Really awesome people! My hubby and i were craving for some sonics and we ordered a good amount of food. The lady that took out order was very well detailed and very polite. Although she did make a mistake on our money total, she did proceed to refix it. We waited for a good 8 mins, i understand why bc there were at least 10 cars out that night. But keep up the positive attitude, you guys are doing great! Plus, we ask them to make our food fresh, and they did. Thanks Sonics! read more

This place once had the best quality food and customer service but not anymore. I ordered the double burger and they didn't even put in the double beef patties! I asked for a new burger because the one they gave me had sauce cover along the wrap and the buns were dreadful and no beef patties. The sandwich maker was a douche for putting in the two patties on the same old burger and wrapped it in a new wrapper. At this point, I asked for a refund. What a waste of Sonic money to pay someone who doesn't care a bit about the food. Even McDonald done a way better job getting a BigMac right. read more

Sonics is just good fun, plain and simple. Kind of like their food.. But we don't go to sonics for the duck confit and foie gras with micro greens, do we? No, we don't. Expecting to have your taste buds dazzled here is dumb. Expecting to make adolescent memories that will last a life time, or relive long past memories of your own youth (age dependant, respectively) is what makes places like Sonics popular, and what matters most. Don't come here expecting to see Wolfgang Puck dipping your fries into a huge vat of steamy, partially hydrogenated fat, and you will hardly be disappointed... The girl at the drive thru on this paticular day 7/10/12 gave the worst service I have ever exp. - anywhere. When she needed help because she just could not figure my order out she called the clerk over that was on skates. She was rude and too could not grasp that I wanted a reg. cheeseburger on toaster bread???They continually charged me for the hamburger toaster that comes with bbq sauce onion ring ect... So still after 15 min, I still left over charged and with the incorrect hamburger. C'mon how hard can this be? I have ordered this several other times at various sonics. Perhaps Sonic should spend some time training the clerks Sonic menu and its variations not to mention GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

This is not s review but a pre-view. For me Sonic is a nebulous dream. I don't even know the ropes. But whatever it is I like it. They first started the Sonic in 2008 and work stopped, the local example of the great recession. But now it is built and running for a few years. So I like it even though I may never go. read more

Fast service and friendly people but the food was not good. The burger was dry, the breakfast burrito barely had any cheese in it, and the sauces for the cheese sticks were all gross. read more

The place is ok but I won't be coming back. Every time I go to this location they take 20 minutes to cook our order. The food is usually half cold, at least the fries or chicken wings...very bland food and they almost always forget one or two things. Last time we sat for 25 min for our food and it came and they didn't put napkins or sauce for the order that says on the menu that it comes with frosting. We didn't get straws for our drinks and I had to call the lady over like 2-3 times. When our food came they forgot a drink that I had clearly ordered. I said two of those please. It's just silly how bad a company can look by poor service and bland food. read more

Me and my DH like to go here when we are in or around Oroville (usually after shooting at the Clay Pits) for a Limade, cheesy tater tots, an ice cream sundae, etc. Let's not beat around the bush - this is the epitomy of Junk Food. Greasy, sugary and not a green veggie in sight. It's not something to eat every day, or every week for that matter. It does have a time and a place, tho. After a hot afternoon at the shooting range, it is sometimes just the right thing... I am not really fond of any of their sandwiches, but the above mentioned tots and beverages are quite tasty. I think it is fun to do the "drive-in" thing where a waitress on skates brings your food. We eat in the car where we can have our own music playing and have a private and quiet conversation. Afterwards, we drive back to Chico via the backroads through the rice fields and orchards - a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. read more

8/2 Went to Sonic and ordered 2 corn dogs. It took 15 minuets to get and then when they brought it to our car they only had 1. When the carhop brought it to our car she about fell thankfully grabbed the order pole to hold herself up. We told her we didnt want the wrong order she says "please" as if saying why? We than ask her to move because she was in between our car and the pole and we were leaving she yells to us "AND DONT COME BACK". We drive around to the employee door my husband goes in to report what she said. Another employee comes to my car and says thank you but nothing will happen she is the General Managers daughter. I feel sorry for the other employees that have to put up with that. read more

Very gross I ordered a couple meals and 6 corndogs for the fam.for a quick dinner fries were old and you could play baseball with the corndogs they were harder than a wood bat the inside of them were actually black they had to be from the day before yuck! read more
