Not ordering from here any more. Every time I've ordered delivery in the last two months, the driver is "making another stop along the way". Food has always arrived cold. Burgers, fries, rings, mozzarella sticks, doesn't make any difference, it's all cold. $$$$ for delivery fees and taxes. Add even a 10% tip for the driver, and your bill has increased by around 33% of the original price. Don't waste your money for cold food. We went here just to get two lemon berry slush route 44s and a route 44 ice water. The people here were so disrespectful when we ordered and when they didn't give us our water we asked for it again. The little girl that was working there was throwing attitude rolling her eyes every chance she could. She then snatched the card out of my hand, swiped it and said it was declined so we gave her the correct card. She proceeded to be rude so we asked for a manager and she replied, "with my managers gonna tell you to get on so get on," and slammed the window in our faces. As the cup sat in my cup holder on my way home, ice cream melted through, leaked into my cup holder and made a mess. I got home and grabbed the cup and got ice cream all over my hand. An already terrible Friday for myself personally. I was not able to get a lunch break during my work hour. It is known that there is a car show at this location, every Friday. I was needing to drive my restoration project of a professional chassis vehicle, though I did so due to working out technical difficulties that this vehicle had acquired from years of not running properly. But it is my pride and joy. First and foremost, I had the best experience with the staff members. Though I do wish that I had cash on me for a tip to be given to the polite woman that served my meal. Excellent and quick. As for what I had ordered, they did get it correct and made sure of what I was attempting to order. But for the "car show", I was not wishing to stay for. I had other business to part take in my 1989 restoration project. As foretold. There were clear, white background with bold black letters that had said only for customers. Which I had only paused to read before parking. The sign stated: "FOR CUSTOMERS ONLY". My job revolves around vehicle related signs, therefore, I read posted signs before making a decision. After placing an order and sitting outside of and onto my vehicle, which did not have working air conditioning. To say the least, if was much cooler outside. Had quite the great view of all the other older vehicles and could enjoy my meal in peace. Except, bringing in my project vehicle had brought attention: I leave only a three star due to the fact that I was harassed not by one, but two people that had made my short break a hassle. They had harassed me, due to the vehicle that I drove. A man had walked over as I was sitting on the hood of my classic coach, while I consumed my side dish. To rudely ask me if I read the sign that was posted. I did not know who this older gentleman was, except that he was interrupting me and making a needless scene. An undesired interaction, if you will say as such. As for the second man: There were plenty of other stalls open at the time of my presence, yet had decided to place his weight against my driver door, enough to shake my vehicle. Again, extremely disrespectful. I, being the savant, did not wish another awful interaction and had said nothing. That was partially my fault to begin with. But then again, as mentioned beforehand, plenty of other stalls open to order his food. I believe that the manager here should make it clear- that on Friday's that other people should not conduct themselves so forcefully as to push other customers away, whom happen to be driving one of their everyday olde vehicles. I most definitely will not be back as a customer here, during Fridays. I feel like this could be something from the Scooby Doo movies. Possibly. Either he was on board during that time or returned to vindictively chase customers away essentially. Either way, manager at the time or not, this is not how to be professional. Especially with long drawn out signs. Simply a bold, capped text "CUSTOMER ONLY PARKING" would have sufficed. Both scenarios seem to fit with the incident occurrence. An added extra two stars for the assistant manager; a week after the listed incident above, verbally apologized for the inconvenience and understood well with what I had to restate on the account. My fair warning however, watch yourself carefully, as some customers do wear diapers here. And I don't think that this Sonic hands enough sippy cups. I could say more, but this has been drawn out long enough. Yet I leave with this, I'm sure it's traumatizing when somebody witnesses two people playing tug of war with a credit in their teeth. While reading the menu and before pushing the button to order I had to leave. A young man working for Sonic was sweeping around the out door dining tables. He stopped, leaned the broom against a column, stuck his hand down his pants in an effort to adjust himself. The employee's hand was so far down his pants, his elbow was at his belt line. Service was great. Food came out very quickly and we were asked if we had everything we needed. The problem is the food is terrible. I haven't eat Sonic in 5 years. I've been staying away from crappy fast food for obvious reasons. But my wife was interested because of their half off cheeseburgers on Tuesday nights. The burger was gross. The meat itself tasted like it had been steamed and hardly resembled beef. It had a watery taste to it that didn't mix well with tomatoes, lettuce and cheese. After waiting 25 minutes for my rather simple order I asked for a refund and the girl told me 'we don't do that'. If your customer is unhappy you give a refund. Asked to use the restroom and waited another 15 minutes for them to open the door. When I saw the door to the bathroom is made me sick to my stomach. Pretty disappointed in the service here and the workers' attitude. Drive thru times were very high, which I can tolerate, yet my order was wrong. The order-taker clarified my order when I was at the kiosk yet still gave me the wrong order at the window. When I brought this to her attention, she told me they "don't sell" that. Excuse me? I'll gloss over the fact that I've ordered the same thing from multiple Sonics and never had an issue and jump right to the fact that she CLARIFIED my order. Why say "okay" to what I ordered and then tell me it isn't offered? The slush I ordered tastes really sour for no reason at all. Overall, pretty disappointed. Waste of twenty dollars.
