 407. I order three mm blast & a strawberry cheesecake shake hand made. I was told they didn't make anymore.
