This is probably the worst Sonic we have been to across the country. Stopped here three times over the course of 2 days in Page. visit 1: placed order on app. Took 19 minutes for food to come out... drinks were missing flavors we added. None of the sauces we requested were brought out. Extras on burgers that we requested and were charged for didn't come out. Carbonated drinks noticeably have about 1/2 the normal amount of fountain drink carbonation. No napkins. visit 2: went to the drive through to avoid visit 1's issues. I pull up to the speaker. They tell me their internet is down, so they said they couldn't place orders. I said... can I place it through the app? That seems to be working. They say yes. So I submit the order. I ask which stall number I should type in, so that nothing get messed up. They say... pick any of them, it doesn't matter. So I pick #01. When I get to the window, they say... did you place the app order? I say yes. they say... can you pull into stall 01 and we'll bring it out? I say sure. I then pull around to the spot she just walked by. Which spot is it? Number one - excellent! Guess what. Somebody is parked there. so I just wait on the side nearby. Drink machine still messed up, no napkins, and no sauces again. But at least it was more like 5 minutes Wait time - presumably because they were just turning everyone else away due to the internet issue. Which... I'm still not sure how they got the mobile order if their internet was down. Visit 3: on our way out of town. 21 minutes for food to come out. Cold by the time we get it. Zero sauces, zero napkins, missing a drink entirely, one drink doesn't have lemons and limes in it. we decide to forget about all the other stuff and just say... can you bring out the missing drink and just put a lemon and lime in this one? Sure, she says. 4 minutes later she comes out with the missing drink and a lemon slice. no lime. Surprise! Apparently we didn't hear our six year old request something. We placed another order... order #4 for this trip. And we are waiting for that to come out. No joke, one item. No customization. It's been another 20 minutes, so far. There are only 5 cars parked in stalls on this side of the building. Perhaps they are playing a game in there and do our order in between rounds? I get it. Stuff happens every now and then. Four times in a row and reading through the last couple months of reviews? Sounds like a new crew is needed. read more

I did not eat the food here but lived on slushies for 1/2 price from 2-4pm happy hour. I have never been a big Sonic person, but man oh man when it is 100+ degrees this place was a real treat! Seems like anytime I am in AZ, I hit up Sonic more than once or twice. The service at this one was always friendly (we came here at least 4 times in the week we spent in Page) and I liked it much better than others I have been to. read more

Popped my Sonic cherry here. J and I grabbed a quick snack while watching the gorgeous sunset from our car. I was surprised when our order was brought out by a girl in rollerskates! (again, this was my first time @ Sonic's). I had a $1 vanilla dish. Creamy and tasty; great for $1. J had a lemon berry slush. It wasn't very lemony-- just sour. Would not get again. The novelty of it all is what really appealed to me, but Sonic seems to have fairly good fast food fare... so I'd hit it again if I had the chance. read more

How long does it for an order to come out when we are a group of 5 out of 10 customers at night? 45 minutes. How long does it take to deliver a few packets of ketchup? 30 minutes. That was our biggest complaint at 9pm on a Saturday night after a long day of walking around. We just want some food! Fast food! Not 45-minutes wait food! Outrageous considering the fact that the place was close to empty and we didn't even order that much. I don't get it. Seems like the place is run by a bunch of inexperienced high schoolers. Granted they were nice but having worked in fast food in the past, this is a deal breaker. You should at least check in with your customers instead of your customers asking every 15 minutes where their food is. Never will be back at a Sonics in the near future. This is the worst sonic I've ever been to. I usually love sonic and have always had a decent experience at one but this time was horrible. I came here with 3 other people and we had 3 orders total, they got only one order right the first time. They brought the wrong chicken sandwich out with one meal and the wrong wings out with another. Thankfully we caught the chicken sandwich mistake before the server walked away and got that corrected with little incident but we didn't catch the wing mistake until much later and when we finally were told it would be corrected we didn't get the correct wing order for over 30 minutes. After we had been sitting there for 30 minutes with no new wing order I had to go up to the kitchen and inform the manager we didn't have the correct wings still and was then informed that the server must have given the wings to the wrong group because they had been sent out. When we finally received the wings we asked about refills and were informed that this sonic didn't do refills not even on sodas for 50 cents, at this point I requested to speak with the manager, which I honestly never do (this is probably only my second time ever requesting one). When the manager came out and I explained the situation to him all he could say was "oh uh yeah sorry" AND he proceeded to inform us the wing order had to be remade THREE TIMES before it found its way to our table. If it takes your staff THREE TIMES to make an order, I shouldn't have to request to speak with you (the manager), you should be coming out to me and personally delivering my meal and profusely apologizing for he inconvenience. By the time I had to request to speak to him and THEN he informed of the THREE TIMES it took to get the wings to us an apology wasn't going to cut it anymore. We did end up getting a refund for the wings but we had to be the ones to tell the manager we wanted a refund. I don't like being put in that situation but I also don't like having my time wasted. We chose sonic because we wanted fast food but somehow we managed to waste over an hour here. Do not go here if you're in a hurry or want decent customer service or the food you ordered. You'll get none of that. read more

Well our stop at the Page Az Sonic was disappointing. They were out of slushy mix they were out of ice cream they were out of the cheesecake blast they were out of cold coffee items. When they bought our order we had to guess which soft drinks was which, the guy who brought the order said they forgot which one was what and we would just have to figure it out. That was fun and so we paid $32 for eight fountain soft drinks at which sounds kind of steep to me. Sonic advertises ice cream treats, why I don't know. read more

Place is not clean. The person at the window was very rude and dirty hands. Gave me the wrong bag and then took it back to give to the next person. He dropped the ice scoop on the floor and then just put it back in the ice. I paid for my food and then said they could just keep it. Don't eat here. Local to page. For fast food, Sonic ranks among the top. This ones food was as tasty as expected. Fast, friendly service. The carhop even helped me figure out the right level of burger for me. Only problem? It's the desert - so it's hellaciously windy. Don't sit on the patio unless you plan to nail everything down! read more

there was no sign letting us know that the drive up slots were close so we drove up and when we pressed the button that is when the girl told us that they are closed. by that time a few people had gotten in front of us but we got in line. we get up to the order speaker and it isn't until we are half way through our order of all ice cream items when she tells us that they are cleaning their ice cream machine (2 hours before they close??). at least give a heads up on the board or something. read more

My family and I stopped for ice cream as we were on vacation. I mistakenly left my wallet there. The employees had kept it in a safe for me, provided me with updated information through text messages and paid for my wallet to be mailed to my house as we were far from that location and not returning. We read the bad reviews and decided to see just how bad a sonic can be. We ordered from the drive in on a weeknight. I admit that the music was so loud that we could barely hear the person taking our order. And the intercom system is horrific. But we didn't wait very long at all. Our food was correct and hot and fresh. And the young man who brought the food to our car was very gracious about our complaints about the intercom system. For fast food, I'd say 4 stars. It was not disgusting, it was fast, and it was correct. (We got tots, mozz sticks, sonic blasts, chicken strips, and a chicken sandwich). read more

I have been to other Sonic fast food places before and this one was not up to par. I ordered a breakfast burrito which came with tater tots and my burrito had none at all. When I told the worker they at first didn't want to do anything about it other than say "sorry" but them later after I talked to them some more they gave me free tater tots. What I found truly ridiculous is that the girl at the drive thru window did not want to give me free tap water. Isn't that just dumb? I had purified water in my trunk and I didn't really feel like getting it so I asked for some water and was denied of water unless I paid for it. I've never been denied to tap water so for that incident and the tater tot incident they deserve 2 stars. read more

Me and my friends went to this sonic after visiting horseshoe bend. The service was slow and the food wasn't that good. We weren't expecting much more than just a quick bite after the hike but this food was subpar even for Sonics standards. The worst part of it all was the food poisoning that ensued about five hours after eating. Five of us spent the whole night shitting and puking our guts out. We believe it was something in the way they cooked the tater tots so beware. I wish I could give this place a lower rating than one star. read more

The location off Main Street in Colorado is great, especially at evening hours. I came in at about 7:30 today and my food was in my hands in two minutes. The waiter who helped me was Ryan and he was very friendly, accommodating, had a big grin, and was easy to understand. I only had one complaint about my food being cold and he got it fixed immediately with no questions asked. Great service! read more
