The first time we come here, we apparently have developed serious periodontal disease and need $1200 "deep cleanings". Look up the "deep cleaning upsell scam" on YouTube and see what dentists who do this are really up to. I was more than willing to pay them for a cleaning and exam, but they wouldn't even give either of us a standard cleaning. They'd only offer to reschedule us to come in for our very expensive upsell cleaning or nothing at all. What a waste of time. The thing that upsets me most is that they are trying to scare people into buying things they don't need, and using their authority as a professional to make people think they need it. I hate to think how many people have fallen for this.

The second time I just left because I kept getting the answer that they were still trying to confirm. Another patient also rescheduled because his wait was too long. This dental office had one receptionist where I observed seven people waiting in line. When I went for just a cleaning, they tried to upsell other dental services before I could leave. To me, avoid this place and find another network provider in your dental plan.

My old hygienist who no longer works there complemented me how well I take care of my teeth every 6 months during my cleaning. Now, all of a sudden (6 months later), with this new hygienist, I will need a cleaning now 3 to 4 times a year and a special cleaning that day which I had to pay out of pocket for. Unbelievable, I begged them to just do the regular cleaning and not make me find another dentist but they wouldn't listen and I walked out of the office without getting any cleaning at all. Do not let this establishment fool you into getting services you don't need. I will happily find another dentist. After 5 years of service, shame on you Bright Now Dental!

My Son has been unable to get his wisdom teeth removed, due to this offices inability to keep a basic schedule. On two separate occasions, after checking in 15 minutes prior to our 2PM appointment, we were left WAITING in their waiting room in excess of 2.5 HOURS! This happened on our initial appointment and again on our re-scheduled appointment! It appears to be this offices standard operating procedure to schedule two appointment times for everyone, some at 8AM and some at 2PM. In this way, they always have a full waiting room ALL THE TIME. They create a corral of patients, and make them wait for extended periods of time, without concern. Wait, Leave or Reschedule, the choice is yours. They are not keeping a standard schedule, with appointments throughout the day, every 15 minutes. If they are, they are very BAD at keeping appointment times, within a reasonable wait time. This will be our THIRD ATTEMPT to obtain services, as there are NO OTHER Dental Surgeons in our area, that remove wisdom teeth. Town & Country Dental need to be corrected and taught how to respect the patient's time. FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER, if you can.
