It was a regular Saturday and I'd just left the house to start running errands and wanted a slush, pulled into the drive through and decided to get a Jr. breakfast burrito as well. Grab my wallet to get my card ready and realize I had no wallet! I switched purses and it didn't make it into the purse of the day. I tell the man at the window (badge said shift manager or something along those lines, short brown hair, I WISH I knew his name) what happened and that I'll be right back and start to pull off and he says "HOLD ON!!!" So I stop and he gives me the slush! I thank him and tell him how incredibly nice and extraordinary that is with all of the gratitude in the world. I come back with my wallet and explain over the speaker to the (now woman) why I'm there and pull around to pay for my slush and burrito and get my burrito. The woman rufuses my money and tells me "it has been taken care of." The man from before appears with my bag and tells me to have a great day!! Again, I thanked him and told him there should be more people like him in this world and he humbly says "you're welcome," passes me my bag, and laughs at what I'm sure was quite theatrical on my end. It is worth a mention my drink and burrito were perfect btw. He easily could have been upset and made me feel worse than I did already in that situation. Instead of getting frustrated with my absent mindedness he chose to meet me compassion and warmth. For me it wasn't about the money at all. It was about the kind gesture, just because. Every time I drive past there I smile, I'll never forget how that guy totally made my day. If you're in the mood for a great drink or sundae or shake or excellent burger or burrito or coney - head to that location. And this time not only did it take 20 minutes for 2 corn dogs and 2 drinks, but the corn dogs were cold to the point that I couldn't get it off the stick and the stick broke in half in my corn dogs and it has ruined my whole corn dog experience. I arrived, checked in and immediately the screen said "Mario is on his way ". 5 minutes later a woman brought my order out and said she would be right back because she forgot my straw. I had placed a mobile order and we went to a stall to check in and immediately it said they were on their way out with the food. I waited about 5 minutes and then i said the order was complete but we didn't receive the food. I waited another 5 minutes before pressing the button to ask if our order was still coming and someone came out with the food and drinks. When she came out she apologized about the wait and handed the drinks over and spilled the drink in my car and just ran back inside. There was TWO other cars waiting. As many have said, I would give this place 0 stars if I could. They always get things wrong and the staff are nothing but rude. I've given this place multiple chances after bad experiences, but this was my last. Today I pulled up and waited at the drive through order for 2 full minutes and no one spoke over the mic despite me moving my car to trip the trigger. I then pulled up to the window and was promptly ignored by one employee, when he finally came to the window I explained the situation and he said "okay" and closed the window. We pull up in the drive through to order and I'm shocked at the level of rudeness from the employee. Well that was just the beginning. EVERYTHING, and I mean EVERY single item in our order was wrong. We had stopped at a park to eat, so I called and asked to speak to a manager and was shocked to realize that the rude drivethrough person was in fact the manager. Large cherry limeade, no cherries, no lime 3. Corndog deep fried till it was literally black 4. Two orders of tater tots were still frozen inside and tasted like very old fryer oil 5. Chili cheese fries were not fries at all, but tater tots 6. Pickle fries were still frozen 7 The ranch in the small packets was so old it wasn't even a liquid anymore, it was hard 8. Popcorn chicken was still frozen in the middle 9. 1 order of fries was missing 10 one large drink was missing When I called to complain,she told me I was wrong and argued with me. She asked me what I wanted her to do about it, I said I want a full refund. I went back, pulled up to the drive through window,she saw me, and walked away, making me wait another few minutes ( there were no other customers) and finally comes to the window and says " do you have the supposedly wrong order for me"? I feel horrible for the people that have to work with her, and the people that are unlucky enough to have her working the drive through when they order their food. Wouldn't recommend this location. They're slow and almost always get something wrong with any order. I don't know if they're just incompetent or what. Tonight my brother and I ordered the ultimate meat and cheese breakfast burrito combos. We were charged correctly but when we got home it turns out we got regular small breakfast burritos. I mean come on it wasn't even busy! Is your job really THAT hard? Also seems like they're always short staffed no matter what time of day it is. Listen to the other reviews. If you don't mind waiting 20+ minutes in the drive through or stall for a single drink this place is OK. Besides the long wait times, my orders are consistently wrong. I've kept going back because it's up the street from where I live but I will no longer go to this location. It's strange because if it's super busy on a Friday night I'd expect a wait. Going in the afternoon on a weekday where there's two cars being served and you still have a long wait?? That's what makes no sense. And it's 100% of the time you get a long wait. So it's been over a month since my last review of this place. I gave them another shot, thinking maybe they got better, boy, was I wrong. They got even worse. I took the drive-thru route this time, two cars ahead of me. 10 minutes later, still 2 cars ahead of me. 15 minutes later, still 2 cars ahead of me... 20 minutes later... same thing. I gave up and drove off. At least going through the drive-thru, I didn't give the any money. I have no idea how this store is still open, corporate needs to shut them down or replace the entire staff. We went through they drive up at 810pm on a Saturday night. Closing time was 10 pm. We ordered 2 drinks. We waited an appropriate time for our order to be taken at the ordering board at back of building. We were the only ones in the drive up at the time. We pulled up to the window and started our wait for drinks. Initially, we were able to see 2 workers inside. One of them was eating something from their hand. They other one appeared to be working but it was difficult to see clearly. We waiting and no one came to the window to collect money or communicate anything. After about 10 min another man came in to our view and was yelling at the other men. They were clearly arguing. There were then 3 cars behind us waiting also. We thought maybe we would get helped so we continued to wait. We waited again for 10 min. Still No-one came to window to apologize for wait. We could see 3 men but only one of them appeared to be working the other 2 continued to have a conversation. We waited a total of 22 minutes for our 2 drinks. No one came to window during this time and it was clear no one inside was working on our order. We drove away. There was clearly an issue going on inside. We would have appreciated someone coming to the window and stating I'm sorry we can not complete your order at this time. Very disappointed. read more

My family and I have visited this location numerous times over the last few years. Orders can be completely forgotten as they tend to mark online orders as completed even when it's still in the kitchen. Condiments and napkins are often forgotten even when specified for in the order. Soft pretzels missing cheese. Mozzarella sticks missing marinara. Drinks like the cherry limeade with the outside of the cup covered with cherry flavoring which will get on your hands and cupholder. And again, no napkins. It's hard to believe this deserves a one-star but I sincerely have not seen service this careless in a long time for any chain. read more
