The service was noticeably poor from the start. Our waitress rarely checked on our table, and throughout the evening we were never offered drink refills. We had to go out of our way to get attention whenever we needed something. For a large birthday gathering, we expected much better customer service. What really stood out was that a toddler at our table was asked to turn down their tablet. Under normal circumstances that might be understandable, but this was taking place in a restaurant hosting karaoke with loud music and the usual busy restaurant noise. It felt unnecessary and inconsistent given the environment. As long-time customers, we left feeling unwelcome and overlooked. We understand that restaurants have busy nights, but basic customer service, attentiveness, and common sense should still be expected. Sadly, this experience has caused us to reconsider whether we'll be returning in the future. Seemed like Karen behavior coming from the manager looking like a chola. Very disappointed.

I would compare this Pizza to what you get at MOD. It's not too bad, but not too good. Average at best and I expected a lot better. Cost was about normal (14" pizza and bread appetizer for $50 plus tax). Marinara sauce for bread was delicious. All in all, it wasn't a terrible experience. It's by no means gourmet or fancy pizza. Perhaps the rest of their menu is better. Server needs to chill out and brush up on her customer service skills. 3 stars at best.

Ample cheese and not too much cheese but on point! I paired this with the Rock Steady Red Breton draft. Loved the pairing. Lots of flavor. Bartender pop Noah was attentive and good with suggestions. I just stopped in to check it out since I'm new in the neighborhood, pleasantly surprised. I actually read reviews and despite the few negative reviews I'm so glad to have formed my own opinions. Working in the industry I understand when people unfairly judge a business based on a bad night.
