The ABC combined an excellent learning environment with knowledgeable instructors and I enjoyed an incredible learning experience. The facilities were modern and efficient and I can't wait till they get their wood fired pizza ovens built! Craig Ponsford was the lead and he did a great job explaining every step of the process. Pablo Giet assisted and clearly knows his craft as well. Best of all, was the fact the class walked us through prepping an entire meal. While the focus was on hand rolled pasta, we made pasta and sampled three different sauces with what we made! The included wine was a bonus! I thought the bread would get soggy otherwise. They were happy to do it and wrap the sandwich in plastic wrap to keep in the refrigerator overnight. The sandwich was incredible! Everything an Italian sandwich should be! They gave me containers of seasoned olive oil and giardiniera to spread on the bread before serving. We had eight adults and we had more than enough, with a piece left over for my lunch today! I also ordered the cucumber salad with feta, which was a great side dish. I have been a steady client of both Stellina Pronto and Stellina Alimentary and they have never let me down. The staff are wonderful:) I've ordered countless pastries, sandwiches, Thanksgiving dinner... all delicious! We are so lucky to have them in Petaluma!
