I see im not the only one who thinks this place is the equivalent of dog poop. Legit waited at the drive thru window fpr 20 min for two breakfast burittos. I had to leave. This place is so so so awful. This is the third time this has happened to me at this specific location. I highly advise everyone not to go here. Id rather eat moldy cheese out of a dumpster than even do any business at this location. Obviously Sonic management doesn't care about all the 1 star reviews or maybe they'd hire people who actually want to work quickly. I got a text message for .50c corn dogs on Thursday, so I thought I'd stop and get a couple. I pulled in and ordered 3, that's right 3 corn dogs. 35 minutes later, yes 35 minutes that's just over 10 minutes a corn dog, I finally got my food. Thank God it was hot! The problem? Only one car hop, even though I could clearly see what appeared to be a female manager roaming around inside, only one woman on skates was actually skating food out. I'm so glad the "manager" had time to take her break though. I keep hoping the next time I go here it won't take too long, since the same order in Chehalis is virtually instant. I love Sonic with a passion. This location repeatedly lets me down. The slushes are always sticky. The food has been cold multiple times and the burgers have had grill grim on the buns. I always say sonic doesn't have the best food, but what I got was just bad. read more

Worse wait ever. We waited to order for about 5-6mins then It took 15mins before anyone me came out to tell us that they ran out of breaded chicken and brioche buns. Then it took another 15-20mins for the chicken tenders to come out. So the whole wait time was 35-40mins, which is WAY too damn long. Don't get me wrong; the food is very good BUT the service is LOUSY!! I pulled into the first stall yesterday and pushed the button for service. I waited...and waited...and waited...and no one ever showed up. Finally, the light went out so I pushed it again. There weren't THAT many cars waiting for service so I expected someone to show up right away and apologize for making me wait. But again, I waited...and waited...and waited...total wait time was close to 15 minutes and STILL no service! So I gave up and pulled around to the drive-thru window line. Guess what? Very good service. Bathrooms locked but nice once we were able to use. Has a seating area. This restaurant is drive theu and park only. The sign to order by benches is faced the wrong way but you can sit down only outside to eat . Friendly workers and accurate order. As far as fast food goes sonic is one of the more decent ones in my book because of the variety of drinks and shakes etc. I'm not a super huge fan of the burgers but the tots and onion rings are good. I also have a secret affinity for their breakfast burrito which is a unhealthy but somewhat delicious way to start the day. That being said the reason I gave this particular location 2 stars was the customer service. I pulled up in a stall to order a chicken nugget kids meal for my son. The woman informed me they don't have chicken nuggets. I am a bit confused as I can clearly see them on the menu right next to me. After a bit of a long drawn out episode I am informed that they "don't ha e chicken nuggets, they have chicken strips" excuse my lack of proper wording on the word nugget vs strip. Stopped by today and ordered at the drive through. Female that made our order had no mask and the male at the drive through window had no mask either. Looked like a cook had a mask on. Serving cold items with open top lids like the shakes and blasts should require the front of the kitchen and window worker to wear masks. Also no gloves on the front kitchen workers. Could not see if cook was wearing gloves, but he may have been. We will not go back unless safety measures are taken to prevent contamination. read more

Went to Sonic first time ever today. Terrible customer service. Took quite some time to get helped. When I did get to order the guy was monotone...short and sounds like he would like to be somewhere else entirely. My girls got chicken tenders and fries. It comes with 2 strips and which is fine...but 1 ketchup each. An employee was walking by and we asked for more as we were sitting outside at a table. He told us that isn't his job. Wow!! I've been in CS for 30 years...he did somewhat redeem himself because a VERY pleasant employee who's job it must be brought us out some. Compared to what Sonic used to be they suck now. Not much better than Burger King. I used to live near a real Sonic in Texas for a few years in Beeville, TX. It was delicious. These new corporate Sonics copied the layout then threw out all the good food and inserted garden variety burger vomit. Even the corn dogs shrunk by over 50%. This place was a last resort on a snowmageddon day and one we will rarely repeat again unless in dire straits. read more

First of all, our closest Sonic is the one on Martin Way and EVERY time we go there at least 1 of our orders out of the 5 people in my family is wrong, made badly, or unavailable. So having said that, we decided to drive the extra miles to this location for the first time last night around 10pm. First red flag was that the drive in portion was closed. No car hop service was to be had. There was no noticable damage or debris from the storm the day before and all the monitors looked to be working just fine. Anyway, went ahead and went through the drive- thru. We ordered a Snickers Shake, Brownie Cookie Dough Masterblast, an Oreo Shake and I had a chocolate sundae w/ extra nuts. The Oreo shake my son ordered looked like a vanilla bean shake at best. There was no cookie pieces and it looked like they just sprinkled some Oreo powder in it??? So, my husband, after having to walk up to the door and ask for straw and spoons seen that only 3 people where in the building. Not sure what was going on with this Sonic. Just not a great Friday night for a family who enjoys Sonic treats and the drive in appeal. I'll give it 2 stars for now because my Sundae was the best Ive had in a long time. It had the perfect amount of chocolate and nuts throughout the sundae so that every bite was chocolaty and nutty. I will update this review after giving it another try. read more

HAIR in my kids burger! It was a step up from McDonald's quality food. I fed myself with two kids no extras for about 16 dollars. There is no indoor seating. It is either in your car or outside. We visited in February so it was unpleasantly cold. When we politely returned the hair we were only offered a replacement. For a newly opened business you would have thought they would have tried to over compensate so someone didn't write a crummy review. My husbanding I ordered at the drive up booth yesterday. If there were any other customers, I didn't notice. The service was quick, but seeing how messy it was going to be, we decided to eat our burgers at home. We live fairly close, but the food was already cold when we received it. The french fries were stale and cold, and the burgers, although tasty, were likewise cold. It's surprising that a restaurant that is so new has already lapsed into mediocre service. There was no reason for our food to be cold. They weren't particularly busy, and supposedly they serve their food fresh and to order. With Five Guys across the street and McDonald's next door, not to mention Herfy's down the road, you would think they would try to be competitive. Not going back. read more
