The dentist is great, and the staff inside are always really kind and helpful. However, the front desk is a different experience. I've been coming here for years, and for at least the past two years it's been very hard to get through by phone. Most of the time, no one answers, and when they do, I'm often left on hold for a long time. I've even come in for appointments and noticed the receptionists on their personal phones while calls are going unanswered. Because of this, I've started going in person just to schedule appointments and avoid the frustration. read more

Manager is extremely rude and unprofessional!! Called to get my sons medical information and I told her I had the number but didn't have the physical card she then said she would cancel the appointment. My son had been in and out of the hospital due to a tooth infection and I told her and she said it wouldn't fall on them because they haven't seen him and they can refuse services . Working on calling to report her with a grievance from the insurance when I asked for her name she refused to give it to me . Definitely do not recommend obviously she hates her job or is just miserable. read more

My appointment was at 3pm only a Wednesday and I've been waiting for almost 2 hours, I don't understand why they put so many people same time as me. they should fix the why they work things and to not waste people time. If they book someone at a certain time they should attend them at that time and not having them wait for hours, I have my appointment at 3pm and stay here wait for 2 hours and once they bring me in I wait another 15 minutes plus the time for the doctor to attend me which is crazy! read more

I was in urgent need to see the Dentist, after calling several Dentist offices with no luck I found this office. I called and spoke to Claudia, she was very professional amd efficient, she quickly took my information and got me scheduled. When I went in for my appointment every thing was ready all I had to do was sign a couple of forms and wait a few minutes. Claudia was very friendly and understanding to my situation which makes me want to continue to be seen for all of my dental work at this office. When I went in she quickly remebered who I was I didnt have to explain all over again most of other offices don't do that. The Dentist was excellent and caring regardless of a full office he took the time to listen to my concerns and asked me about my pain. Alot of Dentists are so busy they dont take the time to listen to their patients but this one did! I will for sure be back there for all of my Dental work! I do not recommend this place due to lack of customer service. Good Doctor but very rude receptionists that refuse to even say who they are, it's horrible that people have to go personally just to make appointments and are put on hold for long periods of times Just for an appt. I've been there and called to see the response and sure enough they just put it on hold and keep doing paperwork, they could care less if your on hold. I really like this place. Dr. Joe is a nice man. He does his job fast and very carefully. I took my wisdom tooth out and I didn't had any problems. It healed very fast. I'm glad I finally found a good dentist client where I feel comfortable!! read more

this dentist is not for children, he started my daughter and didn't finish because she was crying , and then said he'd refer me to someone else, very un professional! my 4 year old keeps complaining that her tooth hurts ! i wouldn't recommend this dentist fir children! ! read more

I have been going to Sooho Joe's office as long as it has existed here. (maybe 12 years?) I drive 2 towns over to see him. The waiting room is clean and small. The only thing I don't like, ok...hate are the telenovelas on the t.v. but let's be real why we stay with a good dentist. Its our teeth! haha We LOVE Dr. Joe's dentistry. He's like part of our extended family and has been my son's lifelong dentist. A hidden jewel in a nondescript shopping center. If you want a crummy dentist in a ritzy part of town this ain't it. I thank Dr. Joe every time we see him for his excelllent GENTLE care because it still amazes me. He takes away the fear with the most excellent numbing which he does very carefully and slowly. We've had cavities, crowns, broken teeth and usually he starts on the conservative end. Tries to salvage teeth if possible and we can come back if the break happens again for a crown. I appreciate that. If at all possible, I'd like to keep every tooth I have. My daughter had an excruciating tooth crisis mistreated by her local dentist where she lived while in college where she lived 4 hours away. At midnight I headed up to get my sobbing daughter and we got her squeezed in first thing in the morning with Sooho. He fixed her up and treated the pain aggressively too. I thank God after 30 something years of hating going to the dentist, I now trust one, so I go more often. We love you Sooho Joe!!! read more

For the past two years I took my kids to Dr.Sooho. They got their general check up and followed regularly for cleaning. I was amazed that they never had a cavity. I accepted a free dental check up at my kids school, as a result each had 2 to 4 cavities. Some were deep and became root canals. NEVER will I take my kids to this dentist. The other dentist confirmed that these cavities could have been detected sooner, since I had been following up with the regular cleanings. I do not recommend this Dr. read more
