They got my order wrong. They gave me 2 plain cheeseburgers when I asked for tomato, lettuce and mayo and the rootbeer float tastes like rancid alcohol. This is the second time I've had issues with this location. I love Culver's but this is crazy. read more

I said "thank you" to the person named "Matthew" after being handed my food, He proceeded to give me a nasty look and rip the note off my mirror. He began to walk away then turned back around and gave me another dirty look. Not sure what his deal is? Food was good service from him as an individual was terrible, my girlfriend has had similar very awkward and rude experiences with the same person so much so we've had whole conversations about how he acts and how it's childish. If you don't like your job quit. read more

Have always loved the food here but the skinny kid working the grill is texting with gloves on while handling food and the really skinny kid at the condiment area is doing the same thing. The purpose of the gloves is to keep from contaminating food and if you're just touching your dirty phone the whole time, then it defeats the purpose. Def don't see the workers do the when one of the owners is here. Hopefully they have cameras up so they can identify the two. read more

This place was pretty good and had great customer service. They advertise as a farm to table place and the food was above average. The burgers are very good, the beef patty tasted fresh. The spicy chicken sandwich is spicier than most other places. But the chicken patty had too much breading and not enough chicken. The crinkle fries are good too. The burgers and fries get 5 stars, the spicy chicken sandwich gets 3 starts. But I do recommend Culver's. read more

Culver's is sooo good. I had the fish dinner tonight- a couple of fish filets, fries and Cole slaw along with a soda. Gotta have tartar sauce and ketchup for dipping your fish and fries for sure. They know how to do drive through service too- in and out in no time. It's always a great experience. read more

Our visit the last couple times was mediocre. Not bad just not great. However tonight we had Abigail as our order taker and server. She was fantastic! Helpful, thoughtful, and courteous. Above all she made sure our order was correct prior to submitting it then double checked with us upon deliver to the table. Then checked on us in a timely manner finally following up, asking how our visit went. Her service was noticed by myself and my wife individually. To the point we felt the need to post this review. You just don't come across genuine quality service like this much anymore. read more

Driving through from California to South Dakota to visit my youngest brother . We just recently lost my mom. I stopped off to grab a bite to eat somewhere unique to me. I quickly googled fast food chains near me and this establishment popped up. I pulled up to the most amazing customer service I've ever experienced through a drive-thru!! This type of service is a rarity!! I ordered the double bacon deluxe burger with french fries and a pepsi. I must say I am completely impressed with their food! Everything was hot to order as they advertise. I also ordered their cheese curds which are like mozzarella sticks but with cheddar in bitesize shapes. When I approach the window Jennifer was phenomenal! She was extremely pleasant professional and provided me with customer service beyond what I've ever expected from a drive-thru!!! I must say I am completely impressed with the management who hired her!! They have a complete GEM as an employee!! She even offered my little fur babies small containers with whipped cream similar to the puppuccinos from Starbucks. SHE DEFINITELY GETS THE WINNING TICKET in my book!!! THE WINNING GOLDEN TICKET!! LET'S MAKE JENNIFER FAMOUS! SHE DESERVES IT!! Stop by and say hello!! Usually Culver's is great but not today. It was about 2pm and I guess we got lunchtime leftovers. Cold soggy burgers we ordered French fries and didn't realize we'd been given pretzel fries until we got home, these were also cold and soggy and would have tasted disgusting even if they had been fresh! The veggie burgers at other Culver's are always delicious, but I've ordered them at this location many times and have never had one that was cooked properly. They are always mushy. They should be cooked until they are crispy. Today, I decided to give them another try. I drove through and ordered and asked them to make sure my veggie burger was well done. I got back to work, and opened it up, and it was barely warmed in the middle and nasty-mushy. I called and spoke to a manager and explained to her what had happened and told her I would not be back. I'm so disappointed that they have this awesome thing for vegetarians but can't seem to cook it properly. read more

They charged me for an extra kids meal, then when I called it to their attention they were very rude and didn't offer an apology. When delivering food, the staff was cold and didn't even make eye contact or reply to my "thank you." Finally, the flavor of the day ice cream was lacking toppings, as pictured. Have eaten at Culvers many many times but this is only the second time for Platte City. My burger was burnt and on the small side. I had ordered the flavor of the day, "turtle" and it looked like a chocolate wafer had been crushed and stirred into the custard. There were no nuts nor caramel. The older lady (manager) who talked to me said that it wouldn't look like the picture and that the ingredients were stirred into the custard. There was no recourse for adding the caramel syrup and nuts. The bathroom had toilet paper and paper towel remnants on the floor. In the dining area, no one was cleaning up the tables as people left the entire time we were there. This is just poor management and could be so much better. read more

I love Culver's and I get icecream from there whenever I can. I have an anaphylactic-level peanut allergy and Culver's has never concerned me with that... until today. I always get a vanilla concrete with brownies and caramel and have never tasted anything weird or bit into something that had the wrong texture. Today, I was chewing a brownie piece and bit into a Reese's piece and immediately had to spit it out and wash my mouth, while my boyfriend got my Epi-Pen ready, in case it was needed. I understand cross-contamination can happen because I work in fast food as well. But, it is the employees' jobs to prevent cross-contamination and practice safe food handling as much as possible. Now, I probably won't be back to Culver's because after my boyfriend went up to the store and talked to an employee, the situation was brushed off. Once again, I also work in fast food and that is a poor example of customer service skills. I hope Culver's trains their employees properly from now on. read more

I have never had cold or bad food. Fries are always hot and burgers are good. Drive thur is pretty quick as well. We will be back

Love the food and the frozen custard! I don't think I have ever had a bad meal, messed up order or cold food from the drive through. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that sometimes the newer staff running the food out at the drive through isn't as professional and detail oriented as what we are use to. But it was just 2 people out of many others that have been great. So glad you opened in PC! read more

Very excited to have a Culvers open in the neighborhood! Snack pac meals are very filling and a great bargain. Love the butter burgers and fries. The staff did an outstanding job.
