ETA: I wrote the below review while I was waiting in line in the drive thru for my small chocolate milk shake and small chili cheese fries. When I pulled up to the window they took my payment and handed me my milkshake. Then a man came to the window and said "you had the mozzarella sticks?" I told him no, I ordered chili cheese fries. He asked again what I ordered and after I repeated myself a bit of an argument ensued between him and a co-worker. He then informed me that they gave someone else my food and he would get the fries. I spent almost 20 minutes from the time I got into the drive thru until I left the parking lot. But anyway, my original review was.... Generally I figure most fast food places are the same but this one seems to have a hard time with what I would think would be pretty basic orders. If I ask for a hamburger with no cheese, 4 out of 5 times this location will hand me a cheeseburger. After many disappointing experiences, I never leave without doubling checking my order. The customer service isn't very good but also isn't the worst of any fast food chain around here. The food is standard Sonic fare, I love their tots and milkshakes. Good for drinks but I find the food generally lacking (fried pickles were particularly disappointing to me). Tends to be very full of teenagers because it's so close to FIHS. read more

i love sonic but this is the crappiest sonic i've ever been to. i'd rather drive 20 mins to go to another sonic than ever go to this one. i'm not the kind to write a review on a chain restaurant but i couldn't help not to with the experiences i've had here. i'm young and never had problems with people my own age but the teenagers who work here... I'll spare another explanation of what sonic is and just say the following: Fast food, curbside style, has drive through, Happy Hour, shake happy hour after 8 in summer. The workers are consistently friendly. The food is inconsistent at best... I've ordered snack size mozz sticks that are sometimes fresh, sometimes hard. The shakes are usually good - I especially like the snickers blast. How can you complain at happy hour when you get a drink for $1 or less? And I like the curb side style. We like to go in the summer in the convertible and get shakes after 8PM. An okay place for drinks, not for food. read more

You should update your hours on the web. Look, I'm sure no one wants to be working until midnight on a Sunday. And I can assure you I didn't want to drive up to get a shake for someone at 11:15pm on a Sunday, but it's pretty frustrating when I check online to see if you are open, then drive the 5 miles to get a stinking shake to find you decided to close early. Was treated very portly by the manager Joel. After we tried to order he proceeded to walk out of the store to glare at us and then proceeded to walk back inside and take our order. 10/10 would not recommend this establishment. Sad thing is that this is not the first time with Joel and his attitude. Stay away unless you want to have your night ruined. read more

The only time I go here is for a hot dog. They're always good. I try to make it a point to go there on June 17th for national hot dog day for $1 hot dogs. But this year they required a specially texted code to get the discount. You have to have the app and get the code ahead of time. Ads all over the web say nothing about the special code. I ended up going around the corner for chick fillet. read more

Ordered 2 cherry limeades and got carbonated water and 3 unsqueezed limes in each one. One of the drinks lid was not on properly and spilled as soon as the sonic representative handed to me. read more

The lowest options for rating is 1 but I would give it a negative 5. We ordered 3 slushies and the lady clearly wasn't listening and forgot the nerds in the nerds slushee. So I had to go buy nerds. The other slushee that we ordered was supposed to be a strawberry slushee but when we received it, it was WHITE with little dots of red, literally looked like a females menstrual cycle had happened in it. First off I'm working in an area that is owned by the fast food chains. Not really being able to wonder around too much I'm stuck. So feeling hungry the other morning I decided to try sonic. I ate at one a handful of years ago. So I went in for their sausage toaster sandwich. I got around to the window and they had my sandwich pretty quick. Soon as I got back to the job I found out why. I know this is fast food and I should really not expect much. My sandwich was mostly cold with a couple of really hot spots. You know when you nuke something it is not evenly hot. Then the crust on the bread is tough and rubbery. So check another one off the list list of not to return to. read more

The app was acting up and I ordered in the wrong town so we went to the one I accidentally ordered on which was 15 minutes away. We explained what happened and they dropped some fresh food so we could have good hot food. Good customer service read more

Every single time I visit this location they screw up my order. Today I asked for an order of two mozzarella sticks. Imagine my surprise when I got to the window and they gave me two orders of four mozzarella sticks! I told the lady that this is not what I ordered and she said "well honey I repeated your order back to you." Which I know what I heard but whatever. She did not offer to make it right, and I had to get my son at school, so there was no time to waste. I just know that this location will not be getting my business again. read more

I ordered the chicken strip dinner after I saw a commercial for it. I thought, "that looks pretty good for 5 dollars". I can see why now. You get three small and burnt pieces of chicken (it's mostly breading) a handful of tots, one small onion ring, and 2 unflavored pieces of toast. The commercials really make it look a lot better than it is! haha, I know it's fast food but still.. I guess the Taco Bell box is really the only good deal when it comes to fast food. I definitely won't be eating at Sonic again anytime soon. read more

Rude immature employees on the speaker through the drive-thru. Had to drive away and not complete an order.

Took the lady almost 20 minutes to take our order and still couldn't get it right. While trying to explain it yet another time the manager jumped on and was EXTREMELY rude. He actually said "well that's what you told her so that's what she added". To something I didn't even ask for. My order was not that difficult!!! 5 food orders and 5 drinks. So instead of trying to work with me to get the right order right he was condescending and argumentative. So after 20 minutes of trying to order my food, $40 worth of food, I ended up leaving with nothing because at that point I was afraid they would do something to my food. Very disappointed in this location and the mgr there needs to be replaced. He has NO customer service and very unprofessional so how can he train his employees to behave properly! Actually just waited in line for 10 minutes to order a cherry limeade to be told at the order box that they were "too backed up" to take my order. My expectations were apparently a little too high for this particular Sonic location. read more

Let me start by saying I never complete reviews or surveys. But my visit today at Sonic is an exception. I have only been to Sonic once before and didn't know anything on the menu. Most drive through employees would hate the amount of questions and modifications I had in an attempt to make the meal a bit healthier. Ray was the employee on staff and was incredible attentive and patient with me. He discussed even a few coffees I may like after. At a time I felt like such a hassle Ray made me feel so welcomed with incredible customer service. I truly believe I will eat here daily as I now work down the street. The fast food industry needs more highly attentive and caring people like Ray! read more
