The Office Manager Mina is amazing and has a great personality..so does Amelia the sales lady and the nursing Team - Meredith are very professional...I had Lipo on May 17 in 6 areas (abdomen, back rolls and chin) not too painful- just messy...I was back at work 3 days later (limited work), lost 91lbs between my pre-op and 1 week follow-up (nerves, diet and starting exercise)...am now down from a size L to a M and wearing a jacket size S today! My clothes fit better and my neck looks more spacious not there is less saggy chin.... My "buddah belly" is now gone prompting my boyfriend to ask me if I had my boobs done at the same time!!?? Sono Bello is the "puppy mill" of cosmetic surgery. The staff turn over rate of the is extremely high and it shows. The receptionists always seem to be confused as to why people are coming or going and the communication between front and back staff is greatly lacking. Back when I had my surgery (my very first cosmetic surgery), i felt pressured into making a quick decision about my procedure by tone of he "counselors" and then when I made my appointment, i was called a number of times to schedule and then reschedule my surgery appointment. I was very nervous when I went in for my surgery and I could NOT believe that one of the counselors came into the surgery suite and stood there talking to the Dr while he was doing surgery on MY BODY! I was laying there shaking and basically freaking out and they were just talking and laughing like it was no big deal. If I could've gotten up and walked out then, I would have. While dealing with pre op and post op appointments, the manager quite and a new one took her place. Notes and records were lost and even Dr Rollins commented that no one knew what was going on in that place. Dr Rollins and his head nurse Karen were both great (by the way, they have both since left Sono Bello and are currently working elsewhere) but dealing with all the confusion and drama in that office put me off in a BIG way. Even when I brought all this up to the new manager, she didn't seem to care the least bit that parts of my body were kinda messed up and other parts weren't even done. I had to go back in for a redo and she told me that if I wanted the other parts done I'd have to schedule another whole surgery. Uh, I don't think so. I had just spent over $10k on 2 different procedures and they treated me as if I just bought a $2 sandwich. I can NOT urge you enough to stay away from Sono Bello. I just had another surgery (non cosmetic) done and realized that not all practices are ran this way. Sono Bello is after your money and that's it. They are not doing business in a way that will keep their patients coming back. If you want to be treated with respect and have an easy surgical process, this is not the place for you. So far it's been 8 months after my surgery, my results have been great so far. It's not perfect but it's great. I wasn't looking for perfection, just to fix a couple areas that I knew I couldn't do in my own. I've dropped down from a 18 to a 13!! I'm very pleased with the results that I have so far. I have more energy to get out, exercise and see the world. No mire hiding!! Sono Bello was great, my experience with the doctor and nursing staff was excellent. I only experienced 1 problem with the garments on my 2nd one. It didn't fit properly and was advised by front receptionist to cut it. I paid so much for it and she told me that!! Tried to return it and apparently it was a no return policy if you purchase from Sono Bello, if you purchase directly from the maker, they will allow returns w/in 15 days if not worn.. which is kind of a problem as well because you need to try it on in order to see if it fits!! I had my Liposuction surgery last year in May. I had my upper abdomen , middle abdomen and upper arm done. Full of hope there will be a drastic changes. But after 6 months of recovery my abdomen both upper and middle was still big. It didn't change anything and it looks weird and the staff in Sono Bello didn't even bother to check the development with their client. I'm so disappointed with the results. Hello, I have been thinking about how to start this complaint and especially so that they think about having a procedure done in these clinics first. They promised me a 100% guaranteed result. which did not happen , the procedure is very expensive and the results are not satisfactory . I had an abdomen with a rash in the lower stomach area. It was the only thing that removed the excess skin and the fat strip. I asked for three areas, my panda divided it into two upper parts where the bust ends at the navel and from the navel where my private parts begin, that is the second and I asked that they remove fat from the side of my back around the waist, none of that was It was like that, as I say, only the fat strip and very little in the other areas and perhaps it would be what made the lipo 5% fat. I started to see this from the first day but they told me it was because of the inflammation I was from the operation and I said if it makes sense, then I spent the first, second and third appointment and the same problem continued, but I was already very nervous, anxious, because he looked at me the same way and my friends who knew that I had the surgery made fun of me because nothing changed apart from they made me like a strangulation on my upper side of my stomach to create a mark that turned purple and I asked them about the mark and they They said it's weird but it will be erased. It's a trauma that was caused by the procedure when my last appointment arrived, which is when I was going to see the surgeon!!! They sent me a message where they canceled my appointment because my surgeon had an accident, just like what I'm writing, I told them, and they told me, well, you have to wait for the Dr to come back because none of the other doctors can see you? So that was in October and until today, when November is almost over, they haven't called me. In other words, these clinics do not take responsibility and put the doctors as if I made my contract with them. I did it with the Sonobello clinic which is very expensive and when one goes to surgery they already charged the entire cost for that reason they clean their hands. I am going to wait another month or else I am going to report it to the consumer because it is a hoax, another thing that they told me that I have to lose weight to see better results. But what's the worst? I'm on a diet and if I'm losing weight my stomach is getting more flaccid and the fat is showing in my stomach and it's still bulging. It's tremendously a lie. Because of the confidence you feel because it is here in California, they told me that they were not going to put me to sleep that I was going to see the process but without pain. They gave me 3 pills and then when I woke up it was because my daughter and the nurse were taking me to the car in a wheelchair, that was the only thing I liked because I didn't feel anything, but the results were terrible. I hope that my experience helps you see other options if you want to see a change in your body, because that is really why you have this surgery, at least I am in debt and they did NOTHING to me, that is frustrating, I am depressed because I have to pay and with interest, so according to the discount that they gave me of 1,000, I would get more car because I paid for something that they did not do read more

Don't do it people . The worst experience I've ever had ! And I'm a nurse so I know what I'm talking about I would never treat my patients the way they have me treated me !! So starting off they asked me what was the most important thing to me as a client . I said I don't want to have any pain and to schedule my appts around the traffic as I live far . Went to my pre-op appt and they told me my schedule time was at 11:00 but come in at 10:00 ... I went home and realized the 10:00 will put me right in the middle of traffic . And why would they tell me my appts at 11 when it's really10 ?? Made no sense I should have walked then , but realized they would keep over 20% of my money . Minutes after my2 hour commute from Sono Bello I called Sono Bella to see if I could change my appt ... I left a message with the call center NO ONE CALLED BACK . During the preop appt Monica ( which was great )told me they would give me pads for the Leaking wounds and a note for light duty at work ( which I never got ) The next day I called them on the phone and they forgot about me after 25 min on hold . NO ONE EVER RESPONDED . So my date has arrived , I get to my appt at 10:00 the nurses seem competent , no small talk, I told them I was extremely nervous, and they said nothing to console me , just some last minute questions . I was concerned about the medication 1 - 5mg/325mg Norco and 1-1mg xanax . I wasn't sedated one bit , Im fact the nurses kept stating how awake I was and they couldn't believe it . I had some pain durning the procedure but nothing unbearable. ,I get home and the lidocaine started wearing off I took 1 tab of the norco I waited 2 hours , by now I'm dying in pain so I took 2 tablets waited 1 1/2 hours and nothing . I couldn't move due to the pain I have NO pain relief . Just as I was getting on the phone to call Dr Shu called and I told him I'm in severe pain and I need better pain coverage . He suggested taking 2 tabs which I already did with no pain relief . By the way no One asked how to describe my pain on the universal pain chart 1 being the least and 10 being the worse So since no asked me to rate my pain shows me they had no intensions in helping me . My pain was a 8-9 . The only solution my Dr Hsu give me flexeral which is a muscle relaxant . Which does nothing for me . I didn't sleep at all night due to my severe pain . We discussed that narcotic require s triplicate prescription , which wouldn't have been a issue my friend was going to Irvine and he could have picked it up .The next day Dr Hsu did call me back I missed his call so I called back in 3 minuets and spoke to the receptionist answered the call and then Sarah ( the manager ) got on the phone to inform me that the nurses were busy and they would call me back . I explained to her I don't need to talk to a nurse that I am a nurse , and proceeded to explain to her I have un bearable pain and no ones helping me with that . All she could say is continue to take my medication and everything will be okay .. well I'm NOT okay and I'm in severe pain . I explained to her I was told I would have minimal pain that I'll be on a anti inflammatory POD#2 . In conclusion , they don't care if your in pain or not ,once they took my money there was no more customer service . I still can't phantom the fact I told them I was in severe pain and they did NOTHING !!! My experience has been horrible , and I will discourage anyone I talk to NOT TO GO TO SONO BELLO .Also I looked up this procedure to help validate my experience and if the laxer is done correctly I should have very little pain . I also notice he didn't laxer my back and his excuse was the tubing didn't reach .i feel SO RIPPED OFF !!! read more

The only positive thing that I can say about my experience was that they did take some fat off of my belly, not as much as I would have liked, but they did take some. I was not happy with my experience here. When I went in the day of my surgery, I ate just as they told me to, but when I got there they had me waiting a long time & then proceeded to tell me that they were running behind and it would be an hour or two before my surgery. I got bad vibes but still stayed to go through with it. Once they took me in they gave me a pill that I guess was supposed to make me a little loopy, but it never did. I went into the OR and the dr gave me some shots in my stomach to numb it. I asked for the 4th time at least if anything was going to hurt and they told me no. During the procedure I felt A LOT of pain. I felt them ripping my fat as they suctioned the fat out, it hurt so bad that the nurse held my hand while I cried like I was giving birth, mind you I never met with an anesthesiologist. They acted as if there was no problem and that the pain was normal but when I had asked the 4 times prior everyone said there was no pain. I even watched reviews on youtube and read yelp and no one seemed to feel pain but me. They called me for a checkup about a week or two later, but when I came in they just had me fill out a survey and give it to a nurse. I asked if I could see the dr they said no but that I'd see her at my 3 month check up. Its been 4 months as of today and I haven't heard anything from them at all. They do not seemed to be concerned that I have some issues that need to be addressed. I'd like to have it explained to me why I felt so much pain during the surgery and also why I have this lump of fat on my right side and one by my belly button that hasn't gone away but I cant seem to get an appointment to meet with my dr. They have been very unprofessional since the day of my surgery and I am very unhappy with them. Wouldn't recommend anyone to come here. read more

Sonobello Beverly Hills has the best staff. I had been contemplating having the laser lipo procedure for a year. I finally followed thru on the consultation. I initially met with Ashley regarding the logistics of the procedure and the cost associated. Once we got through the cost, my procedure was scheduled for the next day. I was a bit nervous until I met Ericka, the nurse assigned to me for the procedure. Ericka was not only knowledgeable and prepared me for the procedure, she was very patient and very straight forward. Then, Dr. Anthony Griffin came in, assessed the areas i wanted to have done. He started marking the areas and patiently answered my questions until i felt comfortably moving forward. I had a scar on my lower abdomen that i thought would affect my stomach from lifting. He assured me to leave it to him and it would be fine. He left the room and my nurse, Ericka came in and said, ok, Dr. Griffin is going to do his part but you must follow the aftercare instructions to the tee. Throughout the procedure, Dr. Griffin asked if i was experiencing any discomfort, which i didnt after the initial sting from the local anesthesia. I was awake and aware throughout the process. They removed 2liters of fat. I was up and around the following day. I didnt even need the pain meds, only Tylenol. I started seeing my body change during the second week. Today is the 8th week since my procedure and I am so very pleased with the results. Each day i see more and more definition in my abs, waist and no bra roll! Ive dropped 13 lbs and down 2 sizes. I stopped by Sonobello recently to purchase more of the cream for scaring and was so happy to see everyone. I was definitely a handful during my 2.5 hour consultation. Awful! is the only word that can describe sono bello in beverly hills and I'll tell you why: Because they don't care about you and what you want. They hired a doctor who has his own business but he's just coming there to make more money. His name is dr sayah and again he's just there to make more money so he's pushing you to accept more surgeries which are not necessary and you don't want them. Another thing is your first visit is not with a doctor but someone without any education and experience is just sitting there to collect your money. Teofana's suggestions are not valuable because she doesn't know anything. Don't go there because whatever they are advertising for is just to collect your money. I definitely did not listen to dr sayah suggestions for more aggressive liposuction. Very dissapointed.After paying $7000 for Tummy reduction ,no difference and when I walk now my tummy makes a noise which I brought it up to the doctor at my 3 months check up.He offered me one more time the procedure which I denied.Told him he's crazy if he thinks I'll pay this amount one more time.On tv .they advertise a credit of $250 afterwards .I did not receive it.Also was promised a reduction of neck fat in the back,which I did not receive.When I told them that oommercial is fake and frauds,they give me what they call a "garment" worth the $250 ?! I was reading other patients reviews and sincerely surprised with their negative experience with Sono Bello at Beverly Hills office and really sorry for them. Obviously, they didn't meet those fabulous people I've met, who really changed my life and overall perspective about micro-laser lipo procedure. Well, today is a 9th day since my surgery was done and I am feeling great about the current and future results! Obviously, my recovery journey just begun and there is lots of work further. But in spite of swollenness, numbness and light bruising, I can see how is my body contouring now and I am more than satisfied with the results already. I've seen the Sono Bello's commercial many times but I thought that this is not my way to "bring my body back" and I kept watching my diet and exercising. However, I kept struggling with my stubborn fat tummy. So, one day I finally decided to take advantage of a free consultation with one of the Sono Bello's consults and clear up what the real procedure and recovery are. On Monday, July 22nd, I scheduled an appointment with Sono Bello Beverly Hills, CA location. On Wednesday, July 24th, I've met my consultant Maggie McClendon. She just charmed me with the knowledgeable review of the procedure steps, desires and expectations so I was able to obtain as much information as I wished to know. Then we discussed the cost and payment options, and I found that Sono Bello is offering different payment options that more or less comfortable for my budget. Well, I was thrilled with the opportunity to get a fresh start, so my decision was quick and I had absolutely no doubts. I am not a celebrity, just an ordinary person, but the service I've got made me feel as VIP! Nurse Vanessa made the pre-surgery preparation more comfortable and pleasant than I've been expected. The actual procedure took about two and a half hours, and was more or less comfortable and almost pain free. I was really calm because I trusted Dr. Hsu and his assisting nurse Cynthia. I can tell, these people are real professionals; they know exactly what they are doing! After the surgery nurse Cynthia helped me to dressing up into the tight after-op garments and carefully placed all the pads for incisions drainage to avoid leaks and stains on my clothes. I dressed up and was able to walk out of the surgery room on my feet! Well, 9 days after I can tell that my "no doubt" quick decision was just right and the Universe helped me find out just the right place and people, who really care, help others and love their work! It has been approx. 3 weeks after my surgery and I am in total amazement of the results! From the time that I came in for my consultation it was a very good experience. What I like most is that there is not a lot of waiting time for appointments and that always helpful when you have a busy life style. I felt some pressure to pay right away for my surgery but I had a ton of discounts and they really worked with me to get what I really wanted. And once paying to hold my price, I felt at that moment that I made the right choice for myself. My date of my surgery was shortly after my consultation and it was great thing for me. Post Op Appointment I was very nervous and hoping that I made the right choice for myself. The nurse was soo sweet and helpful. Explained everything very clearly I felt I was very informed and ready for the change. The day of my surgery everything went prefect. I was not in any pain, Dr. Dass was excellent with making me feel comfortable and I actually fell asleep on the table having the procedure done. Everything went well I was sent home and the recovery process was fairly easy. Lots of drainage during the first 24 hour and yes there is some discomfort of course. Once when I had a chance to shower after the first 48 hours I remove the compression garment and immediately I could see the changes!!! I was not bruised and totally blown away with the results. I must say the compression garments are very uncomfortable. Stage 1 and Stage 2 garments are both very tight! I sit down a lot at work the second week I notice that I had a little fluid build up, called the office and was seen that day in which Dr. Dass drained it and wanted to see me in couple of days for a check up. I felt the concern from the staff enjoyed the quick assistance and again every time I see the results all I can think is this was the best choice I have made for myself in a long time. I am looking forward to not wearing the garments and having the skin tightening process done ... but the results are worth everything. I feel absoulately amaizng. read more

I didn't actually read the reviews until I got to my scheduled consultation. Once I did read the reviews I was even more curious as to how they would conduct the meeting. First of all, I waited over an hour to be seen. The sales woman lightly apologized about it saying "oh sometimes they just go over". The guy at the front desk just kept saying "they'll be with you shortly". Anyways, I did not meet with a doctor or any kind of licensed medical professional. First and foremost this place is very unprofessional and unorganized. I went in Expecting to see a doctor in February and I was only able to see a consultant which was just a salesman. I must admit she was good because I scheduled an appointment for the 21st of March. I was told to fill out an application online for financing and I did along with my husband and I was approved, so I thought everything was good until I started getting text messages from Laura Lee asking for the the same information I had given her several times. I don't know if she kept loosing it or if she was incapable of putting it in their system. Two days before my surgery she texts me while I'm at work asking me for more of the same info that I had given her just two days ago. I have emails and text messages to prove that I gave her everything that she had asked for but she was rude and canceled my appointment. At first I was mad but then I thought about it, I read all of their reviews before I scheduled and they were all very bad reviews but I decided to give them a chance anyway. I learned a very valuable lesson and that is to trust and believe the reviews because you will find out the truth. I am happy to say that I'm glad this happened this way because I was able to find a better facility and more professional staff, it will cost more but I've learned that you get what you pay for. read more

US dosnt do big girls justice with the tools that have available to them . Hi Everyone,here is my Sono bello story I am sure like everyone who saw commercial on TV got so excited about Laser procedure that Sono Bello Advertise.But is not all like they say on TV or on their website.On their Website prices advertise As low as $1295 per area*- BIG FALSE SCAM . Per my calculation base on prices they advertise on their website for 6 Area( Chin,Chest,Sides and Abdomen ) I supposed to pay about 7700 dollars...When I arrived there my appointment was at 9 am I was waiting almost an hour to go on consultation and was shock that prices are not the way advertise ,that is completely different . Lady that consulted me quoted me 14 000 dollars.I ASKED HER I WON'T FEEL SORRY IF THIS REALLY WORKS ,I DON'T WANT TO THROW THIS MONEY AND AFTER FEEL SORRY ALL FOR NOTHING.She told me do not worry We Guaranty you will be more than satisfy.I came back home ,I watched videos ,read reviews but still was very sceptic.Finally when I arrived for my Surgery I was Hopping after will be as they said. Doctor John F. Hsu was performing surgery on me.After Surgery I was resting and it was not free of pain as they said ,swelling was real big ,more bigger than before surgery. One month later I was instructed to come for first follow up visit swelling was still big maybe even bigger ,but DOCTOR NEVER EXAMINED ME just a Nurse.She told me all will goes down don't worry,need to take at least 4-6 months.I was only Hopping even I was scare that just throw 14 000 dollars for Nothing. 2 months after surgery swelling went down but not completely,I look at on mirror my belly button was unusually wide and big and a cut that was made above belly button make my stomach to look like i have 2 belly buttons now,when i touch my belly button i can feel it was cut from inside and is no more connected ...Also I was checking my chest and see left breast looks almost the same like before surgery ,more saggy skin biger completely uneven .My chin has improved just a little a very little not big differences from previous.So I called to speak with doctor John F. Hsu but he was again unavailable ( looks like he avoiding me ) Again Nurse told me she will make appointment for him to see me in a month.on August 27 my appointment with a Doctor John F. Hsu was at 2 pm ,since I am never late i arrived 20 min earlier ,receptionist check me in,and I was waiting ..at 2 .05 pm I ask Receptionist isn't my appointment at 2 pm ,she told me it's been only 3 minutes and that i have to wait.I told her I have to go back to work and I been trying to see this doctor since he did surgery but he never showed up she said just wait.I was sitting than Look at a clock it was already 30 min past 2 pm doctor John F. Hsu did not show up..I told her please I have to go back to work I can't wait no more reschedule me and call me ..OF COURSE I NEVER GOT A CALL FROM RECEPTIONIST NOR FROM DOCTOR JOHN HSU...This is my honest experience with SONO BELLO I hope this will help to make right Decision. read more

I had to have the consultation with an experienced bait and switch sales woman before I could even talk to the doctor. She tried to get my money first. Then, ask questions later. The doctor may have been good. But they are way too pushy. I did not feel comfortable there at all. read more

l think the world of Dr. Rollins. He did an amazing job for me and is positively brilliant. I just love him! The staff was all very nice but when I went back for my follow up appointment, none of the people I dealt with still worked there. The turnover bothered me but all in all I am very happy! read more
