This wasn't our first bad experience. My meal was suppose to have onion rings and it didn't. Both our meals tasted old but was just looking forward to my blaster. I had ordered extra product in my blaster and no whip cream. I ended up with whip cream whipped off the top and a little product (pretty much plain vanilla ice cream). When they were building a Sonic in my area I was really excited - My mom lives in Tennessee and I've been to Sonic there and its great fast food - especially shakes, etc. But this Sonic in Wilsonville - not so much. The worst part are the dumb teenagers they've hired there - they can't seem to get your order right, they're slow - not good service. WHERE ARE ALL THE SONICS! UGH! I am from Texas and Sonic is a staple back home. In every small town and its usually the place to be if you are a teen in a small town. You have drive up stations and you push the button to order. They have a drive through too for those getting something quick. Cheap drinks during their happy hour and worth going outside of that due to so many options and great food! Going to Sonic reminds me of my childhood when we got the brown bag specials and foot long chili dogs. EVERYTHING IS GOOD AT SONIC! I drive just to get a blue ocean water or sweet tea with lemon. alas.....I went...I ate (gag).....and I still have no idea why people are so in love with Sonic. This is a love affair I can't even begin let alone end. Below is the exact review I wrote to Sonic minus my email address and phone. The manager of this location "yaima"? was the rudest fast food employee I have encountered in my 50 plus years of going to a fast food resturaunt. I typically use the ap to order my food and avoid the lines as it is a time saver (usually) When I checked in as usual, the stall screen said "welcome back Eric" as it always does and a few minutes later the screen said my food would be delivered by "Azure" well 10 minutes went by and I pressed the red button because my order did not show up, and the "manager" told me that I never checked in. And spoke to me like I was the biggest IDIOT in town. I proceeded to tell her that I wanted my food and to speak to the manager. a few more moments went by and "azure" brought out my food and told me I was speaking to the manager that refused to come out. Let me just say you having that person represent your restaurant in a management role is not the best decision should you desire to keep customers. I have lived in Wilsonville 25 years and will not ever pay my money to some disrespectful moron. read more

Always getting orders wrong and long waits. Ordered 2 Master Blast shakes that are overpriced to begin with ($5.19 for a medium for one) and then I get it, just looks like a ton of vanilla ice cream with barely any cookie dough in it and barely anything brownie pieces in the other shake. read more

Well, things got better after change in management, but they're back to the same old crap. Order with the app, 10 minute drive, still have to wait 20+ minutes after you arrive, even after you're notified your carhop is "on the way" you still have to wait ANOTHER 10 minutes. The staff complains about being chronically understaffed, plagued with no-call/no-shows. By the time you do get your food, it's cold or melted. Until management figures their crap out, can hire people, and get them to show-up, take the extra time to drive to Tigard. It'll still take you less time. read more

We took out our food from the bag and the tots were cold like not even warm at all totally cold then our burgers were cold we both got cheese on them and the burger was so cold the cheese didn't even melt . For a corporate fast-food chain, it's not so bad. The food is about what you'd expect, unless you're expecting something better than fast food. I have two major reasons for going here: A) you can sit in your car and eat, which I much prefer being the germophobic misanthrope that I am, and B) the happy hour (half price drinks and shakes 2-4 PM) is a great way to get a cheap fix on drinks like cherry limeade chillers. read more

While we waited a long time for our food, we could hear the young man (with a ponytail) at the ice cream machine kept saying "I don't give a fuck" like 3 times. You'd think it would be easy to, 1. order your food. 2. assume the person at the window knows what you ordered. 3. receive the correct order, with the side items requested. None of that happened the last time we used the drive through. The chubby chick at the window mocked us at the order board. Mixed up our order at the window where you pay for your food. Told us to have a nice day after handing over only our drinks and closed the window as though our order was complete. Then, after handing us the bag of food and closing the window again, we checked to make sure there was marinara sauce for the cheese sticks - which there wasn't - we waited for her to open the window again and she said "what else do you need?" We head here if we are craving an ice cream treat but don't want to drive to a Dairy Queen. It doesn't quite satisfy like DQ always does, but it can hit the spot. As for the food, we usually don't partake. If I am going to have a greasy hamburger and fries, there are so many better options even just in Wilsonville. Was very pleased with the food. I especially enjoy the strawberry limeade. While I was there one of the girls fell. It looked like it really hurt, but she picked her self up and went right back to working (minus the roller skates). I was very impressed. I frequently stop on my way to day care in the morning because my daughter likes the breakfast burritos. However the salt added to my sandwiches has been way over done multiple times, like so much it's still a little crunchy! So I started asking for light salt, they never seem to understand me and clarify with "we can't do light sausage" and even when It correctly makes it to the screen with 'light salt' I still get really salty eggs! read more

Tonight we went to Sonic and as I pushed the button to talk a car pulled in next to me with the music so loud I couldn't hear the person taking the order. After the girl turned off her car she went inside to visit with what appeared to be her friends. The employees mumble when they talk and have low grooming standards. They were more interested in hanging out with pals than working. It took forever to get our food and they screwed up the order! Asking them to get it right was painful as I am unsure of what the punks from the skatepark were doing to the food. We paid for the food but the attitude was that it was putting them out to give what we paid them for. Also a large rat scurried past as we were parked waiting for our order and the employee promptly blamed it on Walgreens next door (Cause Walgreens has lots of food to attract rats?) It's clear to me the owner is an idiot who just collects the money. If he were paying attention he would stop in once in a great while and fire the manager and put his foot up some millennial A$$! Terrible fries, every time. Actually, I prefer Sonic fries to those from every other fast-food place. Except for this one location. I'm from Salem, and I have visited this location about twice per month, ever since it opened. Yet, I have NEVER, EVER received fresh fries from this location. They are warm, but obviously they have been sitting around too long, under a heat lamp. They are just awful, mushy, mealy, terrible. By contrast, I have ALWAYS received super-hot, fresh fries from the Salem Sonic, located south of State Street on Lancaster Drive. Many times they have actually been almost too hot to handle. Wonderful, excellent. But that has never happened at Wilsonville, which I believe is owned by a different company or franchisee. I have actually given feedback to Sonic's web site, to obviously no effect, as the fries are still terrible, every time. It's just obvious that this location makes a big pile of fries and then lets them sit there too long, so you can never, ever get fresh fries. I have been there morning, noon, and night, when they've been busy or not, and it just doesn't matter -- the fries have been sitting in a pile for far too long, and I'm paying good money for terrible food. I haven't found anything else they've managed to screw up, though they do put too much ice in the soft drinks. But I like fries with my hamburgers, and it's just ridiculous how this one location just won't provide decent food for your money. If you think Sonic has terrible fries, but this is the only location you've tried, well, it's just this one location that's bad. Other locations make WONDERFUL, good fries. Pop up to the Sonic in Washington Square, and you'll get decent fries there. read more

We came through Wilsonville sonic this morning and wanted 2 burgers and a kids meal. The so called manager "Jessica" said that it would take at least 10-20 minutes. As a person that use to work there, you should have at least 3-4 parties ready very disappointed and will be contacting your district manager along with your franchise manager. Not impressed. First of all, the entryway and exits are difficult to find in the dark and not convenient. It is not the best location. Secondly, I don't understand why I have to pay $0.50 more to add oreo to a vanilla or chocolate shake, but oreo cheesecake is the price of a shake! Hi guy's, everytime I come here everyone is so polite and nice. Got my birthday milkshake on the house and even got wished happy birthday greeting. The food is a little more spendy but taste a little better than most fast food.
