Justine was so warm and welcoming, helping to get me scheduled last minute for color and cut. Danielle did my hair color and cut, and Tia helped with the glossing/washing. I just had another wonderful experience at Backstage Salon. Every time I go in there, Justine is so friendly and welcoming. I had a facial by Dianna, and it was so relaxing. She took the time to fully understand what I needed and then explained everything she was doing as she went along. She frequently checked in to make sure I was comfortable and ok with the treatments. Bonus: I went in there with a tension headache, and walked out feeling great! I will definitely return to Backstage next month for another facial. Highly recommend. read more

I had stopped coming here because the prices were SO high, but since the new ownership, prices are reasonable. I love the atmosphere and decor. I don't remember her name, I'm sorry, but the lady who did my hair was very nice and did a good job. Also, another lady (again, whose name I forget, I'm sorry) did a good job on my eyebrows and even penciled them in again for me when she was done! I will definitely be going back. read more

I visited Backstage Salon for the first time recently, for color and a haircut. The staff was very very nice on the phone & the salon had a nice Keurig machine and candy while I waited. In the afternoon they have wine and sangria as well. I was offered a drink/coffee multiple times and overall everyone was very pleasant. That being said, the salon has a ton of mirrors in awkward spots all over the place. It was kind of like a fitting room situation where you see your head/body from every single angle. Wasn't crazy about that... Shelly was my stylist. She was very nice to me and really took her time and was very exacting about color application and my cut. I am a bit picky about my hair and unfortunately I didn't show up with much info about what my previous colorist did. The haircut was excellent but my color wasn't perfect. I blamed the funhouse mirrors but when I came home I couldn't get past what I was unhappy with. Reluctantly, I called the salon to tell them. I was so nervous but they were SO receptive and accommodating! It was really nice to be treated so well, they had me come back in immediately and they fixed my problem completely! I was so relieved and thankful. I will definitely give them another shot and hope to make this my new place. I will definitely post an update in a few months after a second visit. So far though, their customer service skills are really above and beyond :) read more

The aesthetics of Back Stage are beautiful! It is like walking into a NYC salon! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They are very eager to offer coffee, tea and a biscotti. And you will witness smiling, laughter and maybe even some some dancing!All of the stylists have been at the salon for a long time and are constantly taking classes to stay competitive. Went to see Janis yesterday. Roots grown out, hair oxidized from chlorine at the pool. I looked ugly! She worked her magic, kept the summer hair look I like, toned down the ugly, made me beautiful for vacation at the beach which she will have to repair again! Great place! read more
