The food is always ok, but that's only if they get the order right. Doesn't happen often. I used to stop every morning on the way to work. I've stopped that but still occasionally stop on the way home for a drink. Gotta love the Sonic ice. I've stopped probably 8 times over the last several months and of those times, they may have gotten the order right twice. The slushies are priced higher here than any other location. It's a place that caters to a little town by extortion, i guess. I simply wanted French toast sticks. They did not have a big crowd so I assumed it was the perfect time to order some. I waited a little over 10mins after ordering on the app and watched cars come and go while I still did not have my food. I finally got my food & made it home to see all of the French toast are cold & look half cooked. I had one that was fully cooked & it looked like leftovers from the following day!! We stopped here late to get some food on our way home after a Memphis Redbirds game and I was very impressed. Normally I'm not a fan of Sonic but the good was very good (or else I was just that hungry!) And I would say that the staff was very good because we asked for multiple things and they always helped. I was a little upset because my sandwich came out with pickles and onions even though it didn't say that it would. It also didn't say it would have lettuce and tomato but I could see that from the picture. Luckily it didn't affect the taste too much. read more

Most times I visit during happy hour just for their beverages. It's a toss-up with the staff. Those over the intercom tend to be a bit snippy. A few of the carhops are the same way, while others are super polite. My big complaint is that no matter how I word it, "easy ice", "light ice", "just a little bit of ice", my drinks ALWAYS get delivered packed nearly to the brim with ice. I don't want to pay for 80% ice and 20% beverage. I live 5 minutes from this location. Today's drink was gone by the time I arrived home. I would voice my concerns, but I've learned it's best to not voice too much of an opinion to those serving you food/drinks, especially since I could be viewed as being nit-picky. They didn't give me cheese sauce with my pretzel when I specifically asked for it. When I got home (5 miles away) I called and told the manager about this. She said I could come bAck and get the cheese sauce. Being as I am 5 miles away I thought that was unreasonable. I'm from this part of town and I usually go here all the time.. but lately the service has been very POOR! I always ask for bacon on my sandwiches and somehow it's never on there but I get charged for it and this is a 24/7 issue. Lately, I will go and every order is always wrong but the last time that crossed the line for me is when i asked them for a chili cheese coney they gave me a New York style coney!! Recently moved here with my family. My daughter loves Sonic's food and I take advantage of their drinks. I've given this restaurant 4 good tryouts in the past 3 months and I have to say that's it for me. I'm use to happy carhops in my prior city, but all of the ones I've encountered at this restaurant have attitudes. There is no "hi", they don't repeat your order before giving it to you, they just walk to your car and silently hand you your stuff with a frown, as if you are the problem. There's one Caucasian young female who's the worst!!!! I can't even really review the food because the service is so horrible. read more
