OK, so I know it's not the healthiest option. But I got a text saying that today was foot-long hotdog day. Now who doesn't like chili dog once in a while? But a foot-long, quarter pound hotdog, with chili and cheese... The only thing better is half price. So for $1.99 you can get a foot-long chili dog. They do have a limit of five. But the way around this if you have a big family is just too order in the app, drive-through, rinse and repeat. After ordering five foot-long hotdogs for $10, I went through the drive-through and the guy that was serving me was extremely nice. Just had a good attitude. Got to be difficult to have such a great attitude and a fast paced fast food business. These things are huge! Don't forget to put in the promo code... Also I got some gift cards with two bonus five dollar gift cards so I use the app and I am able to use the gift cards after loading them on the app. Seamless...

The frito thing. There was a mess all over the rapper inside and out.

Gods always good. One time I asked for extra fudge and mnms and got neither. This most recent time I ordered online it took forever to actually come out to us. We just wanted to be big backs and when we finally got handed our food it was so messy. Ice cream all over the cup and bag of food. The Fritos wrap thing had almost no chilly in it basically just a bunch of tortilla. And the food wasn't hot.

When you buy fries here don't expect it to be full. It will come 3/4 of the way full and the manager said they only can fill it to that amount.

This is the rainbow slush! She said she made it upside down. Sure. I believe you. Millions of others wouldn't, but I do! NOT

Lol. A rainbow slush was completely blue. She said its because she made it upside down???? Sure! I believe you. She offered to make a new one. Lol. Absolutely i love to sit in in the 100 degree day 8n the car while you fix your upside down mess. This place is a joke. No wonder it only has 2 stars. I would give it none.

After my errands I'm pretty hot and have been wanting to try the Strawberry Shortcake Slushy

1.5.24 update: I tried to give this Sonic another chance, but it's a no-go. I mobile ordered ahead and pulled into a stall when I arrived and checked-in. After waiting over 5 minutes, it said my order was coming out. I waited and waited and waited. I finally pushed the button to talk to someone and explained the situation, to which they told me to wait in the Drive-Thru line when I shouldn't have had to do so. Now after waiting 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru line I get up to the window and ask for a refund and explain that my food should have been ready 25 minutes ago. They would not honor a refund but offered to re-make my food fresh, threw in a small shake, and gave me a coupon for a free limeade and tater tots. Even though they re-made the food, it was warm at best and the pickled fries were soggy, the mozzarella sticks were gummy, and the hot dog wasn't hot and they put way too much relish on it. I'm really not one to complain, but the food was terrible. From beginning to end, I spent 45 minutes there. However on a positive note, the strawberry milkshake and blue raspberry slushie were great and the manger was nice and apologetic.

I made an order through the app. At first the worker tried handing me my order without my drink, and once I let him know that there was a drink he returned with this. ‍ This location always seems to mess something up with your order.

I was surprised to see this place as I've driven by this strip of businesses many times and never noticed this particular spot. They offer homemade treats, but mostly ice cream. They have an almost unmatched selection of non-dairy ice creams and sorbets. A nice surprise. The gentleman helping us was very nice and gave us a full rundown of how they make everything in house. He offered samples and suggestions. I sampled the flavor of the week, Lavender Honey Matcha, and the coconut cream coffee. My kids decided on the mango sorbet and the classic strawberry. Everything was delicious. The coconut cream ice cream had great flavor and texture given that it was non dairy. My wife and I decided on the matcha flavor of the week. It was very refreshing. The strawberry had real chunks of strawberry which is always a treat. My biggest critique is the texture of the ice cream. This stuff seemed very crumbly. I prefer a much more "chewy" or "sticky" ice cream if that makes sense. This stuff was more "dry" and less "creamy". There are some other local shops in the area that make great ice cream exactly how I like it, which is the only reason for 4 stars. I'm not sure this would be my top place for ice cream again. The smallest "one scoop" size is actually nearly two full scoops. Could be a good thing for some, but a kids scoop is always appreciated for my toddlers, especially a a slightly discounted price. That is not an option here. There are a few small tables inside to enjoy your treats and lots of to-go options which is always nice. The place was clean and well decorated. It was steadily busy while we visited, indicating that this place is likely here to stay. Overall, worth stopping in if you're in the area. The flavors are unique and tasty and the non-dairy selection is fantastic.

The owner of Ruby Shake Shop routinely parks his Audi in the limited public street parking spaces along South Virginia Street directly in front of Raising Cane's, Ike's Love & Sandwiches, and the surrounding businesses. Anyone familiar with this area knows parking can already be difficult, especially during peak hours when people are trying to grab lunch, pick up an order, or make a quick stop. What makes this particularly frustrating is that these spaces appear to be occupied for extended periods of time, often throughout the day, by someone who owns and operates a nearby business. Public street parking in a busy commercial corridor is a shared resource intended to serve customers and visitors, not to function as a personal parking space for a single business owner. This review is not a reflection of the products or service at Ruby Shake Shop. It is simply feedback regarding what appears to be an extremely inconsiderate use of limited public parking in an area where parking availability already impacts customers and neighboring businesses.

We ordered the Dust Storm: a vanilla milkshake with chocolate bits, topped with a giant blondie skewered dramatically on top, plus whipped cream, sprinkles, and chocolate drizzle. The rim of the jar was coated in marshmallow dip and graham cracker crumbs because apparently subtlety has left the chat. Honestly, the presentation was on point and exactly the kind of milkshake kids dream about. Which is why we ordered it. My tween declared it "the best milkshake I've ever seen in my life," and honestly, that alone made it worth the stop on our mother-daughter trip. Taste-wise, it leaned very sweet for me and didn't have a ton of flavor depth beyond sugar overload. But clearly the goal here is maximal fun and aesthetic, and they absolutely nailed that. It's basically a photo op you can drink. The shop itself was surprisingly quiet when we visited in the evening--we had the whole place to ourselves--but there were games to play while waiting for our order (we pulled out Pick Up Sticks, which transported me straight back to my 90s childhood living room). The ladies at the counter were also incredibly kind and patient explaining the menu and flavors to us.
