So I waited for over 2 hours and not even an apology from your so-called manager. Instead I get hung up on. Train your people treat your customers right. Consumer beware!! Their ordering stalls are all jacked up. Several of them with significant damage! I pulled into one that from approach appeared to be ok, it wasn't but didn't know until until I pulled in that the menu sign on the passenger side was scraping the paint off my passenger door and quarter panel. Sonic does nothing, they could care less, their insurance denies claims. And with all those damaged stalls, they don't even put out signage to state they are in disrepair and may damage your vehicle. This location is quite close to an airport and we were crossing thru heading towards Cocoa Beach when we stopped for lunch. We ordered several burgers, popcorn chicken, grilled chicken, corn dogs, and a strawberry shake for grand-pops. All items were made as described and served warm. The tater tots that accompanied the one combo was crispy and hot needing only some ketchup to dip. The only complaint would be that the shake was too thick to drink initially. That said it was well liked and enjoyed. It was cute that the girl serving everyone this early Saturday, was still learning to roller skate. When we tipped her she almost went off into driveway. She was well performing and fulfilled our order quickly. A very nice experience overall. read more

It's 9:41 am and I just sat at the drive through waiting to order for 5 minutes. If I could give negative stars I would!!!! No response; it says that they are open but evidently no one is there or working. No cars in the lot; another customer was waiting in a carhop slot and there was a car in front of us that drove off because obviously they got tired of waiting. Don't bother with this one. The one on Wickham is MUCH better. We pulled in, ordered 2meals, a corn dog, and three drinks. The girl read our order back to us. We said correct and she gave us our total cost. We pulled around to the window and waited on car in front of us, which was having problems with their order. Once We got to the window the girl told us the wrong order information. We corrected her. She said there was no order matching ours. We said she confirmed it and gave us the total cost. I came here during a trip in May. I should have realized from location's overall star rating to lower my expectations. I got a bacon cheese burger along with tots and a banana shake. The shake was fine however the burger and tots did not appear/taste that fresh. I could not finish either one of those and ended up throwing them away half eaten. Overall, if everything is closed I might give this place another chance. The choices in this area seem really limited and the other late night options aren't that great. This location is BAD! The manager KAT is really the problem. She has no clue how to talk to people, no customer service skills, can't even send people to the parking lot with a broom. This is the WORST sonic I have ever been to! Service is SO slow! Just Yesterday I went there and the drive thru took so long I started to time it. When I pulled up to the box I waited 3 min and no one ever greeted me. I pulled forward and waited another 70 sec. Then I hear the box answer the car behind me. As I pull up to the window the girl was very rude and told me I should have waited and I messed up their drive thru time. Then she took my order and I sat for another 3 min and the people behind me all got their food. Even worse 3 cars after the ones behind me came and got food and I was WAY! In front of them. It took another 9 min to be a Lemon Berry Slush and Cheese sticks waiting at the window. I asked if a manager was there today and this lady KAT stated to tell me I am wrong, she is right. I addressed the issue of her team cheating drive thru times and she said that is how all fast food works. When I told her worked at only locations in this area as a Supervisor she told me I made that up and have no clue how business works. As we were talking I pointed out 3 other people that came pressed the button and never got a response and just drove off. When I point this out she started to yell at me. I asked for the owners phone number and name. She told me "NO! YOU ARE NOT CALLING US IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT" I asked her about all the bad reviews online and she told me they paid $1500 to have them all removed. Why not use the $1500 to get a new manager and run the store correctly. For only $200 of the $1500 she could have come one take a broom and clean all the spider webs down and replace all the burnt out lights. With that money you could even pay someone to come in and explain to you WHY you are failing in this business. The worst part is that SONIC has great food, and us local's do not get to enjoy it. I hope paying to remove all the negative reviews proves to be one of the biggest waste of money KAT has done yet. Going back into my internet History I was able to find my Original review on this location. This is what KAT paid $1500 to remove? Lucy the Car Hop has been amazing ! She's always so sweet and puts the customer first !! My order was messed up and she fixed it right away! The tot nachos are awesome ! She should get a raise or at least more tips because people at sonic can be so rude and it's so hot out there running to the cars. read more

Came here at 10 at night with my girlfriend and got great service. I ended up ordering the wrong item on the menu and got my item for free and got to keep the mistaken item. If I could give it 0 starts I would. I have had poor experience in the past with this Sonic but this trip was my last ever. I ordered food using the App. Arrived put in my stall number it came up and everything looked like it was moving along in the kitchen according to the on screen display. Then all of a sudden it went from in the kitchen to nothing. We I figured it was on its way so I sat. After 10 mins of sitting after the order information disappeared saying it was cooking (This would be about 15 mins total time at this point) I got out of my car to go see what the hold up was. They were hardly busy when I arrived may be 6 customers including drive through. I only ordered a chili cheese dog, small tot and route 44 unsweet tea (A very simple quick order). The rude lady that finally came out the front door to deliver food to another customer said it will be out in a minuet. She never even asked what I had ordered. She returns and goes inside. She then comes out with another order and asks what did you order. I give her my order and she says I'll go check. She delivers the food she has and then yells to another coworker who was walking out to deliver food "hey she needs a chili cheese coney", the other guy tells her " then go make it" and continues on his way. She goes back in the store and disappears I am assuming to go make my food. Then kid she was talking to walks past and I ask for a manager. He yells in the door to the manager that someone wants to speak with you and they guy never even bothered to acknowledge his request. I continued to stand out side and wait. The girl returns a few minuets later with a Foot long Chili Dog, that to say the least looked like they flipped it upside down after putting it into the package, a small tater tot (All of which was cold by the time I got it and got back to my car). I ask about my drink and she says nothing but does go back inside and get me my drink. When she returns with my drink she doesn't even apologize for the long wait we are now over 25 mins of time at a fast food restaurant. I then tell her she can tell her manager to shove it up his butt and that I will just file a complaint with corporate, which I have done and I am waiting for a return email or phone call from them. All together I was at Sonic for a total of 30 mins for an order I ordered ahead on their app. I am appalled at the lack of customer service or care by their employees or management. None of whom are over the age of 25 by the looks of it. I have worked in fast food in my life time and yes even at a Sonic, I even worked at this location a few times as needed (Although this was over 14 years ago), I just cannot believe how the owners have let this location go to crap. Their staff has not care about their customers. They get annoyed when the order system is going off with a waiting customer and have attitudes with the customers who are just wanting to place their orders. You witness a lot when you are standing right out side of their front door where everything is glass. Food sitting for long times on trays not under warmers waiting for someone to come and run the food. This store is way under staffed and under trained. There were only 6 cars there 3 in drive through when I arrived and 3 in the drive in stalls. That is not very busy. Although it did get much busier as I was waiting for 30 minuets and there were probably 12-15 customer waiting in the Drive in stalls alone plus all the ones waiting on the patio. read more

I've been to the sonic multiple times but recently it has been terrible. I came here yesterday and when I got there the car in front of me ordered at the drive thru and when I got there they said sorry we are closing for tonight and it was well before the actual closing time. I came again this morning and waited at the drive thru speaker for THRTY minutes and no one even said a word through the speaker. I finally became irritated and initiated and said hello and no response. I try again and they finally say we need a few minutes, it was like 2pm and no busy at all so what could they possibly be doing. I left because I had no time to wait any longer. I am back here now and I tried my luck with the stalls since the drive thru has not been doing good for me, and I've now been waiting 25 minutes and counting for a single drink!! Just a slush not even milkshake. We will see how long I have to wait for this $2 order. This is ridiculous!!! read more

I used the drive thru today and asked for a number 2, which is a dbl cheeseburger. I asked for no ketchup and no tomato. I also asked for a chocolate shake instead of a coke. I paid over 10 dollars for a meal that was 7.79 on menu, I knew it would be more for the shake. I did not realize this till later that she had charged me for the combo and a shake. At this store it is not easy to get in a out. I had just left and was sitting at the light and looked and my burger and it was a single and had tomato and a ton of mustard. Most times that I do go in the mornings the wait is long for them to welcome you so you can place the order. But the one good thing is their employee I found out his name is Andrew that seems to know how to give good customer service. He always place a napkin and sticker on your coffee and add the milk and sugar. the couple of times he wasn't there I was given the cream and sugar and told to add in myself, company policy is that they don't add for the customer.
