What should have been a quick battery replacement turned into a much bigger job when the car still wouldn't start after the new battery was installed. Alexander didn't give up or rush through it. He took the time to find the problem and discovered significant corrosion in the positive battery cable connection. He took everything apart, thoroughly cleaned the connection, put it all back together, and got my Trailblazer running like a champ. He also inspected a tire that had a nail in it. Although it could technically have been repaired, because of the location of the nail he wasn't comfortable making a repair he couldn't stand behind. I really appreciated his honesty and concern for safety rather than simply taking my money for another repair. Alexander was professional, knowledgeable, patient, personable, and an absolute pleasure to talk with while he worked. He showed up at 7:00 on a Sunday morning and spent far more time on my vehicle than either of us expected. It is not always easy to find someone who combines mechanical knowledge with honesty and genuine concern for the customer. I am very glad I found Alexander, and he will absolutely be the first person I call when I need help with my vehicles in the future. Five stars without hesitation! Anna

I had just purchased one a few days prior, but they said it was defective, and they would return it for me and replace it. It's possible right? I told them I needed a diagnostic and that the battery was new. They never ran the diagnostic, but instead charged me over $200.00 for getting another battery and putting it in. I could have, (and previously did), done that myself. Meanwhile, my car continued to have starting problems because they did not take the time to find out what the real problem was. Which is why I took my car there in the first place. Find another mechanic.

He made me think that I was spending $2,300 on fixing my starter, then he told me after they took the top part of my engine off, now that there was another $1,300 worth of parts that needed to be replaced, the first day I brought it home it started smoking, I had it towed back to him he said it was blown! They took advantage of me because they knew I needed my car for work they're horrible! The difference in Sammy's attitude from when I first bought the car in to get fixed... until I had it towed back to them because it was smoking after the day I brought it home, and they told me it was blown is horrific he is "evil...!" They also told me to spend the $2,300 to get it back in working conditions and I need to sell it right away even though I just spent $2,300 to fix it! doesn't it make sense!?!? also found out they have lost their license two times there's your red flags oh and one more thing when I asked him if the car is worth fixing he said he called two corporates and they said to fix it...! Thank you to Metric Motors for making the impossible seem possible and for saving my soul car. From…read morethe beginning Miguel was very helpful and easy to communicate with and I felt that I could trust this shop. My car suffered from a sudden catastrophic engine failure and I was desperate to find someone who could replace or repair the engine and help save my car that I have loved and cared for during the last decade of my life, the car that has been with me through everything. Metric Motors was up to the task. Miguel was very informative from the beginning about what they would try to do to save my engine and what the backup plan was, and it turned out they could get my car running again while salvaging my existing engine and replacing major components. Miguel was honest and realistic about the time estimate and how long it would take, everything happened within the time frame that he communicated to me upfront, and they somehow managed to save my car staying within the budget and time frame that he had communicated to me. Hearing my car start again after more than two months being without it was a pretty amazing feeling, and now I feel like I can trust Metric Motors to do literally any job on my vehicle no matter how big or small. Once they could fit me in, they only had my car for 4 weeks and rebuilt everything in that time exactly as promised. They handled the most complicated task like utmost professionals and Miguel always asked me if I had any other questions, made sure to keep me informed of everything, and explained things in a way that I really appreciate. I am beyond grateful to this repair shop, they uphold the highest standard of work, and I felt that they were very honest and trustworthy. Thank you so much to Miguel, everyone at Metric Motors, every single person who had a hand in helping save my car. When they received my car the engine had no compression on all five cylinders, damaged valves, pistons, and head gasket. They fixed everything and it has a new lease on life. I will not hesitate to return and I will be recommending this shop to everyone in the area that I know.

Appt for second repair they had to call and reschedule due to holiday. Oversight. First repair when picking up took an extremely long time to check out. And again the issue I had requested be addressed the first time was again not addressed, but bring it in and they would do it some other time. Not happening. 30 minutes to ck out is certainly not taking the customer's time into account, and ignoring my notification I was picking up to speed up ck out AND ignoring my instructions to address the same issue twice in addition to what I was scheduled for clearly states their customer service policy.
