First time here and I did enjoy my hot pastrami sandwich. I definitely go back and order the same thing or maybe try something new.. The service was friendly. I went in with friends during the lunch hour and waited about 15 minutes for our sandwiches, which was no problem at all. I do like how he mentioned it would be a bit for our sandwiches to be made since they were busy. We ordered three sandwiches, one was prepared incorrectly. They did offered to fix it, but we just decided to take them as is since we were in a rush. My sister ordered the chicken avocado sandwich and her only complaint was that the chicken was chunky as opposed to shredded.. She just didn't like that.... Yet she did say it was tasty. Inside is very small , but I love how they have outside tables. They have large menu options to choose from salad soup chips & a nice selection of cold beverages. I used to come here when I was in IOP at Kaiser for depression. The chocolate chip cookies perhaps helped more than the IOP lol. They're served warm and go great with coffee (of course). I got a sandwich once, too, which was tasty as well. read more

Hidden gem with the best customer service I've ever encountered. . Fresh fresh ingredients absolutely loved my chai as well! Quick service and very clean and stocked with so many different choices! The food here is consistently good they have great soups and sandals as well as breakfast food and espresso coffees and teas. It's always clean and well taken care of and the team is always so friendly hand helpful. They always want to be sure you are happy! This is your basic Deli. They have many veggie options which is nice. The food isn't amazing or bad, it's just basic. I mostly go here bc it's very close to my office. My office has ordered catering from them a few times and they always do a great job on their catering service for us. The workers are always friendly and professional. It's always clean in there. They have a small patio that is pleasant enough under the trees, they also put umbrellas up so it's nice to eat out there during the summer. read more

I love everything about this deli. The people are delightful, the food is fresh and delicious, and it's super close to my work which reigns king as far as a quick bite then back to work! Tucked in the back of an office park, there are quite a bit of hot/cold sandwich options. Came here for a weekday lunch, no real lines. Staff was friendly and helpful. The sandwiches are big for what you pay, which I thought were very reasonable prices. I work up the road from Fountain Grove Deli and have been using them for 5+ years and they are always exceptional. Not only is there a huge selection of amazing lunch choices - they have options available for large group lunches from sandwiches to soups and salad that are incredible and at a great price. And if that is not good enough, they will even bring them TO YOU. So the food's great, however the staff is even better. I was in the worst pickle at work forgetting to order lunch for a group of 11 and called the store last minute and was told to drive over (if I didn't want to wait on them to drive it to me!) and they would have my meals ready by the time I got there. They knew I was in a panic and busted out 11 sandwiches is less than 15 minutes. Thanks so much for everything! PS. #10 add salami is THE BEST. read more

I go here for lunch a couple times a week and I love it. It's a small little shop inside the office building and the girls there are all so nice. Great customer service, even when there's only 2 of them and they're busy. Very affordable prices and classic deli sandwiches. I recommend the #4 or #5 + bacon on soft rolls. Ordered two Reuben sandwiches yesterday and they put roast beef in it instead of corned beef. Then when unwrapping the sandwiches from the paper, they must have been super hot when wrapped because most of the cheese melted out of the sandwich onto the paper. read more

I can't believe that no one has reviewed this place! Utter shock I tell you! This deli is always packed and delivers amazing service and food. They get knocked off 1 * for price but I wish I could make it a 1/2* because I sort of understand why they charge so much...they can! Great deli sando's, lattes, soups, breakfast sando's, snacks (for those of us who work near by) and a decent selection of beverages too. All the food is great but what really makes them stand apart is their service. Fiona is super friendly and nice and so is the rest of her staff!! Always greeting you with a smile! Nice, small deli run by a nice family. Good parking. During my time at Santa Rosa, I came here everyday before work. Loved those breakfast items and some yogurt. Huge selection of sandwiches. They also have soup! It's a little out of the way from the main road but if you're close by or you work at Kaiser in the same building, it's a great place. read more

Food is always fresh, sandwiches are delicious, perfectly customizable to fit everyone's taste, their service is speedy, they offer delivery for a very reasonable price which I've used for personal purposes as well (for someone that eats their lunch at their desk as often as I do, this is a fantastic service as most of the time the cost of delivery isn't worth it). This place has horrible customer service. The manager is horrible at customer service and hung up on me! They didn't deliver an order we had placed for a co worker and the manager said well not on the receipt and so basically too bad they're too busy and hung up on me!
