This place started out fine. The last 3 times we've been here the service was crappy. The orders have taken 20 to 30 minutes to come out (just drinks ordered) and our orders were completely wrong 2 of the 3 times. Today was the 3rd time, we pulled into a stall and no one answered, their were only us and one other car in stalls. So we go into the drive thru. 2 cars back from where you order and we sat there for 15 minutes before getting up there. We are asked what we'd like, we replied just a second. It was 10 seconds later, saying we're ready and the employee responds, Hold on!. After a few minutes she comes back and we decided we won't be ordering, cars still aren't moving, she comes on the speaker multiple times again. This place is horrible and very poor customer service. Took over an hour to get 2 small combos out and saw people who came after got there food before us which there meals were definitely much bigger orders. And I know there's a mobile order but I saw the people order from the stall. And on top of that they forgot the fries in the order as well as the slush being heavily watered down. The only reason I gave a 2 star review is because I love the shakes. I have to love it to put up with the service I get when the drive through line is too long. I pulled up to a stall and my order was taken. 5 minutes later. No shakes. I did not order any food. Just two shakes. 10 minutes. Nothing. I pressed the button again and was told they would check on my order. 15 almost 20 minutes later I had enough. My order "fell through". Bringing it out right away after giving 10 percent off as an apology. Not a very good apology! Just got a supersonic large breakfast burrito combo. I don't know how it's possible but the burrito is actually cold. And I don't mean lukewarm, it was actually below room temperature. I don't know how that's possible. The tots were good, but the burrito I cannot figure for the life of me how it could be colder than that outside temperature. The only explanation I can think of is that everything was in the fridge from leftovers and it is nuked for 30 seconds just to take the chill off, but the food actually had a chill to it it was that cold. Tasted great just below room temperature cold is all. Iced coffee was excellent as always. Just can't figure out the burrito. All I did was go straight from drive thru to across the street to the Walmart parking lot to eat and then I saw that it was cold. read more

I ordered online got to the location waited over 50 minutes to have my order brought out I had to press the red button twice and the last time I did the girl said it had been there waiting for someone to bring it to me when it did get to me the cups were so sticky, two of the lids were cracked, the ice cream was completely melted, the lid was not securely put on so when I put my cup down it tipped over and the ice cream spilled completely out it was more like ice cream soup, one of the large blasts was filled halfway, they charged us for cheesecake bites but didn't actually put them in we were then informed that they ran out, they also ran out of spoons and when I asked to speak to the manager the worker said she was refusing to come out and told the worker to tell me I had a better chance at calling her than seeing her I asked again to see the manager the worker came back out and said "she's saying she won't come" the worker did her best to fix the problem however the manager was horrible. I asked for a refund and was told "we don't give refunds" this location is horrible and I will not be returning. I'd rather take the 20 minute drive and go across town to the hemet location. The workers need better training, they need to be stocked up with utensils and toppings and the manager needs a quick lesson on how to manage the business as well as speak to customers when there's a problem. After all that they brought out our order that had been sitting there for who knows how long and everything was melted. I said we ordered cones and he said they did not have any, so I did tell him them they should of told us they did not have any. He brought my corn dog with no mustard and my daughter ordered the pretzel twist and no cheese came with it. We asked for them and he did bring them right away. Would give a zero if I could. MY ORDER: 1 sonic blast MnM, 1 sweet peach tea slush, and a large mozzarella sticks. SITUATION: I pulled up to stall #1 and when I pushed the button I was told I could either wait 5-10 minutes for them to take my order or pull around to the drive through line. I decided to go to the drive through. As I waited in the drive through line for 5-10mins, I then placed my order and caught a glimpse of stall #1 paying at the stall and receiving food and leaving. So a car getting there after me is served and taken care of before me who was told either wait or go through the drive through. I let Faith in the drive through know about this and she started raising her voice to me stating "can you see that we are busy?". By then, my patience is running out with an employee speaking to me like this. She repeats my order which was wrong (they gave me a peach slush with vanilla) and I corrected them on read back. I hand my card over to pay and after 4 minutes of them handling my card, I knock on the window to ask for my card back as there is no reason for them to shut the door windows to where I cannot see what is being done with my card for 4 minutes. She hands my card back and rolls her eyes at me. While this is going on I can hear screaming among employees "you're not my boss" and "I don't give an efff" through the drive through closed windows. I don't know if it was faith screaming this or not. A few minutes after faith emerges not even making eye contact and basically pushing products that I ordered into my car. I wait for a few moments as I'm in shock and at my witts end, and raise my voice stating "thank you!!!" trying to get some sort of acknowledgment and that resulted in faith slamming the drive through door as hard as she could in my face. I immediately pulled off the property and called the store and spoke to someone who stated he was a new manager another change of shift experienced manager would be clocking on at 7:00 pm and that he would have a talk with her. I asked for the employees name working the drive through and he stated it was faith. He apologized for the situation on her behalf and said it was due to "the employees being swamped". I can now see why this establishment averages 1.5 stars in reviews based on many reviews of employee bad attitudes and poor food quality. This is by far one of the worst places I have ever ordered food from. Not only was the service slow which I could understand with today's things going on. However after waiting in line for more than 20 minutes I went to order and was informed they were out of strawberries for the strawberry shake I was ordering. I then order a plan chocolate shake along a with a couple others. When they handed us the shakes the outside of the cups were covered in milkshake and whipped cream. We had to get napkins as the outsides of all 3 cups were sticky and dripping all over the car. I tried to take a sip of my chocolate shake which was so thick I could hardly get any to come through the straw. The shake I did get to come through the straw tasted mildly like chocolate ice cream and had the consistency of Ice cream. In the end the service was terrible and the food was even worse. honestly AMAZED by how awful the employees here are. we've been here at least 10 times since they've opened and not a single time have they gotten the order right. consistently forgetting to add need to the drinks, forgetting to give us the cheese for the pretzels, forgetting ENTIRE food items. I normally bite my tongue, thank them and leave-but tonight I decided to ask for a refund for my missing food items and I was rudely told that they "don't do refunds."
