Stopped by for a quick bite with my roommate around 6:30 on a Sunday night. They were super quick getting our food out to us, but we ordered a pretzel twist & got the croissant one instead, and the cheese sauce didn't come with it nor did the marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks my roommate ordered. My roommate also ordered the french toast sticks & there was syrup in the bag for her at least. I also got a crispy chicken sandwich & it was filling but a bit bland. Went tonight on my way to work so my son got a cherry slushy and small fry. I got 2 large cherry limeade's. Tell me why was it when I drove off and went to take a drink my drink was so hot/ warm and there was no ice in the cup. Went to check the other one I got for my daughter who was at work and it too had no ice. My sons slushy had ice thank god. There was nothing posted about not having ice, the cashier never said anything about not having any ice just took my card and handed my drinks. Say what you want, but I love me some Sonic. Granted, this is definitely far from what I would consider a stellar Sonic location. Strangely, the drive-thru part lacked a window. I was so confused. Since I was just getting drinks, I opted for the drive-thru, instead of the drive-in, part. I ordered through the speaker thingy. I pulled around. And nothing. There was no window. Instead, you just pull straight up and wait and they bring it out. Might as well of just done the drive-in. And there's a serious lack of signage explaining that you should stop / pull up to here / whatever. And it was even stranger when each day the prices seemingly changed. And no, it wasn't happy hour or anything. On Saturday at 5:00pm, a Route 44 limeade and a regular limeade were $5 something. On Sunday at 9:00am, a Route 44 limeade and a large limeade were $4 something. A bigger drink and it was cheaper? Am I missing something here? And I was rather put off when instead of handing me my change, the car-hop asked if I wanted my change. I usually just tell them to keep the change, but you shouldn't assume and ask me if I want it. I was really hungry for their cheeseburger deluxe. I thought well I'll try a double. I also really wanted a banana milkshake. So I ordered both items, the cheeseburger was barely warm. The banana milkshake I ordered ended up being a vanilla milkshake that tasted like milk and whip cream mixed together with no ice cream and no banana. They filled the milkshake up clear to the top and when I went to lift it back out of my cupholder of course the top came off and the milkshake ran down into my car consul and all over my hands. Which then caused my hands to hit my sandwich that I was holding on my lap which caused the condiments to fall out of the cheeseburger not all of them but part of them onto my legs and seat and floor. Needless to say this was not a very good experience for me. If I try it again I'll go back to the regular cheeseburger and no milkshake. read more

Went here with my girlfriend and the experience was terrible. Yes it is a fast food restaurant, I never expect much above than other fast food chains. The lady taking our order was rude and didn't listen to anything we said. Our order was completely wrong and we had to send back our items. Even after clarifying what we didn't want on our burger, the items were on our burger. After a hot day of biking and well, let's be honest in Florida it's almost always hot - I was craving Sonic's limeade but as soon as my boyfriend ordered a cherry slushie, I had to have my own. I got a blue raspberry slushie. It was refreshing and sweet. Sonic has the best ice. I know it's strange to say but they are perfect ice capsules for chewing and cooling down. Assuming that anyone could make a milkshake with 1 ingredient added in would be simple but to receive 2 milkshakes with every single ingredient known to man in it because they probably said " f it, let's go all in". The quality of this Sonic location is shockingly awful compared to other locations. The food never seems to be fresh, and it is never hot. The service is slow. It takes too long for food orders to come out ( especially considering that the food isn't fresh or hot). They also manage to get a get a surprising number of orders wrong. Ordered three drinks and one $2 hot fudge sundae. Waited at the stall for at least half an hour, saw multiple cars go through the drive thru and get their ice cream no problem in this time. Finally drove through the drive thru to see what was going on and the girl who answered had a MASSIVE attitude and told us they get backed up on ice cream (literally just watched a dozen ppl get it, but ok) and told us to go back to the stall, just left . Went here the other day to grab a couple burgers and drinks. With the storm over and power outages still going on it's been a challenge. Before ordering the young woman explained they were out of a lot of things. No problem. So i order 2, what would originally be double bacon cheeseburgers. Ingredients are usually 2 patties, cheese, bacon, lettuce, onion, tomato, mayo, mustard and pickles. What I was able to get had no lettuce, no tomato, no cheese, no onions, no pickles. Again this is fine with me it's been a challenge and ya roll with the punches. The issue???? I was charged the same amount of money I would have been charged had they had all the ingredients.
