Service takes FOREVER! Ive waited in both the stalls and the drive thru for over 30 minutes waiting for someone to take my order!

This Sonic doesn't deserve at star at all. I ordered my family's food and then it began. I observed four employees come out and walk down the sidewalk one was holding the crouch of his pants I'm guessing to hold his pants up. I then observed the server exit with a tray of food and 3 drinks. The server walked from car to car asking does this look like your food until she finally walked up to me asked does this look like your food. I said I guess, what is it? The server didnt even know what was in the bags. No reply. I order $50 worth of food with three Route 44 cherry limeades with blue coconut but I only recieved blue coconut. I asked for extra bacon on my BLT and I received broken bacon that maybe added up to three pieces of bacon. I then asked if I could have my extra bacon. I was at this location for approximately 45mins and my food was luke warm at best. My server appeared highly impaired on something. When I called, I asked to speak to a manager and the person said I'm the manager. I started to tell him what was wrong and how terrible the service was he had no care just asked if I wanted them to remake the food. He didn't ask what was wrong or any questions about my order. Of course, I didn't even trust a new order. I observed several employees and experienced my server. SONIC what happened to your code of conduct, your care for the customer, and the desire to hire good employees. Whoever manages this store needs to pay close attention and SONIC needs to get back to the way it used to be. Unfortunately, this is almost everywhere you go now days and its a shame. SONIC should be a shame of this Sonic Franchise. Start with drug testing and move from there. read more

I am completely dissatisfied with this service. The manager, Dante is rude and refused service because he messed up on my order. They have a special where you can get same meal for six dollars and he tried to charge me the regular price. He did not suggest that they had a same combo for a cheaper price. When I noticed, I told him to cancel that order and give me the special that's for six dollars. He refused my service and slam the drive-through window in my face. When I asked for the general manager's information, he refused to give it to me. He told me his name was Zac. I can't believe that I have experienced this type of service. Waited 5 more minutes and pushed the call button only to be told they were under staffed and to go through the drive thru. My food had been completed much earlier and was now cold. Came to this location on a Sunday afternoon because my daughters wanted Sonics. We preceded to wait in line behind 2 other cars for about 10 minutes before they took the first car's order. I can't leave less than 1 star. But I would. Where do I start. Besides the order taker leaving the speaker on and discussing my frustration with her, cause she couldn't get the order correct. 1. My Burger was built the day before. It was cold. My wife's Chicken sandwich did not arrive as ordered. The Fries were not done and cold. Only interesting part were the nearby police making an arrest. Just skip this place, it is a total waste of money and time. Manager should take note and quit. read more

I used to work for sonic back when I was in high school... so I get it can be a pretty crappy place to work most days. But, I was having a pretty crappy day and I decided to order and blast and some onion rings. This Sonic employee handed me me the blast no spoon. So I thought "ok I'll just make sure to ask for it before I leave". He hands me the bag with the rings and I asked to have a spoon he stated it was in the bag. so I said great and went and parked to enjoy my treat. However, there was not a spoon in the bag so I had to drive back around to the drive thru (this location has been drive thru only for months for some reason) and wait In line to ask for a spoon. Then instead of walking the spoon out to me, he had me wait in like for roughly 20 minutes. At this point my blast was liquid and unenjoyable. *sigh* I have given his place more business than I care to admit, but every single visit is always the same. Disappointing. Where to start? The Burger is always cold. The tots are always too hard from not being fresh. The drink is normally the only thing gotten right, but I asked for "EZ" ice and got regular(which is always too much). Today at 6:30pm my family and I decided to do the drive in as we had other things planned. 6:30 things should be fresh right? Nope. Old tasting burgers. Old tater tots. Got 2 jr. cheeseburger deluxe, 1 had tomato and the other didn't(which is a normal inconsistency here as it wasn't ordered to be special or changed.), the meat tasted old and cold. Ordered a family size tot and they apparently no longer sell them, so I got just 1 large cheese tot, and I've had more tots in a regular medium... cheese was scarce and not evenly covered. No fork. No napkins. No ketchup. Clicked button to ask for forks, napkins, ranch and specialty sauce. Comes back out with 1 spoon, 1 knife, and 1 fork, handful of ketchup. At that time I noticed the tomato mistake showed her and asked for tomato. And the special sauces not ketchup. We asked if they told her we asked for ketchup and she said yeah, and we corrected and asked for ranch and special sauce she walks off looking aggravated at this point(but tbh, my food was crap before I even opened it so who's the one with the right to be aggravated here), comes back with our sauces. We received everything we orders at this point and we leave. A waste of $19 for a $1.99 wacky pack. 4 jr. cheese delux/2 with bacon, 1 large(but really a medium) cheese tot and 1 rt 44 cherry limeade. You can defiantly get better quality out of the deli at a grocery store or a buffet of sorts. I've worked fast food and it really is sad that some make it out to be the most hard task ever. We will NOT be back. They've lost my business forever. Save your money for a place that cares about its customers! This place has severely went down the drain since 2013/2014. read more

Tacky employee practice, 4 employees outside vaping, yet when they run inside to make food/drink when a mobile order pulls up, NOBODY washes their hands. Gross. Food or drink, doesn't matter. Went here for ice cream late night when a friend suggested it to us. Got the sonic blasts and the taste was pretty good. The sizes are huge and a small could be enough for most people. If you are not a fan of whipped cream then ask for it not to be on there because they put a lot. I got the snickers one and it was pretty tasty with a lot of chunks of candy bar all through it. So why on three stars? The people at the drive through. The lid on the ice creams where barely put on so while passing the ice cream to the back one got spilled all on the ground. Also the price. For a small, medium, and a large ice cream plus a milkshake it was $19. I could have gotten the same thing at a grocery store if I got a half gallon of candy bar filled ice cream. So all in all it tasted good but nothing special. I would not go back for this product, maybe try that raspberry limeade everyone is talking about at the happy hour time. read more

I went up to there to order a milkshake with hot fudge. When the drive thru attendant handed me my milkshake she said that some of it had melted because of the fudge. I knew that the top would melt a little because of that, and would actually make it easier to drink through the straw. I've ordered these for years and also worked at an ice cream shop as a teen. As I pulled away, I tried a sip and my milkshake wasn't even cold! I'm not sure how long they had a milkshake sitting out for it to not even be cold anymore, but it was obviously not freshly made. I thought about putting it in the freezer to cool it down again, but not feeling very confident in their food safety practices I dumped it out. Now I'm out of my $4 and I wasted my time. read more
