Per my calculation base on prices they advertise on their website for 6 Area( Chin,Chest,Sides and Abdomen ) I supposed to pay about 7700 dollars...When I arrived there my appointment was at 9 am I was waiting almost an hour to go on consultation and was shock that prices are not the way advertise ,that is completely different . Lady that consulted me quoted me 14 000 dollars.I ASKED HER I WON'T FEEL SORRY IF THIS REALLY WORKS ,I DON'T WANT TO THROW THIS MONEY AND AFTER FEEL SORRY ALL FOR NOTHING.She told me do not worry We Guaranty you will be more than satisfy.I came back home ,I watched videos ,read reviews but still was very sceptic.Finally when I arrived for my Surgery I was Hopping after will be as they said. Good thing I asked because all were not. She didn't show any pictures until I asked. where can I start? I scheduled my appointment early June for a Saturday consultation because my schedule during the week is very tight with work and kids. I waited over a month for this appointment!!! I don't live up the street from the Beverly location, took me 45 minutes to get there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The procedure (lower face lift) was fully explained to me at the time of my consultation. I liked the fact that I wasn't pressured into "signing up" that day. It took me three months of research to finally decide to go ahead with this procedure and especially to have it done at Sonobello. The doctor who performed the procedure, was a top notch surgeon with many years of experience. When I met Dr. Griffin, I knew that I would be in good hands. He made me feel comfortable and was open to answering any and all of my questions or concerns. I am very pleased with my results. OMG!!! Where to start?!?!? As most of you, I had seen the advertisements guaranteeing weight loss/inches gone. I went in to the Bellevue WA office with one, maybe two "areas" in mind for fat removal (at $1200 per area). The counselor quickly informed me that an "area" is only one side of one small section of the body (who would have their left side done without the right side??), and of course, the muffin top is actually four to six different "areas". Needless to say, I agreed to eight areas!! And in order to get the advertised discount rate I had to sign on the dotted line immediately. Add in the counselor repeatedly showing me her amazing body that was "100% realized" by SonoBelo, I drank the Kool-Aid. Of course, after you put down a sizable down payment, financing is available (did I mention at 26% interest rate?!?!?). Isn't that close to mob rate??? I digress!! The procedure needed to be done on two separate days in two separate weeks. After all, I was 20 pounds overweight. I have a high pain threshold, but take a lot of medication to become numb. The first procedure I was given the right amount of numbing medication, the second - not so much. The doctor refused to give me more medication saying I was too medicated the week before. Okay - so he was fine with me screaming in agony!! And then refused pain med scrip to go. Has he ever had fat sucked out his thighs??? Forward to the six week review - I saw no improvement!! Measured, weighed, looked in the mirror before the first procedure. Hoped to see $9000 worth of difference. Hoped even more to see an improved body, an improved body image!! Counselor told me to stop measuring/weighing/looking. The improvement is not about a measuring tape. Told me to be patient!! Seriously!!!! Isn't that why I did this??? I qualified for financing BUT....their promo was 0% financing for a year through credit agency .. and she showed me payment options which was a hoax .. like I could chose my own pmt . Per month? Well getting my first statement.. bam!! their is no 0% they are charging me 15% finance charge!! Called the credit card company and they said sono bello does not have right to dictate pmt options that up to the credit card company and they no nothing about any 0% financing.. that's something sono bello made up!! I went to the Beverly Hills location over a year ago. I had to have a revision due to a botched initial procedure performed by a Dr. who, of course, no longer works for the company. My revision made me look deformed, and I couldn't be more disappointed and disgusted. I overpaid for something that made me look grotesque and has caused me to become a recluse. I am ashamed to go out in public. During the year long process, that office turned over every staff position there excpet for 1 nurse. The office manager position turned over twice. You will not visit with a Dr. for the initial consult. You will see an overrated sales person who stands you in front of a mirror and makes you feel as fat as possible. I should've got out immediately, but I didn't. I would not wish this treatment on my worst enemy. It's sad and appalling how an office in such a prestigious part of town can be so unprofessional and medically incompetent. Please think twice before going to this office. Read all of this before you make your decision. A 5 STAR EXPERIENCE CHANGED TO A 1 STAR! 1-30-15 : The staff is amazing. Christine made our experience very comfortable and with a wealth of knowledge the staff has with these types of procedures we came into this with an ease and confidence. I will be recommending this to other people that are looking for a jump start to a new out look on healthiness. 3-19-15 : So, fast forward 7 weeks...my husbands surgical procedure and follow up was a great experience. My experience has been nothing like his. To start, the chair in which I was asked to lay back on to have my IV placed had been looked at earlier in the morning due to it needing repairs was not set properly and upon sitting and leaning back the chair tipped over and pinned me between it and the wall. I was sedated and unable to get out of the situation and due to my size and height my husband, who was 6 days post-op from the same surgery had to lift me up. The nurse in the room was very kind and apologetic and had no idea the repair hadn't been completed on the chair. She is a WONDERFUL nurse and has provided excellent follow up care. Following my procedure with Dr. Dass, an AMAZING doctor( so NO complaints there) the nursing staff squeezed me into a garment that was too small (which they had my measurements for 2 weeks prior to my surgery to make sure they had appropriate sized garments to send me home in) and didn't ensure the amount of fluids that could be drained were drained. When the staff (a different nurse than the excellent one from the pre-op portion of the day) stood me up I drained a lot of fluid / blood all over my legs (which I had compression stockings on) and all over the floor. I was sent home with blood / fluid covered stockings which are required for 24 hours after surgery. Once out of the car, 5 blood / fluid filled maxi pads fell out of my poorly fitting garment and I continued to drain fluids all over the ground / floor. Can we say BioHazard?! We contacted SonoBello and asked if they had an appropriate sized garment in which we were told I was placed in the appropriate size garment. Upon further investigation by SonoBello only because of my complaining that the garment was so small and tight that I couldn't breath and felt like I was being smothered since I could not take normal size breaths, they realized that I indeed was placed in a garment that was too small and offered me an appropriate sized garment. I asked if they could have a courier service bring me the garment since I was only one day post op and was not supposed to be left alone. Christine, the office manager informed me that they do not have a courier service. My husband then had to leave me alone and drive over an hour each way to the office to pick up the correct garment. Following my two week post op appointment it was determined that I needed a Smaller compression garment for stage two. It was special ordered and I received it one week later as promised. This was offered complementary from SonoBello for my continued issues that I had been dealing with. After a week and a half of waiting for my next stage garment to arrive I had to call the office and inquire where it was. I was informed that it was A special order and they didn't know why I had not received it yet. When I questioned Christine, the office manager as to why she had not followed up with the garment company she stated once the garment company had called to confirm the size she was done with any sort of follow up after that and offered me, the patient a phone number if I wanted to follow-up to see where my garment was rather than her following up. Speaking of the compression garments... It was implied during our consultation that we would be provided with all of the necessary compression garments for all stages of this procedure. Come to find out, after spending enough money to purchase a car, we the patients are given one garment to be sent home in and are required to purchase the rest of the garments required for all of the stages of healing. So now what do we do? Neither one of us feel comfortable going to our three month post op appointment to have to deal with the awkward situation that we are now in. read more

My experience at The Sonobello in Beverly Hills was fantastic! Robert at the front desk is welcoming, kind and so very sweet. He also does his best to make your appointments work for you. Jemilah, Gwen, and MaryLou were amazing technicians and made sure I was completely comfortable when applying the Venus Freeze. They were professional, kind, sweet and always in a great and welcoming mood. Lonnie who I met with at my consultation made me feel like she had my back, and never made me feel pressured. Dr Hsu did a good job with helping me lose inches with a first procedure. He warned me that going from 240 (starting weight) would take some work. But I have my 2nd procedure today, a year later. I am currently 217 and while I def changed my diet I didn't exercise too much this year. I would say "don't go there." I got my appointment for a free consultation and mentioned that I wanted to know my options. So, when I came for my oppointment, I asked for recommendation to reduce my belly fat. Meg, a consultant, recommended me a Venus Breeze procedure but didn't explain me what the purpose of it or results of it. Instead, she asked me if I have a good credit score and gave me a paper to fill out and sign to open a credit line. When I said I was not ready, she became indifirent to give me any kind of information. She spent about 10 min with me explaining that they have special price for Venus Breeze for other 3 days, and she was not able to know the price without this special discount. I wasted my 2 hours to drive there and back. I must admit that I was a bit skeptical of this place due to the lackluster reviews... I went to several places for consultations before arriving at SonoBello. Although this place is not flowing with celebrity endorsements (which is a really great way to inflate procedure cost)... I am glad I followed my instincts and trusted SonoBello with my body. The consultation was my least favorite part (who likes to point out all their problem areas?) We discussed the areas I wanted to change then worked out the cost and scheduling all in one meeting. This was the only time in my experience when I felt pressure. I mention this because of the other reviewers saying they were "scammed". The pressure I felt was because they had a promotion going on where I would receive a discount if I scheduled before the end of the year. Pressure to make a decision. That's it. They were very accommodating and let me make a phone call before i decided to move forward with a major decision like this. Because of their understanding approach to the "pressure" I felt to make a quick decision, I knew I could trust them. Originally I scheduled my procedure to take place three days after my consultation. However, during my pre-op appointment there was an issue with the surgeon (scheduling error) and my procedure had to be moved to the following week. (It may not seem like a big deal, but I had already arranged post-op care and it was the Holidays). What could have been a really bad situation was quickly remedied by the caring and professional staff. They listened and tried to accommodate me as much as possible. The rest of my appointments and my procedure were painless. My procedure was done by Dr. Dass. We chatted and laughed as he was taking the pesky fat off of my stubborn mid-section. All my nurses were wonderful. The recovery process has been really smooth for me. I even took my dog out for short walks the day of the procedure. I recommend this place highly. If you know what you want and go into this process with a positive mindset, you will walk away happy like I have. Don't forget to ask about financing options and about their personal experiences with the surgeons that are available to do procedures. All of the surgeons typically have a separate website available with before and afters of their own work. With that said, Dr. Dass is great! He called me to follow up three days after the procedure to make sure everything was going well. I'm still pretty swollen (I'm two weeks post procedure) but I am SO excited about my new body. Soon I get called in to meet with this lovely women named Laura lee this women is a Gem and this company is lucky to have her. She first made me feel like I was in her livingroom just chatting with me about my needs and wants and told me about the Venus treatment. From there of course I asked more question and she was so sweet and answered my question I also asked it I can meet the nurse that would perform the treatment and that's when I meet Gwen another gem she walked me and showed me how it works,what I should feel and the result I should see after all my treatment she was amazing.. sono bello between Laura Lee and Gwen you are lucky to have a staff that cares about people these two women I would recruit in a heart beat. I made an appointment with them I went in checked in with Robert he is so sweet that is the kind of personality you need at a front desk greeting customers, then I spoke with Laura Lee about all the problem areas I wanted to take care of she was very professional she explained everything to me in detail I scheduled my surgery for the following week after. I had an appointment a few days later to meet with the doctor and also let him know my problem areas and what my goals were he was very understanding and explained to me in detail what the procedure will be step-by-step my surgery was this March 25 and the day of surgery I went in I was so scared and nervous I had so many different feelings but once I walked in my nurse Monica and my surgeon Dr. Shoe were so sweet and nice they helped calm my nerves and reassured me that I'm ok. They gave me my medication before surgery and took me in to the surgery room I laid me on the table and I really liked that my surgeon and nurse explained everything as we started all the way to the end. The procedure was not painful at all I was even laughing when he would hit certain areas like my ribs and hips. As of today I'm only 6 days post op and I'm feeling so good. Im loving my results now so I can already see it's even going to get better once my swelling goes away. The next day after surgery I was already up and around walking and went back to work that Monday. I paid the price I was quoted on my initial phone call to Sono Bello.The same price that was advertised by Sono Bello both on T.V. and on the internet. The employee discount that was offered.. I did review the areas that I was interested in on the before and after photos. I decided what procedures I wanted. I called and made my appointment 1 week later for my initial consultation. This consult was insightful. All procedures and costs were explained. Remember there are additional costs for certain procedures. If you are going to spend the money, do not cut corners. The pre op visit with the doctor that will be performing all procedures and his recommendations for additions or substitutions on procedures are beneficial for you to attain the desired look. You alone have the final decision to go ahead or decline any procedure. I did not feel pressured at all, if I had I would have walked out.
