Worst Sonic I have ever been to. Went almost daily in the South. They had double the amount of order windows and a drive thru. Last time I was at this location, waited a hour for a dt. Coke! 10 minute wait to order... 40 minutes for bad service and gross food. While waiting the car next to us sat and smoked a blunt on the curb in front of the "restaurant". Server forgot straws and condiments. Food was under cooked or over cooked. I won't be returning, ever. Not all sonics suck but this was horrid. read more

I hate this place. They never get my order right, NEVER. If you ask for ranch, napkins, or catsup, they never bring it. Unless it is in their pocket, and they throw it at you. This place was disappointing because I really wanted to like it since I always get Sonic when I go to Texas. I don't know what's going on inside but they are incredibly slow, and when I asked them to read back the order to make sure they got it, I had to give corrections about 4 times on just a few items. I've never had a problem with the quality of the food, but the wait times are enough to discourage me from ever going back. read more

I always see the commercials on TV about sonic. So we tried it one day. The drive in concept is cool since we don't have that much drive-ins in our area. The food was not that fabulous. Their shakes was just OK. The price of their food is expensive compared to other regular and/or gourmet burger joints. The waitstaff is good and fast. I think the wait staff were enjoying skating around the area and serving the people who placed orders. The place is not clean as it should be since it is a food place. I think they should clean the outside area more to make it more pleasing and appealing. The board where we place our orders should also be cleaned. Overall, I may come back to this area as a drive-through customer and not a drive in customer. read more

If I could give no stars I would. The manager here did not care about customers waiting for their orders and was just on her cell phone. This has got to be the worst service ever. Came out of our way to try sonic for the first time (after seeing their commercials for years). Sunday afternoon around 3 shouldn't be too busy, there weren't many people there, but only one server. We pushed the button to order and did not get a response, so we went through the drive though... sat for over 20 minutes before ordering and then another 10 after. The Blast machine was not working, extra disappointing after waiting so long. The food was good, but not worth making an extra trip or waiting that long. read more

I went to Sonic about a week ago and the line was super long in the drive thru because the little kiosks where you park and order were down. By the time I finally got my food, they were all out of dipping sauces. Plus, since I've started eating healthier, this all tasted like garbage...tons of salt and sugar, yuck. read more

Food was okay but service was beyond slow. Took nearly 10 mins to get a slush, a shake, small tots, and small onion ring. They are not getting with small either - 5 tots & 2 onion rings! I have never been so disappointed.... I went on my lunch break and it took 15 minutes for me to even order... than another 15 minutes to get my food... Fine I don't mind the wait, they were very busy. However, I ordered boneless wings and asked for extra ranch and fries. I asked the guy for ketchup and he had none and they didn't bring me ranch. 3rd time getting the boneless buffalo wings. We ordered a 12pc and a 6 pc. They kindly gave us one.....one ranch. They were also very generous with the buffalo sauce so generous it must have ate itself making the buffalo sauce non existent. I understand it's fast food but come on. We have literally been waiting years for an opportunity to try Sonic. We finally got the opportunity as we were passing through Palmdale. We placed our order...and the waiting began. After about 20 minutes, we gave up and went to the McDonald's at Walmart. After reading some of the posts here about the quality of the food, maybe this was a blessing in disguise. read more
