We always have a great experience at the Show Low Sonic! Honestly, I'm not sure what the other reviews are talking about with messed-up orders every time they order -maybe those folks are ordering wrong. Every time we visit, the burgers, fries, and tots are hot and fresh, the drinks are perfectly made, and the desserts are simply awesome. The menu offers a solid variety of munchies to satisfy any craving. We'll definitely keep coming back to this Sonic whenever we want something quick, tasty, and satisfying. Sonic typically disappoints, but not this location!! We were WOWED with quick service and HOT food!! I even asked the gal, "Are the French fries hot?" I was very concerned because of how fast the food was delivered. She responded, "Yes, they are fresh and hot. I just saw them being cooked fresh." I honestly didn't believe her, but it was fact. My hubby took our kid the time prior and, as I walked out the door, he warned me, "They have really fast service." Kid was happy which makes me happy. He said, "Happy kid, happy life." The last four times I've been to Sonic my order was wrong. I wanted onion rings instead of fries and paid extra bug didn't get them two separate time. I asked for ranch dressing asked at the window if there was ranch in the box and was told yes, there wasn't. Another time I ordered Coke but got Dr pepper. Another time I asked for light ice and didn't get that nor the mustard for the corn dog, and I asked at the window if mustard was in the bag and was told yes. I called and talked to the manager. Sonic is sorta what you expect from fast food . Not too big on fast food eats except on occasion. The food here is decent often times at this location I find the food is NOT hot, it's on the warm side! It is very typical of this location on several different visits also a drag that fried food is not crisp even when I request extra crispy . Hello Onion Rings .... I for sure am a fan of their onion rings which are crispy with a touch of sweetness in the batter The desserts are delicious and I typically drive through for that reason. I've tried several slushees, mixed in ice cream cups , or cones like that recent Reeses cone filled with peanut butter sauce in a chocolate waffle cone with Reese's pieces . Everytime I eat here, the food is always delicious and the staff so courteous. And they are helpful with any questions you may have. I once ordered too fast and the girl missed an item. At once she got it rang up for me and out to my car in no time. I felt bad for making her have to come back out to my vehicle (for my mistake), but she was smiling and didn't seem to mind at all. Also, for having the restrooms located outside on the side of the building, they are always very clean. Honestly, I really love eating here. Some say it is over priced? My guy and I will order our food, pay less than we pay at McDonalds, and get way more food. Plus, the burgers always taste so much better. So not sure what some people are complaining about. I understand that children often work in the fast food industry, but don't start acting out as soon as your manager gets in his car and leaves you get paid to do a job and if you want to continue to get paid doing that job you should do it right and serve your customers correctly. Simple things like asking if they're done with their order or if they would like anything else or maybe even up selling is all an important part of the job but today I didn't experience any of that. I experienced unprofessionalism and got an Iroll when I expressed that it would've been really nice if they would've asked me if I wanted to order anything else yet even at the speaker and drive-through when I told him I wasn't done ordering. I still had to pull up to the window and tell them that I wanted to order more which is absolutely ridiculous. I was already coming back to get the food that they forgot the last time I was at this establishment. Girl is working the drive-through and taking orders and snapping at other people needs to watch her damn attitude. This is one of my favorite places to come and I won't come back specifically because of her and how she snapped at an employee but she's the one that messed up in the first place. Unfortunately this place had bad food, bad placement/location and the employees had a bad attitude. When we got our burgers they were burnt and tastes very greedy. Our fires had a weird sour taste to them and the soda tasted old as if they haven't changed out the bags. Like most Sonics, the food at the Show Low Sonics is pretty standard -- adequate and passable, but not the best. The service is pretty standard (for example, you have to repeat your order 3 times if you want something different than what is on the menu). Placed a mobile order paid extra for the mozzarella sticks on the combo went to go pick up the order and was informed they were out of mozzarella sticks for the day gave me tater tots but still charged me the 1.50 up charge for the mozzarella sticks when we bit into our burgers they were so burned they were crunchy. Thirsty? can't get much better than the endless options to choose from here from sodas to teas to slushes. However when it comes to food I pass 90% of the time and the 10% I do eat here I often regret my choice. The fries are more often then not soggy, the burgers I usually stay away from completely because I'm a little picky and they always seem to put mustard and etc on when I ask to have it left off. This is My first time at sonic and it's been an excellent experience. I'm only in town for a night and drove by here and had always wanted to try one. The servers were friendly and the condiments guy came by twice to double check that I was all good. Overpriced, poor quality food and service. Normally like a Sonic fix once in a while but this was the worst. Ice cold fries, dry, cold chicken sandwich, slimy boneless chicken wings. Also, drinks we thought were included in our combo meal were $4.50 each. Total for 2 combo meals was $27! Also, 25 minute wait. They sent out a young guy who said it was his 1st day on the job so we didn't say much - wasn't his fault. Next time we'll go for cheaper and better food at Chili's.
