Both business locations have been rock solid service and knowledge. They are honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and diligent about repairing your vehicles. I have brought 3 different vehicles in total to this local for service and have always been BEYOND satisfied with their mechanical service and customer service. When I bought my diesel truck I was worried about finding a good reputable diesel shop but quickly realized this shop handled my truck without an issue. ASE CERTIFIED business, which meant I was able to get extended warranty repairs done here QUICKLY in comparison to a dealership. The service technician, John, set up a rental car for me through my warranty company which was a time consuming process but he did it without a complaint. I've been over the moon happy with spending my hard earned money with this shop and business. I should note that I brought my truck to the McDowell/Corona location to install privately purchase heavy duty upgraded steering parts on my RAM and they knocked it out the park. I had just purchased one a few days prior, but they said it was defective, and they would return it for me and replace it. It's possible right? I told them I needed a diagnostic and that the battery was new. They never ran the diagnostic, but instead charged me over $200.00 for getting another battery and putting it in. I could have, (and previously did), done that myself. Meanwhile, my car continued to have starting problems because they did not take the time to find out what the real problem was. I've had small work done here and there, but mostly smog's over the years and have never had an issue with results. Turnaround is also pretty quick, which is nice if you are waiting around, but there are other things to do in the area that are a short walk away.
