Very disappointed, will never return to this location or any Sonics for that matter now.. going to the drive-thru I was going to be charged for sauces, so I decided to order on Google because the sauces are free I completed my order sent it in and actually paid through my debit, I had an employee come out saying I didn't order anything that they couldn't find my order so on their machine something was going on or it was messed up because I explained that I already paid they asked me to go to my app which I didn't use an app that went through Google.. they didn't believe me that I end up paying for such a small order $2.78, the manager came out spent about 10-15 minutes still telling me my order wasn't accepted at their location that I needed to show them a receipt call my bank do something in order to get my food.. I stopped at this Sonic after returning from Petrified National Forest. Winslow has limited options, and I was too hungry to wait until I got back into Flagstaff. So, Sonic it was. This was pre-COVID, but I still opted to stay in my car and eat. I do like the old-fashioned feel of eating inside your car at a drive-in. The worst food. I'm pretty sure my tater tot's were days old. $2.49 for a tiny bag. I ended up not eating them and would have returned them but my husband said to cut our loss on that. Can't get an order right. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers. One with mayo and one with mustard and jalapenos. They put jalapenos on the one with mayo. Only put 3 napkins in the bag. Need at least 6 in a vehicle. No ketchup in the bag. You dont dare ask to take it back or they'll spit in it so I choked down a disgusting mustard burger. I dont know if they were shorthanded or not. Possibly the best fast food experience I have ever had. Our server (we'll just call him Jesse) brought us out the completely wrong order however, the receipt was right. The onion rings we hadn't even ordered looked tasty and Jesse let us have them for the trouble. The 2nd attempt he brought out had the drinks correct and one of the meals. By round 3 we had a full taste test of the Sonic sampler. Jesse stayed kind hearted the whole time to make for an even better buffet experience. Once upon a time, I was on a magical adventure that brought me to Winslow, AZ. As said adventure was wrapping up at 11:47pm on a Sat night, the crew had a major hankering for some munchies that seemingly only greasy grub could quench. But with only mins until closing and the clock ticking...what to do?? I quickly jumped on the blower, asked for the mgr and stated my munchie emergency! After telling him I had a van full of hungry hungry hippos and that we craved corn dogs, he pledged to stay open until we arrived. Bam! I hate Sonic. Really, I do. It is usually cold, greasy, nasty food. The drinks are good but that is about all that I will usually stop in for. In Winslow Arizona there is not much to choose from that is quick and easy. Today I drove up to the speaker not expecting delicious let alone edible food. A beautiful local girl brought out the food. They really try their best. What people don't understand right now is how busy it's getting because of COVID-19. They complain with the long wait times when they have 20+ orders agead of them. Some people expect the long wait times because of the sudden influx of customers. If anything, the employees should get more respect because it's a tough environment. We ordered our food on the app hoping it would be ready by the time we got there. There were 2 cars in the drive thru and 2 cars at the car hop order when we get there. We checked in and waited about 5 mins when a drunk guy walked up from the bar across the street. He went inside and was directed to the walk up order menu and after a few mins for him to figure it out he ordered. Sonic messed up someone else's order, the walked up and got a new item, the drive thru ppl got their food, a car near us got theirs and the drunk guy got his. We finally get ours a few mins later. Totally different burger than what we ordered and the food wasn't even warm after that long wait. Not only messed up our food but someone else got our burger so another wrong order. Super slow, cold food and wrong burger but at least the carhop was friendly. Make sure to check your food before leaving if you don't eat it there. read more

We stopped here because it was quick an convienient, and we were hungry! The menu was scaled down (which was a good thing- variety is nice, but sometimes less is more). I had the grilled chicken wrap, small fries and a diet cherry limeaid (that was quite tasty!). The wrap was fine, and when they say small fries, they are child size portions, but that is fine with me- they are only a buck so that was good. My husband had the sonic burger and a chocolate mikshake- it was OK- he said. It was nice to order and have someone bring it to your car, and the waitress was friendly. They didn't bring any ketchup packets though- not like I eat it by the truckload, but one packet would have been nice. Over all it was fine. read more

I always get my drinks from Sonic, during HAPPY HOUR!! But when I order food through the drive thru, it is usually SLOPPY and NOT what I paid my money for. I ordered Tater Tots with Chili Cheese Fries.... and when I got home, there was nothing really to eat!!! The order was small and wasn't worth it!! I want my money's worth!!! I am NOT going to pay for something I don't get full on!! Please train your cook's to make the meals better and Not Slopped together!!!
