The star of the night was the prime ribeye, that came the table with Serrano peppers and grilled onions. Beautiful great flavor, high-quality beef! We also decided on a side of soufflé potatoes. Now this isn't like a soufflé as much as it was like french fries that were puffy and like little pillows. They were good if not, perhaps a bit under seasoned. They tasted much better when I spooned a little the Housemade chimichurri sauce over the top. End of the night with a dessert of tableside flambé Crepe Suzette! Very delicious very traditional with the Grand Marnier and the Brandy served with some really good vanilla ice cream. Wash it all down with a bottle of 2021 Primeras Viñas Cabernet Sauvignon from Bodega Lagarde. The meal from start to end was wonderful and delicious.
