They obviously need to stick to hot dogs and burger. Even though the can chili taste worse than Texas Pete. The chicken patties was cooked way to long. It was 3 minutes front burnt crispy. Ordered the new garlic bacon burger they had with chili cheese fries and a tea along with some popcorn chicken. The burger was ok but the chili cheese fries were stale. The popcorn chicken took a while to cook so they didn't wait to make the chili cheese fries till after the chicken so they just left the fries sit till the chicken was done. Use to be a avid raving fan of Sonic. This location has turned me against the place in such a way I will not be returning and I am calling to complain to the corporation office. This is the third straight time I have come and received inferior food. Today, for example, I ordered a 4pc mozzarella sticks, the sonic cheeseburger, large chili cheese fries, and a medium slushie. So disappointed in the quality of the products. They need some new staff at this location. First it took about 27 mins to get my food. And when I did, three of the four mozzarella sticks had all of the cheese cooked out of them. Like they exploded in the fryer, but the cook decided they were ok to sell. When I said something to the young lady, she said she was busy, and she would be back. Didn't offer to replace them or anything. And she never brought the marinara that was suppose to be served within them. The meat on the burger was so dry that it was literally crunchy. Like it had been cooked on a charcoal grill for three straight days. No juice in that hockey puck. And it was cold. So cold the cheese didn't even partially melt. Figured I would just say something to the young lady when she came back out. I couldn't even eat the burger. So I figured I would just enjoy my large chili cheese fries until then. Hot dawg was I wrong. These grease bombs were also ice cold and full of salt. Plus the portion size is about half of what I usually receive. I barely saw any cheese on the fries too. I checked my receipt to make sure she had rang it up right. And yes she did. $3.79. What a waste. The fries were not crispy, limp, and soaked of grease and salt. So frustrated that I couldn't enjoy anything but my slushee, I went to the door to complain. I'd absolutely give this place 0 stars if I could. Hands down the worst Sonic I've ever had the displeasure of going to. I've been here multiple times and every time it's a new adventure in disappointment. Usually out of half the menu, shakes are not shakes (they're globs of ice cream in cups with whatever flavor thrown in and hastily made to get you gone. You cannot use a straw for at least an hour after purchase) I've pulled up to the stalls, pushed the button only to be ignored, and end up going through the drive-through because they can't ignore that. Was told once that I could not place two orders, so I had to circle around and place another order. Food quality is mediocre even by sonic standards. Fries are always old, and everything else is usually cold or microwaved. The wait times are ridiculous, the staff are usually rude, hateful and have no problems displaying the fact you as a customer are just an inconvenience to them because they'd rather stand around outside the store smoking and joking in what resembles a ghetto block party. All in all, absolute trash. I don't know how they maintain a franchise with corporate, but I guess the world will never know. read more

If I could give lower than a one star I would. Maybe a half a star for bringing the food out and getting the order correct the first time. I've been to many Sonic's in multiple states and have had great experiences, except for this one. The food took way longer than it should have and when the food came my cheeseburger was cold (like it had been refrigerated) when I took the first bite. Not just the bun but the entire cheeseburger. The cheese wasn't even melted. I took it back up to the window and asked for a warm one. After a few minutes they came back out. When I got back to my vehicle I opened up the cheeseburger wrapping and noticed a bite was already taken out of it. So I'm assuming and hoping they just stuck it in the microwave instead of making me a fresh sandwich and it was just above the cold temp it previously was. I never took it back in fear of them doing something to the sandwich. My wife got the grilled chicken sandwich and the chicken was so tough she had to peel off the bottom & top layers and try to eat the inside of the chicken. This location was closed for months. After a remodel and hiring a completely new staff you would think that they would reopen with a passion to be better. Well that is far from the truth. This location is now the slowest, most irresponsible, inconsiderate, and has the worst food quality out of any Sonic I have ever visited. I have been a few times hoping that maybe they just needed time to adjust to being reopened. The service and quality is worse now than it was. The only thing that has gotten a little better is the speed of service. The people taking the orders do not know the menu. You have to explain multiple times what you want and hope that they are able to fix it correctly after you order it. This morning I ordered a #14 bacon breakfast burrito with mayo. After receiving my tea I noticed that it tasted bitter. The person in the window then tells me that they have had people complain about it and that it was because the tea urn was not washed the night before. If it wasn't washed why in the world are you using it? To make things even better when I got to work I noticed that I had received the SuperSONIC burrito.
