if I could give this place, a zero out of 10 stars, I would never in my life have I seen a sonic treat customers the way that they do. first of all when I go through the drive-through and I start ordering my food. The worker starts screaming at me through the microphone and doesn't know how to talk to people or take orders correctly and then also when people order food make sure you give them the right food and don't charge them when they ask for condiments that come with the food that they're supposed to come with the food and then you tell them that they're out and they're gonna be charged for it. This Sonic does not know how to make a cherry limeade I went there this week and got a Route 44 drink requested and was charged for extra lime, extra cherry flacor, and extra cherry fruit none of these things were in the drink it had nothing other than ice and little flavor. I have gone to the manager before in regards to this same issue and he said oh it is policy to put cherry's and lime in drink and I actually opened my drink at that time and showed him where is it. Either they need to train their employees on what goes in a drink or stop saying it's in the drink when it isn't. I'm surprised this sonic is still in business. Maybe it will be next to shut down just as Wendy's next to this sonic just did. read more

Just gonna ask, for those who dont have dairy issues who on earth orders a pretzel and no cheese? Anyways my sister and I ordered three wacky packs and an order of chicken, cheddar bites and a pretzel with cheese and two groovy sauce packets, via the app and when we got our order they took off the chicken the sauce and the cheese along with a whole wacky pack. The place was busy when we arrived but I dont think we will he returning. read more

This sonic is so bad, I drive to Leavenworth to get sonic. The teenage servers are not held to any standard. However, I was just getting drinks today and figured they couldn't mess that up: 1. No cherries at this store. The server acted surprised and said, "we haven't had cherries for a while now." Like I was supposed to know. 2. I asked if I was charged for the extra cherries I ordered for two of our 5 drinks. She said, "Yeah." I asked if I could get a refund and she said, "well it's only 20 cents." It is really 40 cents since it was two drinks. Blame PC schools for that one. 2. The cranberry limeades we ordered were straight cranberry juice. No soda, no lime. I hope this business fails and the owner has to file bankruptcy. Some people just shouldn't own a business. This owner relies on teenagers to prop up his livelihood and it shows. read more

Pulled into stall at this Sonic at 8:50pm. waited for 15 minutes, for someone to come on and say wait longer. I saw 3 cars go through drive through, so i thought maybe i try that. maybe short on servers. I get to the drive thru speaker. wait another 10 minutes. then they say wait longer, another 5 minutes go by, they finally take my order for a small Reese's blizzard. i get to the window wait for another 5 minutes. I tell the girl at the window. i think that's the longest I've ever waited at a sonic. she replies with. well you don't have to eat here if you don't want. I'm like wtf? i had to ask for a receipt just to get the store manager phone number. I'd say skip this stop and head to the Barry Road location, about 5 miles south of there and take your chances there. won't go back... read more

The manager only let me work the drive through window when i worked there but let everyone else do do other tasks. Whenever I asked to do what others were doing he did not let me. Also the employees were rude and don't help at all they just criticize you. read more

Went for breakfast this morning at 7:45 and there were employees inside with cars lined up in the drive thru and no one ever came across speaker for orders as car after car rolled through. Service isn't as quick as other fast food restaurants, but I think they make up for it with their more unique menu items. No skating at this location. The new summer shakes menu is worth a look. I haven't tried any yet, but Peanut Butter & Bacon, Peanut Butter & Jelly and Pineapple are 3 of the 25 that really caught my eye. I also like their breakfast menu best. Especially "BRYSON" this kid was so rude to us in the drive through! while we were trying to order we didnt hear him ask what we wanted the first time so when he repeated himself my husband said "one moment please" this Bryson responded with " how about next time you answer the first time I ask you" ummm really? HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! Just sat in the parking lot FOR 5 minutes and pressed the button being singled someone was going to be with us soon... THEN they turned OFF their lights and completely ignored us at least 10 minutes prior to closing. I have worked in the restaurant industry but seriously it is your job and if your sign says open till a certain time you better DARN well be taking orders until that time if not you should just not even be open. A few days ago my husband had bad service willing to give it another shot we went back. We pulled into a car hop slot and hit the button, no response, so we hit it again and again and received nothing back not even a "I'll be right with you" Michael, you may want to read your reviews being your in the service industry. Another helpful tip...in a small town it's probably smart to keep the locals happy being their your main customer base. read more

After this last week, we aren't going to visit this Sonic again. The first thing to note, is that there apparently are a lot of different opinions on how to make a Cherry Limeade there. I get those often and VERY rarely are they made right with one cherry and one lime. A lot of the time I will end up with either no cherry, no lime, or multiple limes and no cherry. I have gotten one quite a few times with nothing in it. It was just cherry flavored. I emailed them about that, I was told they were going to fix it, that hasn't been the case. Last week I went in and ordered for my family, (6 people). Of the things I ordered, I ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers both with no mayo. I also ordered 2 kids meals with Fanta Orange for the drink. And, I ordered cheddar bites with ranch. When I got my order, I got 2 bacon cheeseburgers with mayo on both of them, my 2 kids size orange Fanta's were actually fruit punch and one was a LARGE that I was charged for. I didn't get any ranch for the cheddar bites and this literally took 20 minutes to get my food. I also want to note that the errors were not miscommunication, everything that was wrong was wrong because people didn't take the time to make sure it was right. I went last night and ordered a mango peach flavored water with extra flavoring (that costs more) for my sister. I ended up with TWO mango peach waters!? I told the guy that I only ordered one, and he said "Oh they must have thought it was two because it says 2 flavorings." I'm sure they're able to read, they just don't care. So, I got one mango peach water without extra flavoring that I paid for. We will not go back there. read more
