How do you charge an hour of labor for a 5 minute job that you made me wait an hour for? I called and made an appointment but it wasn't in the system. And the bill was ridiculous because of labor and then a surcharge for using a credit card. I scheduled the service for a Saturday because I work outside the city limits about 55 miles. My appointment was early and I was on time. The service is usually exceptional but this Saturday.....not so much. I sat for hours and I didn't get an update. I finally asked for a loaner after 3 hours of waiting. I asked for an update and it was an inconvenience to the staff. I wanted my car because I had an appointment to get to. I was told loaners aren't available on Saturday. When they finally was done, They were rushing me through the payment process by taking my payment in the lobby area. I was disappointed with the dealership and gave them a bad review in their own survey; no other forums. This was an expensive service. ....But the dealership responded to my survey. They apologized for my experience. They updated the website to reflect loaners on the weekends. They realized that the service was not adequate. Now should they have done more..... $800 dollars and four hours later.I am not sure. In a world where people deflect their responsibility they took ownership but what else should they have done? I am appreciative for their acknowledged shortcomings on that Saturday morning. I appreciate the update to the website reflecting the availability of loaners on the weekends. I still can't get my time back for that day or the opportunity I missed out on. But in saying all that, Ownership at the top is extremely important here. I accepted the price and said I'd like to purchase the car. I offered a deposit to hold the car while we did paper work but they refused and said "we don't want a deposit. We want you to buy it." I agreed to buy it right then and there. No negotiation or anything. I told him I'd be financing it or I could pay cash but it would take a day or two to transfer funds. I was assured financing was fine. They sent over forms to fill out and I filled them out immediately. The manager called me confirming my purchase and asking about california emissions. Minutes later I asked if there's anything else I could do. He said "send me your insurance info". I did, again immediately. Then 20 minutes later he sends a text saying the car sold to someone else. Not just anyone but to an in house person who paid all cash. So not only did they sell the car from underneath me but they sold it to someone in their "team." How is that not a conflict of interest??? He went on to say there's nothing he can do and the car is gone. This was a limited edition car that I've been dying to get for a long time and to say I'm devastated is an understatement. Bottom line, try to get a job here because they look after their own more than their customers!

I even came up significantly from my first offer, and he was rude and dismissive. I went to shake his hand to tell him we couldn't go higher and he left me hanging! What kind of man (especially a salesman) would ignore another man's handshake? Not surprised they have a 2-star rating. Even if they called back and accepted my offer I would not give them my money because of how Reefer talked to me. Some people work and save their money.
