I visit this Sonic a lot. I usually get the popcorn chicken, but the new Sonic Smasher is terrific as well. Service is pretty mediocre, though. It's not good, but not bad. It's sonic... expectations are set appropriately. Typically we only go there to grab drinks. We got a diet Cherry limeade which came out as a Cherry sprite, Unsweetened Blackberry Tea which came out as a full cup of ice with maybe 6oz of tea... no blackberry, and a diet ocean water which came out with blue syrup dripping down the entire cup and tasted like straight blue syrup on ice. It was $7 so it's not going to ruin my day but if you can't staff a place with people who care the slightest, might as well close the doors and cut your losses. Terrible. In a moment of weakness, I ordered a premium breakfast burrito and they served it with whole pieces of each ingredient instead of chopped up and mixed together. So we place an online order and we put our stall number down which was 13 and then we see our name come up on the menu screen in our stall. So while we're waiting we see this girl walk out with what looks like our order. She walks right past us and go's to a different car. Then goes to the nexts car and the next one and keeps going till she approaches about 6 cars and gives up and walks back inside with the order. So we wait for our food. Doesn't come. Wait some more. Doesn't come. We keep waiting and finally press the button for help and they say sorry and it'll be right out. Once the girl comes out the first thing she says while approaching is "yeah it's because you put the wrong stall number".... And we said no we didn't we put down 13 and our name even popped up on the screen. And she says "no you put 7" Excuse me?? Do not tell me what number I put. Why would my name be on the 13th screen if I put 7....? Also the fact that they brought out the same order because the cheese sticks were extremely cold and hard. Literally stupid how she blamed something that wasn't our fault on us just so she wouldn't be at fault. And the fact that the food was sitting for so long and they still brought it to us instead of bringing something fresh. Will never return to this location. read more

This place is old and tired. The Diet Coke tastes weird. The kids' meal chicken nuggets look tan moon rocks. The tables they have are all crusty and dull, like the finish has worn off. I suspect this place survives solely because it's the only fast-food for many miles in any direction. We all have to eat fast-food sometimes, just to feed ourselves when we are out of time. But I'd rather just go hungry than eat here again. read more

Food and service are "ok". Don't like how you have to park and order. Why not have a drive they for people just grabbing food to go. Heard many stories about servers keeping change automatically thinking it was a tip, credit cards adding an auto tip, etc. so watch your transaction closely. As far as tipping, I'm reading we are expected to tip the people there? It's fast food. I don't tip at McDonalds or Taco Bell so I'm confused. I'm not given a choice of driving through. Being the only "Fast Food" restaurant in town is the only thing keeping this place open. The food is never fresh. The chicken strips are bland and mainly crust. The fries and tater tots are always grease soaked. The "drinks" are nothing but cups of ice. There are too many dead menus so you can't use your credit card. The prices are way too high. But being the only thing in town they can get away with it. Basically just stay away unless your desperate. read more

Staff is not overly friendly. You are charged too much for cold food. I ordered cheese on everything..which they did not do. Then they wanted to recharge my card for their mistake. I've never gone back and will never go back. Worth driving down the road for better food.
