Save your money, don't go here for Sonic Blasts. My husband and I went here for a special treat on Mother's Day evening. He got a Snickers Sonic Blast and I got a Butterfinger Sonic Blast. We took them home to enjoy and to our disappointment we received two vanilla milkshakes with a few candy sprinkles on the top. Thank goodness we had Hershey's syrup at home so we could make them a bit more palatable. Service was very fast and I guess I know why, it doesn't take much time to throw a few candy sprinkles on the top. This was our second trip there. On our first trip we ordered Sonic Blasts that had obscenities written on the bottom of the cups. We brought it to the attention to the attendant and he said "Sorry, the person inside made them for one of their friends in a different car". No offer to replace our items, no manager coming out to apologize...nothing. Two strikes and you are out. Never going here again. To the franchise owner....you need to clean house, hire new people and give them proper training, or sell quickly before you loose your investment. read more

Holy calories batman... But I'm okay with a little splurge every now and then if it involves ice cream. I'm always enticed by the half-price shakes they have here at night, but I always end up going with the tried-and-true Sonic Blast. Damn those things are good... And I recently discovered they have more flavors than just the typical Oreo, M&M, Butterfinger, etc. (mind blown). The service is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! I'm just sitting here studying outside and within an hour the workers here (all three or four are female) are yelling at customers. Yes literally yelling. A young girl didn't think the button was working and pushed it maybe three times and one lady stormed out the building and said "I'm not taking any of your orders!!!" Then a separate lady comes out and says, "you guys need to only use one stall when ordering " understandable but really? Then just now a group of college students arrive and one girl is ordering and a dude yells "wait 6 waters." After the order is finished a separate lady runs out and yells at them saying if you continue to yell in the microphone I'm going to charge you must extra!!" This I ridiculous. Something needs to be done about this store because this sounds like a regular occurrence based on multiple customers reactions like "they always do this" ect. This is the worst experience I have ever had at sonic, I arrived shortly after 10 pm. I went through the drive through my order was taken, then I drove up to the window to get my total/items and the woman working the window glared at me and shouted that they were closed and for me to leave. The hours clearly state they are open on Saturdays until 11 and regardless of if they closed early or not the customer service aspect of the job doesn't stop just because the doors are locked (all food industry workers know this) Will not be visiting this location again read more

On google, it says that this sonic closes at 11pm. This sonic actually closes at 10pm, but I did not know this at the time. When I was there at around 10:30, there were 5 or more other cars confused as to why no one was taking their orders. People were even honking to get the attention of the workers. The workers are so inconsiderate that they ignore customers rather than taking the time to tell them that they're closed. I get it that you're trying to close your store, but is it really necessary to hide from customers who are mistaken by the wrong hours on Google? Simply just tell each customer that arrives that late, "Sorry, we're closed." It's that easy. read more

Went through the drive-through, when I came up to the window the lady serving me was very disrespectful and almost dropped my drink out the window, she then proceeded to close the door and gave me a dirty look. I was just waiting for my food, she then opened the window and asked in a snotty tone and with a dirty look if she could help me and I politely told her I hadn't received my food and she said oh and closed the door and just stood there. Very rude! Got my kids 2 Carmel shakes and they gave them vanilla ice cream in a cup with whip cream and a cherry. So I buzzed back to ask them to fix it she responded with "Ugh really"! Came here the cups and freaking put a squirt of caramel in each and didn't even mix it. Like come one people! This is the second time they done this and responded this way. Sonic is unpredictable. Ordered the popcorn chicken and a slush - everything came out correct, hot food, cold drink, and somewhat decent time for the drive thru. Friendly service and clean grounds. My complaint isn't about the food - it was the service. I went through the drive through tonight and while our milkshakes were quite tasty - had to wait while the sonic worker had full on conversations and banter with her co-workers. I sat and watched and listened and listened to their banter while staring at the milkshakes sitting on the counter. I was patient at first because I don't get too worked up about a minute here or there. But after listening to multiple workers continue a long and boring conversation, it was then that I decided I would provide this yelp review. Worst Sonic I have ever been too. Drove up to the park and order and hit the button and no one ever answered so we hit the drive through. We should have just left. We Ordered two orders of Chili cheese tots and two coconut cream shakes. The tots had NO cheese on them and they were stale. Employees were not wearing cloves and actively handeling ice cream as well as sitting in food prep tables. Ill NEVER visit this sonic again. read more

America's Drive In! I've noticed at this location that the outside patio is very well kept! Wait times for food are decreasing and more of the staff is rollerskating. Lunch and Happy Hour are both always crowd favorites, which means longer lines, but staff does what they can to get you your food. If there is a long line at the drive through I often see them walk outside to deliver drinks and food! read more

This sonic is a piece of shit... y'all are supposed to close at 12am and close at 11? That's bs! If you close at 11 change it on google maps! 10+ people were there and the lights were off and the employees were still inside! Whoever the management is, you need to fix this or close! Absolutely the worst customer service! I pulled in to order a quick lunch before I needed to get back to work. I ordered, paid, watched the "timeline" on the order board - in kitchen - followed by Hector will be right out with your order. I waited and waited, no Hector and no food. I finally pushed the red order button again to check on where my food was. Hector told me he was running other orders out and he would be right out with mine - waited and waited and still no Hector and no food. At this point I needed to leave so I could be back to work on time, so I went up to the restaurant to ask for my money back. Low and behold here's Hector, bringing the car next to me's (who rolled in about 10 minutes after me) food. They refunded my card with no apology, no regard for their horrible service. From the time I pulled in to the time I left, I wasted 25 minutes at Sonic. I called to speak to a manager and you guessed it - the manager was Hector! He did nothing to make the situation right, he just offered excuse after excuse (most of it not truthful). It's unfortunate because I'm always up for a corn dog and maybe some onion rings! So, I haven't been to Sonic in years and decided to give it a try again. All I have to say is that I am impressed. The staff was amazing, the food was hot and delicious and there was no wait time! The general manager, who seemed very young, was very attentive and made sure that I was happy with my experience.
