4 small, cold rings for $3.29! Ripoff!
    David R.

Ordered small onion rings. Received 4 below average sized, cold rings. Went to speak to manager who said: "4 rings is what you get in a small." So if small rings cost $3.29, that means each small, cold onion ring was 0.85 each. I think this is highway robbery. I will not be back. The product is low quality, not good value for the money. Also they keep the carhop area closed to force you to go thru the drive-thru.

The brown piece at the left. On the right is what I spat out (bacon and egg).

I went yesterday night and pulled in to one of the ordering spots. As I was ordering I asked for "A Sonic blast w M&Ms and Snickers but very lightly so it doesn't become overwhelming" when she repeated the order back she said "2 sonic blast one m&ms and one snickers extra candy". We corrected her and we took our order home. I didn't open my sandwich til' the next morning (now) and not only did I get a Bacon Egg & Cheese sandwich when I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger but when I take my previous to last bite I find some disgusting piece of brown unknowns thing inside the sandwich. Picture will be attached. Second time I go and both were bad experienced.

2nd sandwich missing breath right out of wrapper.

One of the best things to do as a family in Lancaster County is to go to The Turkey Hill Experience…read moreto experience the famous ice cream and iced tea/lemonade brand that started out as a family operation in the area. Tickets aren't crazy expensive. It was just over $16 for my adult ticket. It gave me access to the museum, which is really the second floor. In one small space is a museum about Turkey Hill's history, how ice cream is made, etc. It's very interactive with an area to make your own ice cream flavor, commercial, and more. The ice cream sampling area is great. They give you healthy scoops. There's also an area to try their iced tea and lemonade and learn how it's made. The bottom level is a giant gift shop with toys, clothes, and more. There's a large parking lot out front.

Then I found Turkey Hill Ice cream Experience only 30min away from Lancaster, and decided to visit. We bought the double scoop experience (comes with ice cream test lab) and obviously that was the highlight of the place! The test lab is about 45min experience and the whole thing with self-guided tour takes about 1hr 30min to 2 hours depending how crowded it is. The visit was fun and of course my 5-year-old daughter had a great time eating tons of ice cream!

I was very excited to have a beer shop so close to my house! My first visit, I was waited on by a young gentleman. He appeared to be in high school, or maybe a Freshman in college. He provided me with exceptional customer service. He even offered to help me carry my beer out to the car! 5 stars for him. I returned on several other occasions, and was assisted by a heavy set man. I believe that his name is Sean? I am not quite sure. He had a very poor attitude. I had several cases of beer, and asked him if he could help me carry the boxes to my car. He seemed very irritated, and rolled his eyes as he sighed and said "Ummm, sure." There was nobody else in the store, so it wasn't like there was a line of other customers waiting to be checked out. I was absolutely appalled. Never in my 37 years of living, have I witnessed such rudeness. I left the store feeling like I was some sort of a burden. All I asked for was some help carrying my boxes because I GAVE THEM MY BUSINESS. Every time after that, Sean had the exact same piss-poor attitude. He had a scowl on his face the entire time, and made it seem like I was such a burden for giving him my business. I give the youngest man whom I believed to be in high school or college a good review. He was nothing but a gentleman. Sean (if that is what his name is), on the other hand, needs a serious reality check. Your job is to make your customers feel welcome. I have no idea where you learned your customer service skills from, Sean, but I would brush up on them, if I were you. The high school student seems to understand how to treat customers. I would recommend asking him for some pointers. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
